Utah recently introduced Anti NSS laws that were intended to go in effect this month, but Wall st got at them & have delayed implementation until June 2007. In effect the new law will kill any FTD problems for any Co with their HQ in Utah. at this stage of the game it would require moving HQ, not such a big thing, but watch developments as when this law was almost enacted at least 2 other states were going to follow suit. once this thing gets going next year expest a landslide of States getting with the program. please remember that most changes have come at the prompting at State level not federal level who do nothing because they are completely compromised. Come June of next year I dont think XKEM will have a problem as the momentum will be far too strong & mm's would have moved on to weaker prey. However if it is still a problem or you are invested in other stocks that have that problem then I believe that this is going to be the lgislation that broke the camels back. tlo

You are correct smartmoney but should have been MORE then just stable after the loan PR but it is what it is. I bought in originally at .014 but added alot more in the high .03 and .04's just knowing were going up. That was several months ago and after this wonderful loan news we are at .026 something is crazy period. Anyway I am not up enough on the game to flip so will AGAIN HOLD my 2 plus million shares.
