Would there be any public notice about the Alembic note in the event they restructure it or pay it off somehow or garner another loan that pays it off? TIA and happy birthday to all that have them today.
Sorry MONTHS
Does anyone remember a timeline given about when the drug would more or less have to be in Nigerian pharmacies? Nine mohs from the time given sticks in my mind for some reason. TIA
Good morning all you bastiges and iceholes. You know who you are!
T I dont know what it is but I thought I read somewhere earlier this week that XKEM let the .org expire because they thought the .org belonged to educational type websites? If I had to guess it is some webbing company that picks up on stocks and a domain and if it doesnt hit for real they use it to pump their stock related company like the one that shows up here. I could be way off base and I dont get the logic of the educational tie to .org. But if I was in charge I wouldnt let anything related to something I owned or had to expire like that. JMHO
Xechem CEO Dr. Ramesh Pandey Wins the MarketWatch Readers' Choice 2006 CEO of the Year Award
Thursday December 7, 6:30 am ET
NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Chairman and CEO of Xechem International, Inc. (OTC BB: XKEM - News), Dr. Ramesh Pandey, was named Marketwatch Readers' Choice 2006 CEO of the year, just ahead of Steve Jobs of Apple Computer, with Warren Buffet of Berkshire Hathaway a close third.

Xechem International had a watershed year in 2006. In July, Xechem successfully launched NICOSAN(TM), its breakthrough drug for the prophylactic management of Sickle Cell Disease in Nigeria. Nigeria has the highest incidence of Sickle Cell Disease in the world, with approximately 4 million people affected. The drug was approved by Nigerian drug regulatory authority NAFDAC, on July 3rd, 2006, and was launched just a few days later at a ceremony in Abuja, Nigeria presided over by His Excellency, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, the President of Nigeria. NICOSAN(TM) is currently being sold in Nigeria. Xechem is conducting the necessary studies for the submission of an Investigational New Drug (IND) application to the FDA to start Clinical Trials in the USA and Europe in 2007. The year also witnessed the ground-breaking for what will be Xechem's state-of-the-art FDA/cGMP-compliant factory in Abuja for the full commercial scale production of NICOSAN(TM). The facility is scheduled to be operational in 2007.
Dr. Pandey commented, "While I am honored to have won the MarketWatch Readers' Choice 2006 CEO of the Year Award, particularly given the impressive group of accomplished and renowned executives named as finalists for this award, what is really motivating me is how close Xechem International is to making a crucial health difference to millions of sufferers of Sickle Cell Disease, first in Nigeria, and eventually throughout the world. We have made enormous progress toward this goal in 2006, and I want to personally thank MarketWatch's readers for recognizing my efforts by honoring me with this prestigious award. I would also like to thank each and every shareholder for their votes, support and confidence in me."
I did as well. TY.

Dear Dr. Pandey
Congratulations on the Readers choice awards voting. I am an investor with 2 million shares of XKEM. I hope the company seizes the opportunity to use this free public relation gift as a launch into your upcoming investors meeting next week. It would be a shame to let this slip by. Investor confidence could use a bolster right now. We believe very heavily in your product and in your dedication to tackle this terrible disease, but confidence is sorely lacking in the ability of the company to keep investors informed on building progress and distribution updates. Please take this information and reward your “patient” investors with the respect that they deserve as financial backers of this company.

I may be able to vote from this pc. Who should I try that may be in the runnung the closest?
I had a buy for 100k at 2 and it never filled. Rat farts.
This is the message I just sent to NPR. Everyone can do the same, it only takes a minute.
Why isnt the world aware of an herbal drug that is approved in EU and Africa and has orphan drug status in the US that is the most effective treatment for the awful affliction sickle cell anemia? Is it because large pharma do not want the world to be aware of how herbal treatments will change the world? A small biopharma company Xechem will change the lives of millions who are afflicted with this terrible disease. Please help make this godsend get into the hands of those who need it and help make this a world wide story. Thanks for you help and I look forward to hearing you tell the story.
Is there another meeting before the next annual meeting?
Wow they finally got the construction pics on the website. It is good to see some progress is visble out there for those looking to invest. Credibility man, credibility.
Thanks for posting those but why cant the company do this and stop all the bad feelings on our board and elsewhere. They have so show em. This isnt a paid press release but 2 minutes to post them on their website. Is the receptionist that busy with inbound orders that she cant do it. Didnt we already know about the Ny deal? Or was it just pr'd today? Long and strong.
Can I disqualify them for the plethora of junk mail I now get as a result of having gave them my address? It seems only fair that I can vote as many times as they spam me.

Nice close today. Give thanks. Happy holidays to all.
Thats what I am saying. I called them and they wont give me an answer. That is why I called sec. If there was something contractual or limitations because of the type of account I have or the stocks I buy, then say that and then I make a decision to live with it or not. It is a pain to change so I dont want to. Bottom line is I have a right to know.
Cant imagine why that would make a difference. I actually called a guy at the SEC that xtreme posted here and told him it was bs that they didnt have to disclose why the restrictions to me and that some posters claim they dont have issues with them. He seemed interested in what I had to say but I dont know. He said he would get back with the when he had some answers and I will post immediately if he does,. His name is Bob Green and he gave me his cell at 301-704-0927. He called me 2x after I left the first message so he seemed pretty interested in what I had to say.
I was an original TD Waterhouse client before the merger.
It would be to drive the price up or down by purchasing certain securities.
and yes I have money in my account.
Just tried it again and no go.
TD does have on-line restrictions, but you can call in for same price.
Morning LT. How much does it typically cost a company to issue pr's? Is it just like any advertising where you have media buyers get the word out or does a company official go directly to yahoo or whoever and give them the release to put out? TIA If it is pretty expensive the company may just be prudent on how they spend their money for now which I am okay with. The current pps is not a huge concern to me or other longs or the company because we all know where this is going and anyone else worried about the release of every tidbit is probably a flipper anyway.
Morning LT. Yes spread the word and ya never know. Doea anyone know the criteria for getting into the top 10 anyway? I emailed the Marketwatch contact me deal and have gotten no response.
1376 Go Pandey.
Weird close. No trades for 4 minutes at the end?
In my opinion the planned pre-purchase will coincide with the loan due in December. The Nigerian government is not going to let this process get this far along just to risk the company having any financial issues when all it takes is the stroke of a pen on an order sheet they were going to fill out anyway.

I am a long and I worry about it because the more interest in my company (positive) the stronger my company becomes for the long term.
You just know that the company is going to follow up the 10q with another pr.
