But it can't be crap, JBII has had it validated and tested by numerous companies. It's right on the web site. Are you saying that other companies may not trust the labs jbii uses. They are some of the best in the country.
385 barrels a week? For testing? Really? No revenues to report for any of it?
What might happen, what could happen, what should happen are all nice thoughts.
What is happening right now, not so much.
I hope I am wrong but Q2 numbers will not be good. Unless JB is sandbagging the numbers and plans on a surprise.
Expectation for me are for Q4, but they need customers soon. They need to generate enough sales to maintain operations. Nobody has presented any proof or facts that there are any other sales besides a truck to Oxy and a small contract to Coco.
It's undisputed.
Nobody has facts otherwise.
Well if it's not being given away, why are their no sales reported? If they are making 109 barrels a day, 545 per week, approximately and Coco uses about 60 a week, what are they doing with the other 485 barrels a week???
Why can't we get an answer???
Because nobody knows.
Well, here is my question. If the fuel has been tested by 5 reputable labs...And NYSE companies have been using it successfully, why are we giving it away for "testing" to all the other companies?
What more could they be testing for?
Agreed. If they had more customers we would know about them. All there is hope for more customers. At this point I have serious doubts that they have enough customers to use processor number one to it's full capacity.
And I doubt anyone has any proof otherwise.
There is only a 20t running. The second one, nobody knows for sure when it will come online. While we wait the company burns cash.
IMO if they had the orders, a duplicate of number 1 would be sufficient. Tweak and refine another, while the first two generate cash.
But that's just from a guy with a public school education.
Is there anyone else on this board close to the plant that would like to try and get a walk throu tour of The Niagara Falls plant?
I certainly hope you are right. I guess we will find out if they are selling all this fuel in a couple weeks. But, Brigg, I thought it was you who said that you saw them building the second processor in Feb. Do you have any factual reason why it is not done nearly 7 months later? Also, I am very close to the NF, NY plant. Anyway you could meet up with me and maybe we could tour there together?
Maybe he can give you an idea on the progress of the second processor?
Just left a message with Christine inquiring about the progress of the second processor. Maybe she will return my call. Also tried to call IR but only got the answering machine.
No Chinese people answered any phones for me. My understanding is that John Z. Is on vacation.

Spot on tech.
My beef isn't the pps directly, it is the lack of transparency from a company that touts it on there own website!!!
And btw, even though I don't quite grasp all you put on, I do appreciate your posts and your effort.
Thanks.
Oh I have. Getting a response is another story. Maybe we all should. Remember, we are owners, too. We are worthy of some answers.
All these issues of media cedits, WN, lawsuits, exchanges, footprint...blahblahblah would be irrelevant if this company has SALES!
All these issues have been beaten to death! Redundant!!!!
I agree. The company is certainly not giving anyone reason to buy. Their silence through this is shameful. The shareholders deserve a simple update on business actvities like was given on the 16 th of March.
I know. And I am a long and a believer in the product. But I am losing faith on the business abilities of the top tier management.
Somebody should be calming the waters at this point.
Once again why not a PR similar to the one issued March 16th? If it was ok then it damn sure would be appropriate today.

Okay if they are continuously producing per their website, and they are making 200 barrels a day, and let's say5 days a week, that's a thousand barrels a week.
Now, if Coco is buying about 50 barrels or so,where are the other 950 barrels going?
If they are being sold, why aren't they being announced? If Coco Pavings purchase was worthy of an announcement, 8k... Surely the sale of the other 950 barrels or so would be worthy, right?
Ummm call me crazy, but the more relevant topic is securing customers...just sayin. Which exchange, cost or non-cost of plastic mean little without PAYING customers.
Just a thought.
And the biggest is about fifty barrels a week, with a a machine that is "continuously operating" so where are the other 750plus barrels going?
Can anyone give a FACTUAL answer?
Or are we going to just guess and hope and continue to make excuses for JB?
Really? Nearly seven months of fuels is being given away for testing? Pleeease run those numbers for me. I would like to here how much has been given away for testing. If the number I have seen on this board of barrels per day produced are anywhere near correct, than they have given away over a million dollars in fuel!,
Highly unlikey.
Where is the fuel? Coco uses approximately 50 barrels a week. Where is the rest of the fuel and where are the sales from the continuously operating machine? That's what people want to know.
If they have sales like it has been claimed on this site, why wouldn't JBII get the second processor running NOW and worry about tweaking the THIRD machine. Wouldn't you want to sell as much fuel NOW to record sales and MAKE MONEY?
This whole delay in the second processor is unsettling. If the fuel from processor number 1 is good enough for OXY and Coco wouldn't it make sense to get the second online asap.
It would IF you had orders to warrant it.
Yeah, I am not so sure about the great businessman part, yet.
My bottom line is without a second processor and enough fuel orders to keep it running we got nothing.
How about and update JBII similar to March 16?
If it was a good idea then, what about now?
Yes JBII MAY be a game changer, but do they have enough resources to stay in business until they become profitable? Even the shares in the company treasury are decreasing in value everyday.
The technolgy is there, what we are not seeing, as quick as most would like, is astute BUSINESS acumen. If the only significant sales are what is 8k'ed then they have some issues.
Granted some feel announcing all sales is not proper business practice, but up until 10 yrs ago we all knew how many hamburgers MacDonalds sold! It was on every restaurants sign!

I see, okay I misinterpreted your post.I thought that info was from John Zervas. Glad it is not! Lol
Thanks for that info Lips! So the processor, according to the company has been operational for approximately 45 days or just about half of q2.
The rest of the info is a little tough to read.
But basically the company has had 1 processor working for half of the time during the second quarter per John Zervas. Is that accurate?

Oxy was a one tanker deal, if it was more I am quite sure we would have heard about it. Coco has used about 3 or 4 days of the machines capacity. I find it hard to believe that the company gave away 180 days of fuel for testing in the last 7months. And if they did, I am more concerned that the companies testing the fuel haven't signed on!
So if the processor has been running nearly constantly for quite some, where is all the fuel? Coco was the big sale and they have only used around 300plus barrels. Is it stored? Or is there a large 3000 plus order we are unaware of?
Some transparency is surely in order.
Since June Coco appears to have used less than 10% of the fuel that supposedly has been made. Where is the rest?
Or is the processor not running as we all thought?
I am concerned too, but not for jbii. For my 403b maybe! Truthfully I am hoping for a good dip to lower my cost basis even more!!!!
All this sec stuff will eventually pass. In the meantime JBII will continue to make and sell fuel. And I will continue to buy cheap shares.
Shareholders get squat in CA. I was in a bunch with the tech bubble. Barely could buy lunch with my "proceeds". JBII shareholders are wiser to stay the course.
Looks to me as though Howard g smith is investigating the POSSIBILITY of filing a suit. They probably look to try and sue anyone who gets a WN.
Yes they are, I was just trying to get an idea of the amount to then calculate a guess at revenue from that contract. So 50 barrels a week to Coco, is roughly 2600 over a yr, by 107 per barrel is just under $300,000. That doesn't sound like a lot to me. And will Coco need that much in the slower winter season?
I thought this was much larger.
C911
SEC getting better! That's funny! Probably doing a lot of in-service training in between watching and sharing porn on their computers!!! But they would never be involved in anything unethical would they? Pleeeeeease!!
So approximately 50 barrel a week since June 10 to Coco? Correct?
Yeah, like a growing kid, they need and WILL mature and grow up! And then we will all be standing tall and proud!
So it looks like they have sent Coco about 350 barrels + so far. Correct?
Got me some more under 2. Thank you SEC! And scared rabbits!
I was under the impression they had a referral agreement with SS. Was there an actual contract involved?

I am averaging in the same way. Actually waiting for my funds to clear ameritrade. And I will continue to accumulate.
I agree. Exposure exposure exposure.
I lay odds it will close lower in the very near future. Too much negative speculation. Right or wrong, the perception IMO, is that no news is a bad thing. So there will be more sellers than buyers for this stock until some relevant information is released.
I concur. Why not flood the airwaves with your successes, regardless of size.
Yep, that BK reference was for Raw! He beat the hell out of me with that analogy for weeks!!
