Thanks Capt. Obvious
Have you called Andrew and asked him this stuff??? You keep bringing it up here over and over and over again, and obviously you're not getting good enough answers, because you keep bringing it up. Why don't you JUST CALL?
My guess, a former investor that has sold off, and is now bitter about everything. Look back at his mid December to early January posts. They all have a much different connotation about them. He was pretty happy back then, but since he didn't get rich quick, he just seems bitter to me, and trying to look at everything in a negative perspective.
OT: psykotik1... I'm a cheapie and can't PM... if you wouldn't mind (I understand if you don't want to), could you please PM me your email address. TIA
Two things for ya:
1) From all instances I've seen, you seem to be a factual/realistic poster (aka non-pumper), so seeing you put your credibility on the line by saying we will see a PR Monday makes me think you "know" something... :)
2) This isn't true, correct? (post #33888)
"My bet is dillution and reverse splits, leaving you, the current shareholder, with nill, and me, the shareholder of the sparkling new Aero making a killing. Yes, there is a point that current shareholders will make money, but I think it's more likely those that got in early at 0.005 and under, because at that price they should be able to weather any storm current FCCN management comes up with."
How could it be that Aero stock is all of a sudden worth more? We are becoming "ONE" company, right? This statement above is just BS right?
Not to mention, this afternoon, we have had some people (LARGE holders) graciously confirm that they sold out of their position during "the fall" (which was a couple weeks ago) in order to play things safe.
So to me, that is double the good news:
1) It shows where many of the shares came from.
2) Beandog (a VERY large from holder) has admitted he is waiting on the sidelines for "clarification", and after things are clarified in a satisfactory manner, he will be jumping back in (along with a host of others I'd think). And as we all know, he has the powder to do some damage!
" I am much more at ease knowing there is some big money just waiting for clarification. "
I second that. Very nice knowing that he (and others I'm guessing) are just waiting to jump back in.
I totally understand your point, and I believe there are PLENTY of others like you, who are taking the safe road, and waiting until the clarifications comes out in a filing/PR.
Assuming the newest news will be good, I believe a lot of the "on-the-fencers" will be hopping back in.
This spread is ridiculous...
The cars do have stickers (advertisements) on them right??? Like an AERO sticker?
What were the rumors you heard yesterday that you were trying to confirm? TIA
Anyways, the info. you found sounds great to me!
Boo-Ya!! That'd be great. Hopefully you are computer savy and know how to get the video online (YouTube) somehow so we all can all see it, and I'm sure Obi will be able to add the pictures to the iBox if you send them to him.
Either way, it will be some nice work on your part. Looking forward to seeing all the good stuff you bring back!
Interesting little bit from an article...
Source: Time Warner Cable Channel Guide (Feb. 2007)
There is an article (anyone who has Time Warner Cable and recieves the Channel Guide... it is on page 8) on NASCAR. I found this short part of the article very positive for us all:
"Toyota enters Nextel Cup racing as the first foreign competitor in NASCAR's top series since the 1950's. The Japanese auto maker's Camry models will race against Fords, Chevys and Dodges..."
And I DO believe Aero will be on the Toyota, correct? Like people have been saying, many eyes will be on this car. (the article wasn't very long, so this even being brought up when there are plenty of other things to write about is pretty significant in my opinion).
Exactly... MrTrendGreen claimed a "dove outside his window" told him it'd be out this week. Looks like it may be time to go bird hunting...
Oh well... no big deal, it comes out when it comes out.
I really think people should just quit saying this... I've been hearing this same thing for the last 2 weeks (and shares are still pretty darn cheap). It's almost as bad as saying, "smack that ask"... it contributes absolutely nothing of substance about either FCCN or Aero.
How's it going to turn out? I honestly think it'll turn out to be worth at least 5 cents when all is said and done with. And both of us are averaged in at below 5 cents, so we'd be fine :)
I agree, the numbers could be viewed at as disturbing; however, I think it'd be much more disturbing (shady) if the company was not planning on filing SEC documents that would clear up these numbers. (but as I'm sure you know, THEY ARE going to be doing more filings, so that puts me at ease)
OT: Where in Ohio are you? I'm in Columbus...
" You must admit, things are not crystal clear with FCCN and there are questions that need to be answered. "
I respect how you feel, and I can understand it, but this statement is a bit erroneous. With all due respect, how much more "crystal clear" can they be? They aren't required to file with the SEC, yet they are... doesn't that count for anything from your perspective? I understand this whole loan and GGI shares is confusing to people and worrisome, but think about it... if this was a scam, and FCCN wanted to be shady, WHY would they file documents with the SEC? It'd be much easier to be shady by just not filing...
The company they may(will) merge with is about as crystal clear as it can get (from the viewpoint of being REAL with REAL products and REAL sponsorships)
And sure, there are questions that need to be answered, that is why they have been doing public filings with the SEC. To me, these are minor issues... I'd be much more concerned if we were trying to "verify" that AERO really existed, and really did have real products...
Oh... I was 95% it was a joke, but that is because I am familiar with your posting styles/personality.
My point was, to a newbie or potential investor (w/ experience) who is just scoping things out, they could read that and get the wrong impression and think FCCN is is a crock of crap if they have posters making claims like that about it.
Be honest, were you expecting to make a nice profit in a short time span? I do not think you are a basher at all, I do think you bought into this expecting to make a pretty penny in a matter of days... and now you are getting impatient, hence starting to get worried about things. Just keep in mind, FCCN IS filing paperwork... if they wanted to hide stuff, it'd be pretty easy to do, considering they DO NOT HAVE TO file anything.
And if there are any pumpers on this board, THEY SUCK at it!! We've dropped 3 consecutive days... not doing a very good job of pumping the stock...
Newbie question:
We've had a decent sized spread the past couple days, nearly bringing buying to a halt. In your opinions, is this spread we've been seeing (which hasn't been there until a couple days ago) a good sign? bad sign? or insignificant sign (meaning, it "just happens" once in awhile)?
If you don't mind me asking, who told you that? Not that I don't believe you, just am curious. TIA
Fair enough :)
I'd hope so. Doesn't show much confidence when you keep placing orders at the bid.
For people wanting this thing to rise, it sure seems like a lot of people keep placing their order at the bid instead of the ask.
Logic and common sense... the best "reliever" when bashers (or the illogical) are trying to put doubt in people.
And as Howard reminds us, always look at the BIG PICTURE... not how we trade day to day.
Can you please show me how I am a pumper? If by using common sense and logic based on probabilities makes me a pumper, then I suppose I am.
Take this for example: the probability that AERO would risk tarnishing their image by associating themselves with a pump & dump penny scam are VERY LOW.
Do you agree with this? Does that statement make me a pumper?
"not enough known about aero"
Once again, I'll use some common sense. Aero can be bought on Ebay, Amazon, and many other online sites (did you look at the iBox on top of the page???). But wait, they can also be bought at brick and mortar stores too (including Midas)! So knowing this, wouldn't you say it's safe to assume they do have revenue? (based on common sense)
Or does using that logic make me a pumper also?
Notice, I never said revenues of 100 million or anything of that sort, I believe that is counting your chickens before they hatch, but assuming they DO HAVE revenue is a safe assumption I believe.
Yep, but FANC is making an effort to buy some... that is a good sign.
Edit: Now FANC is back on top. I like to see this effort on their part.
Anyone notice who is on top of the bid??? Our good friend FANC. So looks like they ARE trying to buy some... hmmmmmm
Did you place your order at the bid or ask price?
Are you trying to buy at the bid, or buy at the ask??
Nevermind, I just saw you're trying to buy at the bid... that would answer your question, why don't you place your bid at the ask? I bet it'd fill a lot quicker...
Because they aren't concerned about the PPS right now... they are concerned about getting the paper work done and filed correctly. (another rebuttal in why this isn't a pump and dump).
" frankly there is no doubt in my mind there are pumpers from
golden gate pumping w/ some nefarious offshore scheme
possibly even you "
And Aero would risk tarnishing their image by being associated with something like this because????
"this company, fccn did come through w/ a sharedividend for
shareholders but they failed sorrowfully at comstock jakes
and a host of other franchises biting off more than they
could chew coupled w/ some heavy touting"
maybe this company, but NOT this management. You must be out of the loop if you still think the same management is running the company...
"please do tell me where the smiling race car driver
went w/ his shades that appeared as the last pic on the
board description?"
Are you talking about Rusty Wallace, Aero's spokesperson? I still see his picture in the iBox, not sure what you are talking about here.
"its all about aero at this point and w/ 100,000,000 in sales
its not worth 6 cents not 4 cents and in all likelihood even
2 cents, my bets is if the 100,000,000 is true its worth a
penny and thats only if the deal goes through"
If Aero is worth 100 million you don't think this stock is even worth 2 cents? WOW you are bitter, you weren't kidding when you first mentioned that...
Doesn't piss me off, I have my opinion, and you have yours. I was just commenting it's hard to take someone's post seriously when they admit to being bitter towards the stock board they are posting on.
And bless your heart for coming here to "rescue" the people being taken advantage of, you're such a Saint.
" disclosure: somewhat bitter former long that only lost about
700 bucks in FCCN. "
No offense, but it's hard to take you seriously when you admit you "are bitter" and have lost money in FCCN. Obviously your perspective is going to be biased to the "find everything negative I can" side of things, because... well, like you said, you're bitter.
I agree. As long as they are transparent in their actions, I believe the only direction this thing can go is up (assuming all their transparent actions are good of course).
"they need to stop that and clean up
the act to show they are not like any other pinkie
out there."
So doing all these SEC filings when they're not required to do so doesn't show that they different from the majority of pinkies?
I take it you did not read through all the posts, as 2 people posted email responses from FCCN, both of which stated there would be no R/S.
If you are so concerned about it, you should email/call and I'm sure you'll get the same response the other posters got in their email.
Yea, no kidding...
"these guyS"
Who are these "guys"... you gave some pointless article dealing with Andrew, but I want to know who the "others" are since you did say "guys"... ya know, implying more than one person, so who are they?
but Realtor.... that makes TOOOOO much sense you pumper!!! haha
