I certainly have studied them all. I am not in agreement with your assesment. I have been , as many, here trying to wrap arms around the "DUTV" Structure. In due time we shall see. The change in "Possible FLOAT' now @ 1,231,603,584 non restricted freely tradeble that all of us are watching. Fuzzy Math for me looked like almost 280 Million Shares popped up between the last two 10Q'S, I think it was to complete the TORQ M&A, Lifting the Kilt a little and divulging specifics on the "Patent" on a "Non Disclosure Agreement" and how to move this forward bringing TORQ into the Group. I am in the group thinking, the "DEBT CONVERSION" referenced, essentially a One Man Show to get funding for his "BABY" to come to fruition for a few years. Under the recent move from Liverpool N.Y. to FLA. We can all read there was not 1 Amortization or Depreciation of "Infrasture" on the 10Q, Heck I would have at least wrote off a Few Computers, Routers, Switches, Printers/Copiers, Phone Network (Internal) But that is just me and how I run an office. How would you approach that? We all cannot "Telecommute".
