Wick, by third engine, are you thinking a cap on the A/S at that point, or just more investors jumping into the stock to push the PPS up.
I hope that after this rollout is complete over the next month, that they would then move onto the new retailer news and have time to prepare the rollout into the new stores before the holidays. Seems to make too much sense.
or our bullseye retailer.
Wick, is that for our product to be allowed into the exchange stores?
The big Three that I would like to see: Large retailer anounced in October, GZFX allowed into AAFES exchange stores in early November, and CC Holiday advertising beginning in November maybe Thanksgiving week. Who knows..
Very Good Point CIDD!
Isn't the definition of a basher "someone who continually posts the same negative message over and over again." This is what we have here.
Also, you didn't answer agents question. Most of the A/S can go away if we achieve profitability in the 4th or 1st quarters.
All that is needed would be a cap on the remaining.
It's all about survival. Know who your friends are. Politics and religion are a bitch also.
I mean Cmon, I love comedy too but we all hopefully share a common bond with this stock. Everyone wants to make a profit.
Everyone should have a cold one and relax. It's a Friday night for Chri*&*9*ts sake..
Before they put the bus on the road they have to get the band together it's a kentucy blue grass band called the rolling load. John is playing the drums and chip is at his side with the harmonica. Theme song is just another one I roll which they plan to play on the business channel.
Actually I mean the northwest suburbs of chicago right now..
I had a chance to visit a few other stores: Downers Grove, Berwyn, and Vernon Hills, IL did not have our product in stock. So it looks like they have not yet reached the stores up North or South. Just Central Illinois right now. I am going to wait about another week before revisiting the previous ones I mentioned.
From the last 10K, "An estimated 15% of our current subscriber base is college students. Advertisement in school newspapers, on college websites, and other advertising media will be placed at college campuses in targeted cities.
I would love to hear some follow up from John or Chip on this. Has anyone seen a college website add for Gameznflix?
I may just have to email Chip on this.
Hey Wick it has been a good conversation tonight. I officially became an active member of Ihub today also. Looking forward to more insightful conversation.
Going to get some ZZZZZ'SS
Yeah, me included. I just hope that after being unsuccessfull as of late with moving the PPS to any degree with the PRs that John comes to the conclusion that we want him to.
Actually Wick that's a good point. We also saw some PRs the last few weeks. Like you mentioned, maybe JF will come to his senses and promote the product better and or send a strong message about the authorized.
What am I saying, it would be difficult to try to figure out what he is thinking anyways. All I know is I have cash on hand if we drop lower.
Wick do you think that JF will update the outstanding on Stock Information Systems anytime soon. I know he is not being consistent like he was the last few months? Do you think he is afraid to post it because he doesn't want the price to drop any lower?
Wick, LOL
Oh, I see just letting Stockster know your aware.
Wick, could Gameznflix possibly be courting another retail partner based out of Kansas City.
No problem, Wick.
Three times...
Sorry for posting twice Ihub is giving me problems right now.
Just trying to possibly answer the question that Agent1107 poised to one of your questions "abouat why JF would not want to give more assurance to the current investors right now.

Uncertainty, Doubt, and Confusion. Possibly less dilution until stock pps has a chance in later quarters for great gains. Also it would be easier to pay off convertible debt at a lower PPS.
Wick well put, I think it is the only way investors will start to trust the man.
Agent1107, I hear you. LOL.
Another thing, it seems odd to me that the subscription receivable of $3,700,0000 matches the remaining amount under the first SB. Why couldn't they have collected some of that receivable? Just something that I think seems fishy. Does someone want to keep the PPS low for now?

If I were JF I would extinguish the SB2 funding in a letter to shareholders. Then I would increase advertising expenses by more then the 15% that is mentioned in the 10Q. I am not sure why they think break - even is more important then achieving fantastic sub numbers. Netflix did not turn a profit for several years.
Maybe they want to use break - even to achieve bank financing or greater private investor funding.
Itrade, how could a receivable of $3,700,000 be dilutive financing? When dilutive financing of the majority of the first SB was used we never had any receivable. The dilutive financing appears in more cash on the balance sheet and more outstanding stock. It does not effect the Subscriptions Receivable Account.
Believe what you will.
Dmay30, I have thought about it, and look at it this way. If they are going to try and break-even by the fourth quarter, they are going to have to keep expenses down. So instead of putting millions into advertising maybe they think they can do less costly forms of advertising such as this weird RV thing.
Netflix took a different approach and poured millions into advertising for several years before they broke even. But netflix didn't use dilutive financing. They had plenty available from private investors.
If CC or Gameznflix promotes the product a little better, we may be able to have the increased sub numbers by the end of the year.
Itrade, The $3,700,000 subcriptions receivable is not dilutive financing.
A little exercise: Go look back at the 10QSB for March. Under "Gameznflix consolidated balance sheet" do you see the $3,187,500 under stock subscriptions receivable. Good! Now look back at the 10KSB for last year that was filed in February. Look at the "Consolidated Statement of Changes in Stockholder's Equity". Under Stock Subscriptions Receivable column do you see 2 items for $3,000,0000 and $187,500. These items both say issuance of common stock in the left hand column. The stock was already issued. At that time the $3,187,500 was the receivable, now it is $3,700,000.
Now look at the same schedule "Consolidated Statement of Changes in Stockholder's Equity" for this past quarter June. Notice how the column Subscriptions Receivable starts with a balance of $3,187,500 as of December 31, 2005, which was the same as March 31, 2006. Then we have an increase of $550,000 which the description in the left column says Issuance of common stock related to options. Stock was issued again. Then we have $37,500 in proceeds of collection of these receivables. So our final balance is $3,187,500 + 550,000 - 37,500. $3,700,000...
There is dilutive financing out there if they want more but the $3,700,000 subscription receivable is not it..
Mikeisme, good one.
follow through.
Stockster5, "Oh Boy", LOL. I share some of the same concerns, that is why I hope we are allowed into the AAFES stores as soon as possible. Given the hundreds of locations, and campus type of environment it's just my opinion but I don't think we would need much advertising of the product there. I hope Chip and John can follow.
Mar - key, great email. We are told that we have enough cash flow to last us for 12 to 18 months. But this SB2 still looms over are heads. One thing that Netflix did right early on was too get some large private investors. It is good to see that we have $3,700,000 in subscriptions receivable, but can we trust John not to use more dilutive financing. The business channel thing in Europe scares me a little.
