That article states there will most likely be an R/S... I don't think they're going to R/S is below .10 but if we do have a run, they will probably R/S around .20-.50 in order to get to $4 to uplist... market cap doesn't nevesssrily matter tha much for uplisting, they can wiggle around the rules as there are several requirements that you only have to meet a few of

Okay I've done some research... the company said they expect the clinical study results in the first quarter of 2017, which ends in about 15 days... then they stated that they look to uplist the stock in the first HALF of 2017... it seems that these results will give them momentum, along with the share buyback, to meet the stock price requirements within quarter 2... hence them saying they intend to uplist in the first "half"

Another thing I'd like to know is why they are planning to uplist so soon
