We know the fins are coming by mid-Feb the latest. But some just can't wait.

Not True, We do not know when the fins are coming , if they ever will. Just because they put out that they will be released on time doesn't mean shit in the OTC.
Remember , this is a pinky stock in the OTC. They have proven nothing yet to anyone.

I wouldn't bet any money on that statement, I have seen this exact scenario happen before. Closed shop and went dark, after friends and family invested heavily.

This company may never get current, they are heading in a direction that will be very hard to get out of.
