I was explaining the math to you... relax.
And why do you keep bringing up the same thing?!?!?! Isn't it obvious that you will NEED some patience and wait until further PR's and filings? If you don't have that patience, you might as well just sell. Quit bringing up the same thing... so annoying.
.05 = price per share when TONS of buys were coming through, yet there was NO uptick (I remember watching this on L2 when it was occuring... VFIN was on the ask)
1,000,000 = just making the math easier
so for every 1,000,000 that was sold at .05, it amounts to $50,000.
since they had 63 million... then 63 million x $50,000= 3.15 mill
Therefore, that covers the $1.5 mill loan AND the 220K, plus they probably made a little profit.
**NOTE: The .05 is an average (which I believe is a good average because of the reason I gave above)... I'm sure they sold some while it was above .05 and some while it was dropping.
That is a great way to look at it. As long as you are at average down below .05 (so if not, better be buying during this sale), I'd say the odds are HIGHLY in your favor that you will make a few bucks AT WORSE...
As far as I'm concerned with MrTrendGreen, if his "projections" don't become reality this upcoming week, then I will skip over every single one of his posts for now on...
And green2me, please keep the board posted on phone calls you make (or at least PM me), because I remember your reporting on the first conversation with Andrew, and you were very objective in your analysis, which is a breath of fresh air.
green2me,
What happened? When you first showed up you were a freaking DD machine (even if you are a newbie). I had you people marked almost right away, but now... all you do is gripe and complain about other posters among other things. What happened to your "DD drive"? Come on man... you showed me and others your potential as a DD'er, but I gotta say, you are coming undone here. We need you to be back to how you were when you first arrived!
Care to share this article with the rest of us? Got a link?
hahaha, great point!!
Yea, if it is going "down, down, down, and then down some more" (according to basically everything you are implying will happen), why haven't you sold yet? According to your implications and predictions, the sooner the better would be the best time for you to sell.
You need to take Soldier Hard's advice...
I'm looking at things like this now... worst case scenario (well, 2nd worse case scenario, 1st being merger does not happen)...
AERO revenues are 30 million...
Shares stay at 5 billion...
30 mill / 5 bill = .006
.006 * P/E of 10 = .06
So worse case scenario we should be back up to over a nickel... compared to where we are now, that is still a decent gain.
(someone please correct me if I calculated this wrong)
I second that!
I agree. I like green2me's "style" of posting. Does not pump, does not bash... just gives a 'straight-forward' perspective on things. It's nice to see this... please keep the board informed on your phone calls, I'm sure I speak for many when I say that.
I have people marked you...
I use ChoiceTrade... $5 dollar trades, and have never been restricted... I recommend it for anyone looking to switch things up.
I smacked it for 7903 worth of shares haha
I totally agree. I'm here for the long haul...
I agree, they aren't out... that is why it's getting old hearing people say, "ok... weak hands are out, up we go"...
First, I have not sold a single share... but can we PLEASE STOP with the "weak hands are gone now"... I've been hearing this for the past 3 weeks, and the price has continued to drop. I am in it for the long run, but it seems the "weak hands" never do get out completely because it keeps dropping... please quit saying that.
Maumee, Ohio huh??? WOW!! That's where I'm from and where my parents still live! That was strange to see Maumee come up in a stock message board. I remember playing my indoor soccer games there back in the day.
Stock_Analyzer, are you the same guy from stockhideout.com with the online tutorials? If you are, those things are great!
Edit: Nevermind, I see from the other boards you are the same guy! You have received a people mark from me!
Well if you're kindness and willingness to help is any indicator of the type of people on iHub, then it looks like I'll have plenty of people to ask :)
Once again, I truly appreciate your time and effort to answer my questions, and share some tips with me.
Tony, thanks alot!! Very much appreciated.
PieSky,
Thanks for the welcome and answering my questions! It really is appreciated. I've gone through a lot of the chart school (on stockcharts.com), but what I've noticed is there are sooo many indicators, oscillators and overlays. If you don't mind me asking, do you have a preference to which ones you use? What combinations do you use (if any? I know the MACD is quite popular, but right now I'm more just trying to figure out which ones are the most useful. Did you read any awesome T/A books when you first started out, or did you just teach yourself from the abundance of free stuff on the internet?
QUESTION for any chartist...
When you first began learning T/A, what method did you use? Read any T/A books? If so, would you recommend any?
Any recommended book list, suggestions or experiences would greatly be appreciated.

Go ahead and post your interpretation of the chart, I do not mind in the slightest, it is your opionion and I am fine with that.
The problem is you present your opinions with such a cocky and pompous connotation. "I told you so"... "I was right, you were wrong..." What is this, middle school? My dad can beat up your dad?
Please do bring your opinions of T/A, as I am trying to teach myself the techniques, so I enjoy reading up on different peoples opinions on charts, but be respectful about it.
You need to check out Chartinator's posts about how to convey T/A opinions in a civil and gentlemen like manner.
No kidding... talk about patting yourself on the back.
I never thought of that... very good reasoning. In fact, I'm gonna have to agree with ya!
This wall at .059 is quite sturdy...
I thought I remember you mentioning awhile back in a post that you and Andrew have a good relationship (something of that nature), so why don't you make the phone call to him? If he likes you or whatever, I'm thinking it'd be more likely he'd probably listen to your suggestion rather than just any other average-joe.
What do the 0 size trades mean/represent?
255,000 buy @ .063 ($16,065)
ETRD is now back w/ JEFF and CLYP at 0.15!
So what does everyone think, PR by tonight, or wait til the morning?
Thank Derekz... good point.
Anyone really think it is this slow right now, or are they holding back some buys?

Given the four day timeframe allowed for reporting the Definitive Agreement and management's statement last Friday that everything was still on schedule, we expect the 8-K to be filed imminently, most likely today.

Hi,
I am a shareholder with FCCN and am curious as to when the 8-K and PR will be coming? I have heard all sorts of dates, so I am hoping you can help me out more. Some are saying it will be today after hours, is this true?
Best Regards,

Now I'm just busting your chops because I know you can take it, but please admit that things have been going pretty well without any of your "smack that ask" commentary. :)
Edit: Nevermind... just saw you started it up again...
the flippers have arrived...
