Nearly 65% Loss of shareholder value in less than 4 weeks, and the company doesn't feel it needs to say a word? REALLY? REALLY? Really.
I doubt Burger King would let that happen. Just saying...
Me too. :(
Well, we only need about a 120% move to get us back to weeks ago. Wow.
Holding long and strong. Wedge free!!
Nah NYS takes too much at that level.
Lol none to bunch!!
Hmmmm March 16 2011. They had no problem updating shareholders then
How about a "shareholder update on business activities" maybe now would be a good time for that.
Who is the "billionaire" he/she is constantly touted on this board. But nobody knows who it is. REALLY, is it that big of a secret or just BS?
Maybe because they are tired of waiting and watching there money go down the drain.
Well, buyers have no reason to buy at the moment. They only have perceived reasons to sell. I did get my good friend to make a nice buy yesterday at slightly under $2.50. So he is pleased.
I am not sure what annoys me more, the recent pullback in the pps or the fact that I have no more dry powder to add to my position!!!!!
Actually, it's the latter. :(

I agree with everything you said. But what I don't get, or maybe I am too damn thick in the melon, is, why wouldn't a two yr old company with limited resources to market this incredible product not PR every possible positive aspect of the company? Be it fuel sales, improvements, scale-ups...whatever.
Not to pump the stock artificially, but for the pure exposure aspect? Personally I would be shouting everything from the highest mountain. From the smallest sale to the biggest. The minor improvements to the larger ones.
Sure big board companies don't do that, but this is a company in it's infancy. Totally different ball game. Exposure is HUGE right now!
Just my tax-payer paid humble public school education opinion!! Lol

If they met the parameters to up list, I think they would have done it already.
You and most of all other investors.
Exactly, and there lies concern for many. I ain't bailing, but this is not fun. Hanging in tough.
But at this stage of development, wouldn't press releases of at least some of the recent sales be good, cheap advertising of a new and revolutionary product?
Why not release any new sales information?
I am quite sure JB isn't thrilled at the share price drop either. He has millions of shares of his own, and in the company treasury which he will need possibly for further company needs.
I doubt that he is indifferent to the current situation as some feel.
Exactly, no ifs and or buts. If all the charts, patterns...were right we would all be rich.
The pps has no reason to go up, at the moment. IMO. No news, no new developments that we are aware. Why would it go up? Plenty of perceived negatives to bring it down. If anything substantial was happening I am sure JBII would announce as they have previously. So for now it is a slow bleed until something pertinent comes about. Nothing much you can do except bail, or buy more. Or sit tight and suck it up.
Maybe we could use it like Sterno and keep our fondou or casserole warm lol!!!!
Wellllll.... It seems to me that the only thing better over at Agilyx is there marketing dept.!!!!!!
Hmmm the first sentence of the last paragraph piques my interest the most. Am I wrong to think JB may be looking at other sites to build a facility similar to the existing one but perhaps on a larger scale? Fortunately, anything is possible. And certainly financially viable. IMO as JBII increases in recognition, cheap land and incentives to build plants will come in abundance. Time will tell.
Competition is good. May the best product win!! Go JBII!!!
Lol no I believe in JBII long term. Sometimes I think company goals and statements in the short
Term are slightly embellished or overly analyzed to the point that they barely reflect the companies original intent.
The length of time to build a processor is relevant information. The reasons are open for speculation until a statement from the company is put out. We all have our own thoughts as to why it has taken so long. Maybe actually coming up with a standard building schematic is holding it up? Who knows? The company knows and when and if they feel it is needed they will put that info out. IMO?
I have been also accumulating share and will continue to do so, I also believe these are times to seize opportunity...
If the pps was over 4, I doubt we would be having most of these conversations. But it's not so we are.
Point taken. But, IMO, making and selling fuel can happen much more quickly than waiting for a major jv. Couldn't both be done at the same time?
JB has nearly 5 mil sitting in the bank. There is no reason not move forward. 3 processors makes the company profitable on current site alone. Through up another sites anywhere in WNY for cheap and the company will be fine until the jv's are finalized.

Well, see your point, But if the second was started in Feb., and is still not done, than the question is what changes were made to cause such a delay. And will those changes affect the speed of the roll-out? At this point we are limited in revenue to what one processor can produce. Don't mean to be Captain Obvious, but the quicker they are up the quicker we generate more cash to build more...rinse lather repeat!!!! Lol! $$$$$$
Has anyone called JBII and asked them how long it takes to build a processor, start to finish? I would be willing to bet they would give you a ballpark figure.
I agree. No one questions Exxons footprint. As a matter of fact I wish JBII had fifty more duplicate footprints!!!!
Who cares about the footprint?????!!!!! let just make and sell fuel. Period.
True. But why the post something and put on the iBox when it can't even be verified?
Yeah seems to me that JBII creates landfill space, they don't command it.
Agreed competition is not an issue at this stage. Production and business plan execution are.
I have emailed all of my state and federal officials.
I never asked to pump the stock price. JBII did that themselves by telling people there would be "big news" in the next couple weeks following the AGM. So I guess JBII did that to themselves.
Does anyone have the name yet of the billionaire investor? I would like to do some bio on him or her.

Cash burn is minuscule for a two yr. Old company. My priority is cash fflow, access to capital, and execution of the business plan for a substantial build- out. And I don't care if the fuel is made in NF, buffalo, jv site... Just make it, sell it, bank it, re-invest it. Lather, rinse, repeat...
