Ok, so first, there is no SKYQ.

SRMX has failed to gain a symbol/name change due to either, A) Failing to submit paperwork required, or, B) Failing to submit paperwork which meets the FINRA guidelines for such change to take place.

Either wy, there is no SKYQ and the company, who said on 2-14-18, that paperwork was being submitted by 2-28-18, has gone radio silent since then. It does not take 6+ months to get a ticker change if a company has filed proper paperwork.

Clearly there are companies producing products for 5G. Every telecom is building networks and obviously there will be 5G products.

What is not obvious is whether SRMX is actually producing the SkiQ, or any other 5G products. It's not obvious because to date, SRMX has lied, yes lied, about the progress of and the demand for the SkiQ.

Being rational here, how is it possible that in The first 5 months of this year, SRMX couldn't talk enough about SkiQ production, meetings Best Buy to sell SkiQ by June, 1,000 samples ready by March, 5,000 units ready by June, etc, etc, etc, etc, only to then say, on June 29, which is well after many of these things were supposed to have happened, that SkiQ is so advanced no other company in the world is able to utilize SkiQ, and nothing would happen for SkiQ until at least late 2018 or 2019?

Not to mention all of the other products and programs SRMX was supposed to have developed by now fpr sale or be involved in testing projects. Such as the Smart Home Pilot Program that was hyped in February, to start with a builder in Tampa Bay in June. NEVER heard anything else about this.

There were so many things SRMX told shareholders would happen, and to date none of them have.

Not to mention, all of the things that have happened, which SRMX didn't talk about, such as massive dilution, many lawsuits, the person who has financial control over the company being a convicted felon for Securities Fraud, and the list goes on.

So, the real question is: Why believe there is anything to look forward to, simply based on the past 6 months of lies and failure to disclose.

Since 6-29, the company has basically said nothing to shareholders. they don't hype themselves anymore, they don't talk about SkiQ being closer to a reality, they don't talk about smart home pilot programs, nothing.

Does it make sense for statements to be made about how SkiQ will be a household name, be in 30 million homes, and generate revenues of 500 million, ALL IN THE NEXT 16 MONTHS? How can that be taken seriously?

Does it make sense to post article after article about 5G, when we are not invested in 5G and we know 5G will be huge? We are invested in a company that we are banking on as developing a 5G product, which can generate revenues based on it being compatible with 5G networks.

If SkiQ never happens, who cares about all of the articles about 5G?

I have never said SkiQ won't happen. I will continue to say we have no way of knowing if it will until it is for sale. The company has not earned the right with me to believe they will market SkiQ soon, as there are no FACTS indicating this is true and the company history of reporting truth is a non-starter.

What FACTS are there to post that SkiQ will be worth millions, SkiQ will be for sale in 2 months, the pps will jump to $5.00 "very soon", blah, blah, blah?

Seriously, it is okay to hope this happens and state so. But why should there not be critical posts made in reply to posts which state things truly not possible (30 million homes by end of next year), or relentless posts about other companies, 5G, SRMX PR's from 2017, etc?

The facts is right now there is nothing going on that we KNOW of. SRMX is not saying anything is going on. We were told in June that basically nothing would happen for months. So why the constant posts about "48 hours until take off" or that something is happening "next week", when that is just made up shit?
