No he wasn't. Michael Llamas was the CEO two months ago.
I'm not afraid to read a piece that might give me insight into my investment but this thing was so poorly written and, based on what I could decipher, totally outdated, that I feel like I totally wasted the 7 minutes it took to get through it.
Ok, I read it, or tried to anyway. It;s such a poorly written piece that it's difficult to even figure out what he's talking about and sounds like a personal vendetta rather than a researched article.
Also, it's mostly not about MJNA but about Perlowin.
The one part that mentions MJNA directly is totally outdated and talks about Perlowin's plans to sell 25 million MJNA shares before election season and how that is keeping the stock at 5 cents! We;ve long moved past both the elections AND 5 cents.

I'm not doubting you. I was just noticing how much of a fight it's putting up!
Stil holding above .10!
Holding strong above .10
Yes, but even 10% would be WAY more volume than we get per day. Have we had a 50 mil share day yet?
Thanks for sharing your experience! Glad it is helping lessen the pain.
I don't understand. You say it's "Atypical of MJNA" but it actually does that just about every day so it's not at all atypical. What do you mean????
Also,if ML was selling and buying back 245 mil. shares a day we would see a huge increase in volume!
It's obviously not happening.
I hope to pick some up that cheap!
$MJNA
doesn't matter. won't effect $MJNA
Oh, I agree there are lots of questions that need to be answered.
I was just noticing the strong negativity with people calling this a "scam" and not much on the other side.
That's not accurate. MJNA's current CEO is not on trial for anything,
Audited financials will come in the new year IMO. It makes no sense for them to waste money by doing it twice.
Not entirely accurate.
Ted (MJNA CEO) said that they want to acquire other companies, however Tripp has said that his goal is to sell Dixie.
Why was it .03 cents for months before it went to .06 and now .10?
There hasn't been any big news, that's why. It's actually looking pretty strong IMO to be holding at .10.
We are in a good position for the next news to take us even higher. Patience.

$MJNA produces miracles every day.
Many people have had these kinds of results with the dew drops so it's not that surprising that the gum, although not nearly as strong., would offer results as well.
yes, amazing and wonderful. CBD is good medicine !!
Yes, I added the x by mistake. If you include the Dixie elixirs and edibles though, there are many to choose from!
yeah, but which Dixie x product do you choose for which person???! There are soooo many!!
Better to give a gift certificate and let them pick the best one for them ;)
$MJNA
They should have sold Dixie gift certificates for the holidaze!
Maybe next year.

Thanks for the honest feedback. With all the rave reviews so far it's nice to have some balance.
No product is going to satisfy 100% of people all the time.

The gift that keeps on giving!

Have a nice christmas vmax
I hope and pray it will get changed on the federal level as well. Until then I think the fed is aware that things are changing and that they need to figure out how to let the people have their will without them looking weak.
We might see a bust or two but mostly things will move forward.
That's my opinion.
$MJNA
You are right that the feds could potentially come in at any time but you are wrong about state law meaning zilch. State law means that the feds have to do all the work and use up resources that they currently don't have.
The fact that the voters made this choice as a referendum means it's likely that the feds will mostly take a hands off approach. They may make a couple of busts here and there just to keep things tamped down but this train is moving forward and there ain't no stopping it!
ALL ABOARD!
$MJNA
Yeah, that is definitely a risk (and always has been with this company and all others in this sector). However, things are moving quickly in the right direction and fortunately for us shareholders, MJNA has a revenue stream that is legal and viable right now and not 100% reliant on the laws changing immediately. MJNA has also protected itself by owning intellectual rights rather than making any products.
When the laws do change we will be well positioned to transition to full blown medical and recreational marijuana products.
$MJNA
I don't see anything all that troubling or unexpected.
Can you be more specific about what it is that you want us to be afraid of?
I don't know why you don't include links in your posts when you mention articles like this??
Here's the link for anyone who is interested:

I'm a shareholder and I don't feel misled so your argument holds no water.
$MJNA
Lol. Or what??
I think most people realize that it wouldn't make sense for them to do an audit now and then again right after the new year. I'd rather they save money and do just one audit after the new year.
I imagine that is what they will do.
yes, I agree 100%.
Also, along with giving them a legal and viable revenue stream, right now this arrangement leaves them in the perfect position to switch their current products over to THC based products when the laws change. It will be an easy transition for them. They have the production facilities, they have the knowledge, and they know the industry. It will be an easy switch for them while other companies will be trying to figure it all out..

MJNA seems to be one of the more forthright MJ stocks but it is still a penny stock and leaves much to be desired as far as transparency and full reporting.
I think to find a pure MJ investment you might have to look smaller and more local than MJNA or any of the other MJ pennies. However, if the stock market is where you choose to invest in MJ, I don't think you can do much better than $MJNA
Well said Newmedman!
Welcome back! Thanks for the article.
Would love to hear your current chart analysis. I've appreciated it in the past.
They do work with real MJ.
Dixie sells THC based products to dispensaries.
You know that. Stop playing dumb,
Sounds like you have your mind made up and that MJNA doesn't do what you would like. THat's fine.
Plenty of other companies out there you could invest in and spend your time discussing.
I'm sticking with $MJNA though!
THanks for the first hand experience! Glad it's helping.

Can you explain your reasoning on why you think the fact that CBD isn't water soluble would be a disadvantage in gum?
Wouldn't the oil still get in your system just as it would if you took the dixie dew drops or ate hemp food?
Thanks you for your service and for sharing your first hand experience with CBDs
