Hmmmm...Nextel Selling the CT, i think we heard that before...LOL...now wouldn't it be nice if Actsoft picks @ROADS business with Verizon.....IMO, thats already in the cards...
this is a good link if you guys want to look up MM's
http://www.allstocks.com/markets/Market_Makers/market_makers.html
Not I....Kook, but i did add today...
Not a chance...i will hold my original position
absolutely....
They are just the sales for the CT..
You crack me up OC......LOL
Because i'm smart...
FWIW...I will be buying HISC for a trade, I will sell it just before the div is paid...
Management has a lot on their plate right now.. i really don't read into it to much...we will have 05' numbers by the 30th
IMO the up list being delayed is not the problem...the fact that we have no numbers and that the shorts screw us on a daily basis is....once we take care of this we should trade close to .30....we think that the short interest is around 95 to 115 mil shrs
remind me tomorrow, i'll try to find out...
yes we are...LOL
i don't know how much is profit...I forgot to mention this from the conference...The CT now has the ability to have a radiation detection device attached to it. HISC also has the ability to hard wire it to a container and it will send a signal if it detects somthing....There are millions of containers
No...they didn't tell me anything that i didn't already know...
whats up Kook??....Yes there will be two CO's, at first Actsoft will be on the BB then with an SB2 ap HISC will follow HOPEFULLY about 30 to 45 days latter..the reason HISC is not using the shell because they don't need to....remember the only reason the SB2 got kicked back was because the SEC wanted actsofts numbers for the last three years..this is the only way to get this deal done NOW, oterwise we would be waiting about a year to get up listed...
the REV numbers have changed do to all the new selling agreements on the CT. I don't have them in front of me, but they have been increased. I e-mailed RCP the presentation from the conference, it had some of the new numbers for the CT. as fore demand for the CT, Brian R. told me that the vertical market demand is around 20 30 thousand CT a month, this includes Nextel. They would like to have the CT's in nextel stores by june.....hope i answered your questions
OC, i think your losen it....lol
LOL...sniper, did you get my e-mail
spence, i tried that e-mail address and i didn't work
Red Bank
they said no later then the 14th...sorry if i was not clear
i'm back.....we will have earning for HISC by the 30th and they are better then originally expected...The CT will be in Nextel stores by June, nextel will be doing there own marketing for the CT..when i asked about the ports i just got "can't comment" with a big SMILE..we should have the div in 45 days..we will know who the new co is by april 14th.. I think it is a barley profitabl shell with a tight float..from talking to them i feel it has no corelation to HISC or Actsoft. They are only using it as a way for actsoft to go public..it will have a PPS close to .50...also i feel would could have news tomorrow...JMHO...I may have forgotten some stuff so ask me some questions.....
Catty, i would put you on mine but it's to late...I think you can just pay to get in but i'm not sure...try this number 1 212.541.4530
Catty are you on the list...
all corp...
gulf glub....LOL
Catty, i'll look for ya...I'm a 6 foot Italian kid..i'll have a gray pin stripe suit on...
-----EXACTLY-----Neutral-Ice
i'm leaving for the conference at 1pm...i'll post what i find out...
I know i'm going to catch a lot of sh!t for this post, but f-it........I know for a fact HISC is holding back big news.....they need to release 2 to 3 big PR's back to back to get the momo going, thats the only way to force the shorts to cover.....
LOL...i thought it was a three year projection, i just wasn't sure...
