I found it kinda funny WRAP just released a report on wood waste dated June 2005.
TR
Don't worry about it. I was just wondering if you knew why FASC and Market Smart weren't a team right now. If you know why, just PM if you care to share. I'm guessing you don't. (I was gonna keep this information under wraps but I thought what's the point.)
I spoke to David Dungate today
At present time Market Smart is not representing FASC...no explanation given by Market Smart, David Dungate was unawares of this. He said he does not deal with that aspect of FASC.
I asked him about Prince George, he said he was unawares of the Prince George bylaw vote, but seemed quite interested in hearing that information. He told me that the PG tests were done late November. He mentioned a few pathogens they were successful in eliminating (including salmonella and e.coli...I forget the third) and he mentioned they were waiting on tests from Cornell which would satisfy the EPA. These tests were for something I believe he referred to as exotics. He mentioned eggs and something else. (Sorry I was sleeping when he called.) He said he was confident they would receive a kill rating on these because of the success they had with the salmonella, e.Coli, etc. The test results from Cornell are taking much longer than expected.

Could you e-mail me please?

From your lycos addy if you could, so I know it's you.
Bill, do you think anyone cares
what your license plate will read?
Mine will read AIPN, btw. (Please delete this post....report a TOS even, folks!)
I knew there was a reason I stopped coming to this message board! People with no life want to talk to their friends! You want to talk, stop being a cheapskate and pay the 90 bucks for a membership? You want to be a cheapskate, then show a little respect and resist the temptation to socialize on a message board.
I'm outta here! If any of the Ops PM me and tell me there's a new zero tolerance rule of thumb to off-topic posts, and stupid posts about license plates (sorry to pick on you Bill! first thing that came to mind) then I will consider lurking and posting infrequently.

Please delete all of these off-topic posts. Please even delete the "I think XKEM might be a buck by..." posts too. They're useless. And please, for the love of GOD, delete this one.
Does the transfer agent give out the O/S
these days? I remember telling Burg like a year back the company should tell the TA to let the shareholders know the O/S, he disagreed.
All these off-topic posts are bullsh-t.
You people need lives or just need to wait XKEM out until you can afford one. Think about internet chess to pass the time. You're hurting my investment, and I will start reporting off-topic posts with a vengeance.
Shares o/s remains unchanged as of today. eom

With respect to those who have suffered torture, I will refrain from agreeing with your description of how unpleasant this news void has been.
But I haven't enjoyed it, that's for sure. TRs DD certainly made it better though, for the time being. Now I'm stressing less and anticipating more.

Thanks for the reply. Was there mention of this NEXIM loan on some Nigerian news site or something?
Also, I'm assuming this big news you are anticipating is something other than Alembic, right?

I believe the PR was removed before the testing even commenced, which was in about April 2006. I don't know their rationale for having the PR removed, but it never struck me as anything odd. Maybe they didn't want to be called up by FASC investors, maybe they didn't want to have their name attached to something which might just be a flop and would look bad on them. Non-issue, though.
"XKEM is the 6th most read board on IHUB today.
Lots of eyes on this!"
And there hasn't been a post about XKEM on hotstockmarket.com since January 23. Either some new eyes are on this (and have come from your not so usual starting point) or there are a bunch of XKEM investors scared the company is going to lose 15% of Xechem Nigeria to Alembic. Me, I'm from the latter camp...But it certainly is interesting to see all of this interest popping up from seemingly nowhere.

The PR concerning the Prince George testing
(which was issued in late 2005) was removed from the FASC. I heard at the request of the city. Like TR has said, I don't expect to see a PR on that until the City buys a machine, unless it's to PR a stamp of approval by Dr. Reimers of Tulane University, opening up the door to the U.S. market.
The text for the PR is posted on the I-Hub DD, or do a web search and you'll find it hosted on various PR sites.
I'm not able to read
all of the messages. Such as 15830.
Council Agendas
"For the next scheduled City Council Meeting, the City Council Agenda can be found on this page on the Friday preceding it.
http://www.city.pg.bc.ca/cityhall/agendas/
I spoke to Bren earlier in the week
I had a question to ask him, about what FASC gets in terms of intellectual property regarding the R & D with the University of Tennesee and Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
He said he'd be speaking with Brian Nichols either this Friday or early next week. He hasn't spoken with either Cal or Brian in some time now.
Well the fact the PDF
is titled the agenda for January 22, 2007
and the fact that there are no signatures or dates pertaining to the amended bylaw, I'm led to believe that the people of Prince George are being told that the council plans to vote on the bylaw in question.
The reason this has not been PRed is because the City of Prince George needed approval from the province to issue these debentures, and the province rejected this request based on some sort of technicality. I don't expect FASC to issue a PR until Prince George has successfully raised the money.
First things first, they have to pass the bylaw. That looks like it's a given though.
TR, Read page 158 of the PDF. eom

I agree with you. To me, the Korean effort seems a bit of a waste, if they are just going to burn the material. If they are going to burn the micronized biosolids for fuel, that's a different story.
Once again TR thanks for the great DD. You've made my day. Now if FASC will just kick things into overdrive (heck I'd settle for drive) I'll be a happy camper.

We're waiting to see if it's been passed.
Folks:
We are here to talk about FASC.
Why do we do this? Well for one thing, it's to enlighten newbies about the possibilities of the KDS Micronex.
Talking to bashers only makes our valuable posts more difficult to find for newbies. This is not in our best interests. I've been reading this board for about a year and I've seen only one half-way worthwhile post by Jagman, which was about tax credits for Malaysians in regards to energy, possibly alternative energy. It was a while back, so I forget what was said.
He is a basher folks..he might not as despicable as the RB bashers, but he's a basher nonetheless. Please do not waste your time on him, as it does you no good as a shareholder.
For those who didn't read the PDF
The Ministry of Community Services (for B.C.) rejected the bylaw, based on them not being in accordance with the new interpretation of the Community Charter.
The bylaw was amended and were to be voted on January 22, 2007.
The first time around (on December 18) the bylaw passed unanimously.
TR, thank you!!!
Did anyone talk to IR this week? eom
Hello to all.
Since I'm sure RB will keep that scumbag rafael636 around despite my best efforts to get his a$$ TOS'd (dollar signs are not used to denote any belief he's worth anything) I thought I'd post here from now on.
Well Bren from Market Smart Communications (IR firm) called me back. Cal Kantonen isn't returning his calls or e-mails, but he did briefly speak to Brian Nichols today (who is in the Mojave Desert for reasons unbeknownst to Bren). Brian said something like things are progressing nicely behind the scenes, or there is a lot going on behind the scenes or something to that effect. And he told Bren to call Cal.
I hope this silence is for some kinda good reason..like a slew of PRs to come that they want to keep the lid on for now.
TR, hopefully they will start this Tuesday. :0)
