doctorbob, (gmdp) the way I understand,, gmdp is spinning off shares of a subsidary to us gmdp holders. Therefore, gmdp will be worth less. And our shares in the spin-off may be restricted untradeable). So, where does that leave us?

I've had it with Greenie and with Bush (thought I had J. Leno on the other night at Govenor's dinner party). Bush's way of handling prisoneers at Guantanamo is, simply outrageous: imo, it brings shame to our nation. Try them and pass sentence; no one should be held for more than 48 hours w/o being charged and no more than 2 hours w/o notifying family (which could be by public announcement (privately not necessary). Bush presidency is probably ending.. who is to follow, just hope they believe in woman/man, only, marriage and anti-abortion, especially, late term. Also, universal medicare plus CEO & sports, salary caps. Too, let's not forget a "living wage" minimum pay scale for workers. (not joking.)

Train Guy.. (edited) I formerly thought differently, but have been successful trading pos stocks over there. They are mostly pr, momo plays. Besides I once bought 10,000,000 (10Meg.) shares; now, how is that, before going to happy hour, for something to talk about? They really believe in DD,(charts are very important there) PR, level 2, (watch the MM) and MOMO action.

Newely2b.. (edited) 1st off, not trying to take anything away from this board it is great. That understood, board 2059 is Break Out Trading board (stocks limited (.0001 to 5 $$/ share). Most are otc-bb stuff (called pos stocks meaning piece of chit). It is at present the number one board on I-Hub for hits and was suggested to Hawk for several reasons: change view. have fun again, learn-they like to help there, and I think with only a 1k$$ investment, he can get more "bang" for the buck. in edit & ps...
you will find more than a few, women , there.

Train Guy, Yes, it's that kind of board and more. I suggested Hawk check it out (not necessarily trade there). This board is not IMO for traders using only 1k$$. The mentality is different. Over there traders seem as willing to help as to trade. Maybe he can broaden his perspective & regroup.

Newly2b.. inflation/deflation. Can we experience much more deflation ? I, sincerely, do not blieve it. However, inflation can really get wild again IMO. In fact, in the economic relm of my life... it is a given (a conviction).. that inflation will return. And I say it has already begun.
Didn't we have +.5% reported the last time (a few days ago).
That is 6% annualized. Gvt. is spending big. Not getting much bang for the buck ! Isn't that inflation in the making ?

LanceAA. I'll try. "a" borrows $$ from "b" & gives "b" a convertible debenture, wherein, the fine print reads.. "a" if you do not pay me back all my $$, what you owe me must be paid back in your stock and this is how much stock you will owe me:
in an "x" period of time (say 30 days) average the three worst daily closing prices of your stock and that is what you will owe me in stock, since you can't pay me in $$. Now it will be in the interest of "b" to drive the price down to zero, if it were possible, so as to get many shares of "a"'s stock; and if "b" has possibility to "naked short" then success for "b".
"b" may make a lot more this way than even the original total loan to "a". I think this is what is ment by "floorless".

Bright side of 3370 delay.. Old tricks will resume. Maybe some can catch which stocks react today's news and be ready to trap them a month from now.
