Obviously missed the fact that no company has been helping SRMX out of the goodness of their heart when SRMX needs the other company way more then the other company needs SRMX. The other company surely gets something from SRMX to help SRMX. Maybe SRMX gave them promises of World Domination, like they gave to shareholders on 6-29, but unlike shareholders, Skydrop most likely gets more then just stupid and unrealistic statements from SRMX.

Why hasn't Li addressed the OTC Stop issue?

There is no way to know where the bottom is.

They know they have to release some information to get things pointed in a different direction.
They know they dont have to release any information through an update or a PR. They know they can just send out tweets and people will think it's a sign great things are coming.

They have to put something out to change things.

That ALWAYS talk about what will happen in the FUTURE, but they never talk about the fact that nothing they have said in the PAST has actually happened.

Any argument over what will happen can be easily won by simply posting any and all updates, tweets, etc, that SRMX has put out since February. NOTHING they have said would happen did.

SRMX needs to prove they are legit before they should have the loyalty and blind faith of shareholders based on the FACTS of what has happened in 2018.

Even after the latest debacle from the 6-29 update and all of the shareholder revolt, they still will not publicly address any of the issues raised and emailed to them by shareholders.

The misinformation and false hopes comes from the company and those who couldn't stop posting bogus chats, claims they had inside information, and permanent visits to Fantasyland.

How many used their head and FACTS to state their case..........clearly, not many.

And to keep asking about the ticker change is another false hope. Paperwork was never submitted to get this done after 2-14. Using FACTS, they clearly would have provided an update on this topic if they had done their part, so they could lay the blame on FINRA. The FACT they have not even mentioned it since 2-14, is clear evidence they are not pursuing this any longer.

I sent this email to Li and Pea on 5-6.

Didn't expect a response, and of course I didn't get one, but it made me feel better to get my point across to them. Also, it gives me a paper trail in case I need it in the future.

They don't read IHub comments and they don't read what Twitter or FB say, so at least I know they read this.

3) Is it true you had no real intent to merge the TriCascade business into the SRMX shell (thus the absense of merger documents and the conflicting statements in the SRMX OTC disclosures/press releases, and the failure of SRMX to complete a name/symbol change)?


4) Was the real intent just to suck as much money out of the SRMX shareholders pockets as possible to pay off as much TriCascade debt as possible then for the SRMX shell to be abandoned and go back to running TriCascade as a private business completely disassociated with SRMX?You'll have plenty of excuses for ditching the SRMX shell (FINRA wouldn't approve the merger and name/symbol change, the toxic financiers took advantage of us and killed the share price, etc).


5) Why are you a month late with the Q1 OTC financial statement and when will it be filed?


6) When Northbridge Financial Inc is done diluting stock into the market through their current 3(a)10 settlement (settlement #9) will you come up with more TriCascade debts to pay off using more SRMX stock?


7) When did you realize SkiQ had no chance of being marketed in 2018, if at all, after the 2-14 letter which indicated Golden Samples and 5,000 units were being shipped by June, and how could that not be known in February, when the technology clearly didn't exist at that time?


8) The evidence suggests you misled SRMX investors about the business operations just so you could have the SRMX shareholders pay off as much TriCascade debt for you as possible. Is this true?


9) Why is a convicted securities fraud felon, the current Chairman and former CEO, still involved in the day to day operations of the company and why was this not included in the 6-29 letter?


10) Why do you spit in the face of your shareholders time and again, yet pretend to be dumbfounded by the lack of loyalty which is now taking place?

Li and Pea are insiders by default because they work for SRMX.

Their knowledge is what I was calling into question since these geniuses waited until 6-29, to announce SkiQ, which was supposed to start selling in June, wouldn't be ready until 2019 because the telecom companies are not as advanced as SkiQ.
They didn't have knowledge of this prior to June?

There are so many more, but why bother at this point............

There are so many "if's" that need to happen that it's really hard to see a way out of this.

I would say the biggest if, is if somehow this makes it to March of 2019, and a hundred other if's happen along the way, I guess that is the only way we will see a possible silver lining.

As it stands right now, we have brochures that might be ready by end of July and billions of shares crushing us.

Not on the road to World Domination I would say.
