Maybe Next Week....LOL
Maybe Not....so sad
only 2 trades all day....LOL
Time will tell within the next couple of weeks
If they delay the fins once again, it will be time to reevaluate where this company is at. Time to wonder if the wool was pulled over all of our eyes. Remember, this is the OTC.
51K-Buy Vol 274K-Sell Vol
And now you are comparing MVNT with a bunch of garbage stocks.
My point made
OK.. I'm ready for this to make a small run.
Let's Go $MVNT
Good Morning all
Really?....LOL
That's possible.... right now it looks like a garbage stock
Garbage stock
This is heading to a place that is going to be hard to get out of.
This is getting a stench to it..
I believe its going to be the last choice. I really hope not but not real keen on anything they are doing here or the way they are doing it.
I've been moving some stock around today, making a little money, then I check in here to see whats going on and HOLY SHIT, what is going on here? almost sub penny? WTF
Lets Go $MVNT
I told you yesterday how this is going to happen !! JMO
I would recommend not being involved in the OTC at all if that is your stance as that is how the OTC as a whole operates
T
Hey, come on now....
Give me a break LOL
Let's Have a Great Day !!!!
GO $MVNT
Read below and you will see what I am trying to tell you.
This is not a bad thing to do for the company and for investors. You seem to be all about this company , so I don't understand why you have an issue with a reverse split if it helps the company
Reverse splits are a sign of good things for companies on the way up, but a sign of bad things for companies on the way down.
In order to meet the minimum share price requirements for Nasdaq, many companies will conduct a reverse split. This is perfectly acceptable to the exchange, and the post-split share price will be evaluated accordingly.
Using a reverse split to raise the share price and obtain an uplisting is a very positive sign for a company and is much different than companies that use a reverse split to prevent being delisted. Once again, the confusion relates to delisting as opposed to uplisting. Many people who don't focus on uplistings only encounter reverse splits in the context of companies that are trying to stave off a delisting, so in many people's eyes a reverse split is a sign of a troubled company.

And I'm starting to see the extent of yours also
You cant be ignorant of a reverse split happening here. Do you really think this can get to $4.00 a share without one? LOL
a reverse split can be beneficial to a company by boosting its stock price to a level that enables it to transition from a penny stock traded over the counter to a stock listed on a major exchange. Such a transition attracts the interest of more investors.
I was wrong and so are you
What are the rules to be listed on NASDAQ? To be listed on the NASDAQ exchange and reporting system, the following requirements:
Shareholders Equity of at least $2,000,000
At least 100,000 shares of public float
A minimum of 300+ shareholders
Total assets of $4,000,000
At least two market makers
$3 minimum bid price of the company stock
Public float market value of $1,000,000
Just being realistic
they want to list on the big board, not going to happen without pps being at least $1.00 for a certain amount of time. This will never be more than a dime without one. IMO
Right....
This probably wont move above a dime without a reverse split
It just a fact, that's the way these OTC companies work
Seen it hundreds of times
I'm not impressed with that tweet....
they do this all the time, they say things and then never come through. They show no proof of what they say.
Like the saying goes- " I will believe it when I see it"
Agree 100%
maybe in a couple weeks....
or months
or ever....lol
And there are a few here
That's just mean....
Gosh Darn it....Maybe Next Week....LOL
This trades like shit....
Management is to blame !!
