This oughta get the blood pumping on a Monday: all aboard the CELZ train!
Roughly 20 million shares traded in ONE HOUR at the opening on Friday (between 0.415 and 0.550). How much more “consolidation” is needed? Why is a pullback prescribed?
How is this materially different from numerous other Tweets on the same subject? Move the ball down the field...
I’ll believe when I see: SO much guessing/hoping/waiting here...
Well, if what your source says is true, I don’t imagine them acquiescing to a buyout until this thing hits MULTIPLE dollars—who would they?
Is your pamphlet available for perusal by CELZ longs?
Are you predicting that we hit the dime by the end of this coming week?
Wow—a treasure trove of information!
Link appears to be broken
What resources (in public domain to start) would you recommend for someone who wants to learn more about reading charts?
Kits appear to cost the company $400 each and they retail them for $1600 (net $1200 per kit).
And can someone PLEASE paste some of them here?! I’ve been trying to follow up on that for days
UNLESS scientists have found a way to replicate amniotic cells in the lab. Now THAT would be amazing! Here’s some light reading for a Saturday afternoon (for starters I Googled “artificial amniotic cell”).

No—just an interpretation based on my inference from releases/statements by folks in the know (including some physicians here on Twitter, in news releases, etc).
As I read them, I sensed that FDA didn’t regulate a procedure like CaverStem because it used stem cells from the SAME individual. That section near the end of BB’s posts this morning referred to Amniostem using amniotic cells from OTHER people. Not that it would be required—for example, someone who happened to be pregnant AND desired to have Amniostem could reuse her own stem cells harvested during amniocentesis—but MANY more people (by an exponential factor) would desire the Amniostem procedure and NOT be pregnant. Hence my questions, which are SOLELY logical, logistical, and strategic.
That makes sense—but I was thinking more along the lines of those running the company leading the charge when/if folks get crazy rich.
~140M shares vs. <5M?
I thought one of the main reasons why the FDA was not an issue was that CaverStem uses the SAME person’s stem cells from bone marrow. Will AmnioStem be subject to greater levels of scrutiny and regulation by virtue of possibly using stem cells from people other than the patient?
Is that something YOU generated, NM (for example, from inside your account/search options), or is that something Schwab did on its own—and if the latter, have they done one recently on CELZ?
Interesting insider distribution: Warbington (in his own name AND through Creative Medical Holdings, Inc) holds ~140M shares, while Ichim and Dickerson each hold 2.5M shares or less. Ideas?
No you said “it’s amazing they cleared off all that debt”—just wondering what that statement was based on
Yeah—up 20 and 30% on multiple days, down 10% one day, plenty of 5-10% growth days. Scary for anyone not ALL IN with this baby!
Where is evidence of debt clearance, Rain? All I saw in the OTC release yesterday seemed to speak to the float distribution, # shares held by insiders, etc.
Why would they do a RS? If PPS reaches and stays at $1, they can go to NASDAQ, no?
Seems pretty safe to imagine that someone like that has a VERY good idea that his money will double (or better) and quickly (hence the volume of the buy). Even rich folks don’t play around with a 1/4 million bucks!
With short week and no news yet .05- .06 seems fortunate by 7/6. Thoughts?
Read between the lines and apply just a tad of inferential critical thinking: when they release ## of contracted physicians for CaverStem (greatly anticipated within the next week) and the results of anti-aging trials formally and explicitly, you won’t be able to get NEAR this stock for less than 10¢ PS.
Shorts about to get SEVERE case of ropeburn
Looks like she’s about to bolt...
AH TODAY would be awesome: give all weekend for news to begin sinking in. First wave (attentive investors) would rush in Monday and Tuesday. Holiday break would give everyone else a chance to see the news AND the PPS increase from the early week. CELZ would OWN the week!
Ok—so we should be able to construct a rough estimate of the shares held by the execs (based on SEC filings), right?
Please translate: have they essentially removed over 100M shares from the float?
Last figure I saw was just a touch over 650M OS
What mark is top of BB?
Today’s volume so far is almost HALF of the DJI!!
Your premise is solid, but I think it also supports mine: if MMs are willing to buy @.0510, then they must intend to let it go higher—at least for a bit. Otherwise, they would lose $, right?
Gonna pop back north out of the gate? Gap up bid and .580 ask
BINGO. Would they have us believe that Ichim, Gershman, and Dickerson suddenly forgot the recipe that made Medist+m successful? Most here believe that CELZ has even GREATER potential.

Has anyone got an updated list of URLs for localized subsites?
MMs STRUGGLING to keep this back!
Whale sighting!
