Deltron Blu Vu's Dr. Bozanic to Launch New Book at International Diving Conference
GARDEN GROVE, Calif., Nov 16, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Deltron, Inc. (OTCBB: DTRO) is pleased to announce that Dr. Jeffrey Bozanic, Vice President of Deltron's Blu Vu division, has written a book entitled "Mastering Rebreathers, Second Edition," published by Best Publishing Company, the largest distributor of educational diving literature. Dr. Bozanic's book on the leading edge underwater breathing systems will launch at the international Diving Equipment & Marketing Association (DEMA) Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, on November 17, 2010.
Blu Vu, a division of Deltron, designs and develops components and systems for closed-circuit rebreathers. Rebreathers are underwater life support systems that recirculate breathing gases to enable deeper, longer and more productive dives. Research and development is led by internationally renowned deep sea and cave diving expert, author and accident investigator Jeffrey Bozanic, Ph.D.
Dr. Bozanic has been teaching technical diving since 1983. He serves as a National Diving Advisor to the U.S. National Park Service, Research Associate for the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles, Chairman of the NSS-CDS Accident Committee, TDI Rebreather Advisory Committee member, and Diving Safety Officer of Island Caves Research Center. Dr. Bozanic has provided consulting services for a wide variety of companies involved with rebreathers including Poseidon, Titan Dive Gear, Steam Machines, Dive Rite, B&E Engineering (Nautilus America), Micropore and Teledyne.
Dr. Bozanic's first edition of "Mastering Rebreathers," published in 2002, was widely distributed and became internationally acclaimed as the seminal textbook on rebreather technology and use. "Mastering Rebreathers, Second Edition" is both an update and continuation of the first book, offering new information and appendices. It is designed for use as a textbook for all agencies and users--recreational, technical, commercial, military and scientific. The comprehensive text covers different types of rebreathers, the pros and cons of different equipment for a variety of diving situations, diving physiology and physics, emergency procedures, and dive travel with rebreathers. Each chapter begins with a list of specific learning objectives to enable divers to learn about the equipment and supplies needed for pre-dive, dive, post-dive, and maintenance procedures.
Henry Larrucea, Deltron CEO, commented: "Dr. Jeff Bozanic is a highly regarded expert in the use and development of rebreather technology. In 2007 he was chosen by his peers to receive the DAN/Rolex Diver of the Year award. His knowledge and experience are unmatched in the diving world. Deltron is extremely proud to have him at the helm of Blu Vu leading design, development and marketing of our rebreather products and we congratulate him on this latest accomplishment."
Dr. Jeffrey Bozanic, Vice President of Deltron's Blu Vu division, commented: "I am delighted to be able to share my experiences and knowledge with the international diving community. I hope that 'Mastering Rebreathers, Second Edition' will provide lifesaving information, technical instruction and practical advice for my fellow underwater explorers. Rebreather technology is truly the next generation of breathing equipment and I hope to help advance awareness and adoption of rebreathers worldwide."

GM Rig.. eom
PCFG - Nice scenario.. I stil think this one will make a bigger move in the next couple of months.. JMHO
Looks pretty darn good ;)
To use those shares for aquisitions or a reverse merger. And at the same time adding more value to our shares since the float will be nil...
BMIC did show up today on the Bid. A few posters questioned if BMIC was there to buy shares for the company... We'll have to watch tomorrow and see what he does ;)
You may be right about BMIC... Let's hope so..
lol - A BLEVE!
I don't think most these people truly understand the potential here if the company actually buys back up to 50 mil shares and or fills the shell with a private entity leaving only 7 mil in the float... Then the sky is truly the limit here...
50 mil shares x .007 = $350,000
They could of easily said they were going to screw the current shareholders and did a R/S.. Instad they intend to purchase up to 50 mil shares..
Bring it on...
NSFE - I'm betting on the company buying back shares and filling the shell.. I love the potential here... This is my type of stock... Now it's up to the company to deliver ;)
They better start the buy back or they will lose any and all shareholder confidence. I sent them an email stating that investors are weary of share buy back PR's of late. To many companies use those PR's to dump more shares while investors buy in.
And there is NO indication whatsoever to believe NSFE has done this or would do this.
And if the private company mergerd into the shell the PPS would be .20 or higher..
With filings and updates and share buy back we could easily see .10-.20 - IMHO
Thanks - Good night.. eom
Seemed like the flippers got out early in the day. Not many shares available under .006. But I bought a lot of shares and held the Bid up most of the day or it would of sat at .005 x .007 - Not complaining as long as the company does what they say they will... I'm loaded and ready for the true buying pressure. You'll be able to know when/if they start buying.. They'll be no question about it. Especially with how low of a float there is ;)
If it wasn't a shell it would be trading a lot higher than it is now. Friday's news was a shocker and without dilution this one should be flying. Why wasn't the company buying today? There is no signs of dilution or manipulation from the company. I just want to make sure that it stays that way and the PR the released on their website is legit. That's why we're asking why they didn't issue it via business wire?
True, I see no signs of dilution. Jay has been with the company for years. They use to issue PR's on a regular basis..

I'm hoping it's all legit. Infact I'm betting it is. NSFE has great potential. That's why I want do badly for the company to clear up these issues:
Is it a shell or not?
If it is what are their plans with it?
First PR in years and it is a real doozy.
If the PR is true then why are they waiting to buy and why in the hell wouldn't they send the PR over the wires? Why would the COO say he is considering it? There's nothing to consider.
And I didn't have any available funds when we saw that running at .0034 - ugh.. lol
NSFE -

After you read the posts in the links provided see if you can find any filings that indicate NSFE isn't a shell.
I've also PM'd a few posters here and emailed the company asking if NSFE is still an empty shell. I have gotten no response to this question.
Also type "shell" or "merger" in the box above that says "Search This Board" You can check search years back to see what people are saying about this. You will see that others are asking similar questions in the last month or two..
Thanks - I may try calling him tomorrow. I was a buyer here on Friday and today, but I am still skeptical. From reading the board I see a lot of people started buying shares in September and more people came onboard in October. Most got in near .002 -
I just wonder if the company felt pressured to release a PR due to all the people contacting them. So they put it on their website and don't release it anywhere else? How much does it cost to issue a PR? There hasn't been any real buying pressure since the release indicating that the company is buying back shares. Yes I know the PR came out on Friday, but wouldn't it make more sense for the company to buy the shares at this level the waiting for a move over .01?
The other issue they haven't cleared up yet which is the big one. Is NSFE still a shell? There has been no proof that they have filled the Shell but in their PR they state " Nationwide is announcing that it intends to begin buying back up to Fifty Million Shares (50,000,000) of the company's outstanding stock on the open market. The company feels that the company's stock, at its current price, is a good investment for the company."
Also when you surf their website they have an investors section with links that take you to yahoo finance for the stock quote for NSFE. Why does it do this if it's a shell. Seems misleading...
I've sent emails with serious questions and have not received a response. The only way we get to .01 or above is if they start buying shares back like they said they would or they gives us more updates...
Not being negative here. 1/3 of the volume today was mine FWIW.
What Jay say when you asked him to do this?
I assume the big dawgs will be chomping at these shares in the near future.
Thanks - I haven't received a response from them via email. Don't know if I was to direct with my questioning. Would hope to get a reply soon. They had to know that Friday's PR would generate some inquiries...
Anyone here make recent contact with the company besides mktmkt?
AAVG - Thanks - I bought some so you had better be right!
lol - I like it...

Additional Information
I decided to pass. Would of liked the split ratio to be much higher..
I'm all for that, but I don't know if you'll get your chance... lol
Very nice!
AAVG - I ike the looks of this one.. Thanks!
Yes we did - Now we need the company to come thru for us.. Looking forward to seeing more updates... And more buying pressure ;)
They finally filled the rest of my order at .007. It had been sitting there for quite some time...
I appreciated them selling the some .0045's to me this morning. Really haven't been many shares available under .006 since then..
lol - Good to see you here..
Someone call the company and tell them we're ready for them to start buying back the shares.. Thank you..
- lol
At .0009 x .003 you couldn't go wrong if you would of known the O/S and quickly scanned to see the volume history... These plays have been doing very well lately.. Have to go with the flow ;)
IBBD - hate it when these brokerage firms prevent us from making money buy putting buying restrictions on certain stocks...
Wow - Over a Billion pounds? Rock on ;)
