Good morning CM, do you use the 200 hour ma ? ...thank you
I'm definitely holding long even through tomorrow's likely dip ,folks are hoping those that bought at 14 won't sell the dip as,we know chances are they will if they weren't already washed out on a stop loss. My point was that the trade would have increased my position with out costing me much of anything.
As long as I am on this and having added today , I think I can speak for most and say today's pull back was anything but minor lol, minor would have been to .13 from .15 lets keep it real. I'm still stoked and in the green but I sure do wish I made that trade and increased my holdings .
I saw your post earlier and thought about selling being I was 130% up and rule of thumb in the otc is sell half and ride or buy back lol...its the long in me and to be fair this isn't the typical otc stock that created that rule of thumb to begin with, funny thing is I bet if I sell the next spike to buy back the dip she'll run away from me and I'll end up chassing ....,so please feel free to post your chart interpretations...glta
Trouble with these articles and this board,is everyone talking this up as the biggest cannabis grow in the country, when the ceo has stated repeatedly that they won't run afoul of federal law. Which I take it means they won't grow cannabis till those laws are changed, which your guess is as good as mine as to when that will happen. This could be a long, long waiting game if your basing your investment on cannabis production. I can only assume by the mentions of giant Canadian cannabis companies that this is the case. Nobody here seems to be talking about the many other medicinal plants that will be the real focus untill federal laws change.
I sure wish they would have had the forsight for a merger before releasing all these articles stating expected completion dates. If they thought it would take 27 to 30 months to build out then can we assume that time table will remain the same once it all gets started?
I will email Jude Sullivan and ask about the eb-5 investors as to whether or not they will be given shares or an equity position in gncc. I sincerely hope so as I'd rather these foreign investors have an interest in recouping their investment going forward than just getting citizenship out of the deal.
According to one of the articles I posted ,one need only employ ten people for two years in an economically depressed area to qualify for this program if I'm correct.
Now this is totally speculation but what if after two years the focus changes and the giant greenhouse complex never materializes, could it be that only the revamp of the existing structure needs to go forward to satisfy the requirements of the eb-5 program ?
Could one then legally walk away with all that loot garnered from the forigen investors ? I'm not saying that this is what's going to happen . What Ill be asking Jude is if it is in the realm of being legally possible. Glta
My brokerage won't allow a short position, idk about the other big firms, otherwise I think one would have to be with one those shady offshore brokerage's . It's not shorts I'm worried about .
I don't and I'm still in it to win it , but man theres guys on here with far more followers than chartmaster that didn't see that coming ....,just saying. Ill say it again hell of a trade chartmaster hell of a trade. Glta
Beer money selling , maybe if you only have have chump change invested, otherwise this pull back from .15 to just below .10 lets just call it a third ......brilliant
Gotta hand it to ya that was a good call !!!

Acoma and the Grants-based Bright Green Group of Companies said in a press release Thursday they have partnered to create a $160 million greenhouse and research facility for medicinal plants on 150 acres of Acoma Pueblo land. While the announcement mentions that the project is bankrolled with foreign investment through a special immigration program, less obvious is the fact that the project has paved the way for 125 wealthy foreign investors, mostly from China, to come to the United States.
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services program known as the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program allows foreign investors to get a green card if they invest at least $500,000 in a U.S. business through a federally-certified regional development center. The money must lead to the employment, either directly or indirectly, of 10 people over two years in an economically depressed area.
John Stockwell, Bright Green’s CEO, said 125 EB-5 investors, primarily from China, funded the project by purchasing shares of his company for $800,000 per investor.
“It’s easy to build a hotel in Miami or a sports field in Indianapolis, but to do it where jobs are needed is another issue,” said Stockwell. “This is a great opportunity for the Acoma Pueblo and New Mexico.”
He said the research portion of the project will focus on using a gene-splicing method to enhance the medicinal purposes of the plants. The company’s core product will be “pharmaceutical-grade” oil extracted from the altered plants. Bright Green’s website says the company is also developing a line of “health and enjoyment” drinks distributed through remotely controlled kiosks.
Construction is expected to begin after leases are signed by the pueblo.

Stockwell also owns a greenhouse in Grants that is currently closed. His previous company, Sunnyland Farms Inc., went bankrupt after a fire destroyed its greenhouse in Estancia. He said the Grants greenhouse would be folded into the new operation and become another location for the medicinal plants to grow.
He said the EB-5 investors have not yet received their visas. He said his company is in the process of filing for a special status from the federal agency that will allow the EB-5 applications to be processed more quickly.
The project will include water, gas, and electric utilities that will be made available to the tribe. The greenhouse, which will be fully automated, will have the capacity to grow 40 million plants per year.
Although the company said in its press release it is in the process of licensing federal government patents related to marijuana, Newhouse said Bright Green plans to focus on other medicinal plants “until federal laws change.”

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — On a patch of tribal land in western New Mexico, a company plans to build a $160 million state-of-the-art greenhouse for researching and growing medicinal plants, including marijuana.
Bright Green Group of Companies is partnering with Acoma Pueblo on what would be the nation’s largest commercial growing operation, by far dwarfing medical marijuana greenhouses already planned in Massachusetts, Illinois and California.
Plans call for Bright Green’s greenhouse and its associated research facility to eventually cover nearly 6 million square feet, or about 100 football fields. Officials at the Delaware-based company say they would have room for as many as 40 million medicinal plants, from marijuana to pennywort and Indian ginseng.
While marijuana is expected to make up a significant portion of the operation, supporters of the project say the business plan was originally designed to sustain itself by producing oils used for various remedies already popular in the homeopathic world.
“We’re just in the process of building our facilities so we’ll be customizing our crops to what the market is most receptive to, but it’s definitely an important part of this,” Bright Green chief operating officer Clarity Patton said of marijuana’s role in the venture.

The multibillion-dollar industry is expected to continue its upward trajectory as voters in more states embrace the idea of legalizing marijuana, market researchers say. Eight states and Washington, D.C., have legalized marijuana for recreational use, while New Mexico and more than two dozen states have medical marijuana programs.
Only licensed nonprofit producers are allowed to grow medical marijuana in New Mexico, and the competition is fierce. For example, more than 80 applicants filed paperwork with the state in 2015, and only 12 licenses were granted.
Bright Green officials don’t intend to seek a state license, saying their operation would be on tribal land and subject only to tribal and federal laws.
Under a 25-year agreement with Acoma Pueblo, Bright Green has vowed that whatever plants it grows and the oils it produces would adhere to federal regulations.
“What we plan on doing is working with the FDA to approve our novel prescription drugs. We’re not in the smoke business; we’re in the oil business,” chief executive John Stockwell said. “To spend this much money and to integrate this much technology, we’re looking to abide by the federal rules. We want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem.”
The Trump administration has warned of a crackdown on recreational marijuana use, but White House spokesman Sean Spicer has said the president does not oppose medical marijuana.
Kris Krane, president of Boston-based 4Front Ventures , an investment and consulting firm focused on the medical marijuana industry, said it’s too early to tell how the administration’s comments will affect the marijuana business but that those on the medical side are feeling somewhat reassured.
Krane said the economic effects are hard to ignore. “As this industry grows, job opportunities grow, tax revenue grows and ancillary businesses grow around them. It’s been a real financial boon for the states where it’s been implemented,” he said.
Still, Krane questioned the size of the New Mexico project given the state’s stance on recreational use and the relatively small medicinal market. Such a large greenhouse has the potential to produce four times the annual volume of medical marijuana used in the state, with no opportunity for shipping beyond New Mexico’s borders because of current federal laws.
Bright Green and Acoma Pueblo say the focus is on the future.
Chris Ahmie with Acoma Business Enterprises described the marijuana debate as complex and contentious. He said the goal is to create what he called a gold-standard facility that would be recognized internationally.
“We’re not willing to risk that investment or that goal by skirting or subverting federal laws or anything like that,” he said. “That’s what we’re looking at, the long range. We’re taking our time with it. We’re going to make sure everything is right.”
Company and tribal officials are meeting at the site Tuesday to mark what they hope will soon be the start of construction, which is expected to take about two years. The federal Bureau of Indian Affairs must still sign off on the lease agreement between the company and the pueblo, Ahmie said.
I left a message with Jude hopefully I'll hear back soon.Though ill share what info I've found.
New partnership between Acoma Pueblo Native American tribe and Bright Green Group of Companies creates jobs and opportunity

ACOMA PUEBLO, N.M., Oct. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- A groundbreaking new partnership between the Acoma Pueblo Native American tribe and the Bright Green Group of Companies is leading the way to a brighter future for the tribe and the entire state of New Mexico.
Together, Bright Green and Acoma Pueblo are creating the world's most advanced, state-of-the-art greenhouse facility and research center for medicinal plants. It will be constructed on approximately 150 acres of the Acoma Indian Reservation and will grow up to 40 million plants per year. A video can be found on the Bright Green website explaining the partnership in more detail at www.brightgreengroup.com.
The state-of-the-art greenhouse facility and research center for medicinal plants located in New Mexico is shown. It is being constructed on about 150 acres of the Acoma Indian Reservation and will grow up to 40 million plants per year. The development project will cost more than $160 million.

The Bright Green development will cost more than $160 million and cover 5.8 million square feet, which is the equivalent of 4,000 average size homes. During its two-year construction phase, the project will create more than 1,200 direct and indirect jobs in an area where employment is greatly needed. After construction completes, operating the facility will create high tech jobs for the region and new opportunities for universities to collaborate with the MJ Brown Research Center.
Development will be funded by private investors that the company intends to bring together through a United States job creation program called EB-5. Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program issues visas to participants who invest in commercial enterprises associated with regional centers approved by USCIS based on proposals for promoting economic growth.
"New Mexico and the Acoma need jobs," said John Stockwell, Chief Executive Officer of the Bright Green Group. "The EB-5 Program is a perfect fit because it allows us to bring in money from investors to create jobs on Acoma land. You can't build on federal land with borrowed money, so everyone involved believes in the value of this project for investors, for the Acoma and for the state of New Mexico."
"This is a global project for our reservation that will increase quality of life for tribal members," said Chris Ahmie, Business Development Officer for Acoma Business Enterprises. "In addition to building the greenhouse, which is the core of the project, Bright Green is helping us build gas and electric utilities on the reservation for the very first time in our tribe's history, and helping improve our water infrastructure."
Every aspect of the Bright Green development will be cutting-edge. Its fully-automated greenhouse complex will create the highest-quality plants, and its industry-leading power, water and gas utilities will enable the regional center and surrounding community to become self-sufficient. To achieve these goals, Bright Green brought together top experts from around the world, including Dalsem, the international leader in high-tech greenhouse projects.
"This project is extremely well planned," said Jan Pieter Dalsem, Managing Director of Dalsem Complete Horticultural Projects. "The utilities are fully integrated, the operation is environmentally friendly and the climate is excellent for growing high quality plants."
"Our business model is strictly focused on legal plants that have medicinal value," said Stockwell. "We will research and develop the plants, grow them in our carefully monitored facility, and then extract high quality oil suitable for use in any product to benefit humans or animals. As the laws change and the business develops, we will be in a position to change our crops."
Currently the Bright Green Group is in the process of licensing several herb, health and marijuana related patents held by the U.S. Federal Government, as well as securing its own provisional patents. The Group has been careful to not violate any Federal laws or begin operations without Federal authorization, since some plants will require Federal approval for research, production, manufacturing and sale.
Partnering with the Pueblo of Acoma brings numerous competitive advantages to the Bright Green Group, including the Acoma's sovereign status that enables them to pass and enforce their own laws, and their extensive knowledge and experience in highly-regulated industries, such as casinos.
"In the casino industry we have very tight controls," said Shaun Cunningham, Chief Executive Officer of Acoma Business Enterprises. "We monitor everything 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We will be incorporating all of our compliance, tracking and security best-practices from the casino industry directly into the medicinal plant industry."
More than 500 gaming facilities owned by Native American Tribes will have the opportunity to distribute the company's products, including a new line of beverages being developed. Bright Green is carefully designing its business operation and kiosk distribution system to be in full compliance with all Federal, State and Municipal laws.
"My role as CEO was to bring together the best in the industry to build a facility that is compliant, automated, environmentally responsible and keeps track of each and every one of the 40 million plants we grow each year," said Stockwell. "This project is a tremendous opportunity for investors and researchers who want to be leaders in the medicinal plant industry."
"Currently we have an affiliation with New Mexico State University, the University of New Mexico and the University of Guelph in Canada," said Lynn Stockwell, Majority Shareholder of Bright Green. "We welcome anyone interested in research or investment to contact us."
"New Mexico is not a very rich state and everyone is trying to bring in new employment and opportunity," said Cunningham. "I believe the Pueblo of Acoma will be the leader of that over the next two years for the whole state of New Mexico."
"Bright Green is bringing real, meaningful employment and advancement opportunity to the Pueblo of Acoma," said Ahmie. "This development will make life better for the current Native American community and future generations going forward."

Aquahoya ..., I just found this stock and dove into researching it, if I had jumped into this years ago id say hey ya gotta give it a chance to work out but this is years latter where one can look back on statements made by the company retrospectively and start to add it all up.
Does anyone have a link/ P.R. from the company stating that the filings were delayed ?
I am relying on the research of others here.
Huge mistake doing that my friend .
You said ...., if too many people start calling in it spooks them and they shut down communication.
Please explain this notion , if you really believe that about any company you invest in, you should run as fast as you can away from them.
Go back and reread what you have posted sir...,This deal will be the biggest MJ based operation in the country when completed. Construction on the 6,000,000 sq.ft. facility was started in march of 2017. It is in the end stages of completion at this point. True or false ?
Their attorney stated, "all" Filings submitted last week. Should post before months end, if not sooner. Company will PR once all filings hit. Everything FINRA has requested has now been completed.
Being that this isn't an official P.R. is it not hear say and therefore irrelevant?
If everything finra requested has been completed what's the hold up,I want verifiable facts not opinions!!!
I will post more D&D as I find it , all with links
