GMA,
What was the significance of yesterday and where did you see that it was significant to the suit?
I have yet to find any updates from yesterday.
Thanks.
CCGI qtrly is out and it is impressive, if you believe that sort of thing.
;)
However, if all the numbers do stack up and revenue is real, seems as though that fairs well for JNSH in terms of settlement BUT not so good as CCGI has deeper pockets to keep fighting the lawsuit.
Which by the way, is dragging on way too long. I've been sitting on my shares for about 2 years now and am getting antsy.
Wow, what a quarter. Almost too hard to believe, wink wink.
So I started reading through the RFQ and there seems to be some discrepancies with the dates. The article and is dated 2014, the first page reference 2014 but in the RFQ itself there are references for 2013??
If it is 2014, I like that they are looking for a 5 year contract!
"(c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed July
31, 2019. "
What's your take on this? Curious that it comes from "hispanicBusiness.com" as it is a formal military RFQ?
Seems like anyone with CODA Octopus F180 experience could bid on it?
Also, wasn't aware there was "four (4) Government-owned
CodaOctopus F180 systems "
multi
Yes thats what i meant. Plaintiffs should be worried
Earl Austin is also a partner in BakerBotts LLP. I'd be a little concerned as a plaintiff...
Baker as in James Addison Baker and family.

Thanks for that GMA. Looks like we will know more on 8/8, 8/22 and 8/25! Good luck Coda and Mr. Turner.
Some one looks to be peeing on our fence post!

Sounds like someone at CODA should give the Bay Patrol a call and assist in how to operate.
BlueDolphin, hang on tight for now I would say.
For the last few years those, not me, that know how to chart and value a company based on OS, PL, BS, IS etc. have CDOC at .23 and that was before all the selling last year.
I don't think we will see it much higher than .25 until such a time that the debt is resolved and/or we uplist or a buy out OR for another reason more eyes and buyers realize the value here.
Good luck, I'm in until they at least uplist!!
Not surprised. No volume on this stock which is crazy.
So bizzare that other pinkies with nothing have wild volume and really run on vapor. Here sits a pink stock company that "ACTUALLY" has product(s), makes sales, is transparent for the most part, is expanding, has worked to get audited financials, claims it wants to uplist and we got crickets all the time.
But yet, I tried to buy when it when down to .08 (.06 for a minute) and no takers.
It would be really interesting to see what would happen with some really BIG news and/or a lot of news. We need exposure in the worst way.
Hood, I have just received confirmation from CODA that you are correct. The case is "not" done, it has "simply been moved from Federal to State court".
I too will hold long and strong.
1Center,
So are you saying it has been filed as "Termination of Action" and is over?
After an action is commenced, it is said to be pending until termination. While the action is pending, neither party has the right to start another action in a different court over the same dispute or to do any act that would make the court's decision futile.
A lawsuit may be terminated because of dismissal before both sides have fully argued the merits of their cases at trial. It can also be ended because of Compromise and Settlement, after which the plaintiff withdraws his or her action from the court.
Actions are terminated by the entry of final judgments by the courts. A judgment may be based on a jury verdict or it may be a Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict. Where there has been no jury, judgment is based on the judge's decision. Unless one party is given leave—or permission from the court—to do something that might revive the lawsuit, such as amending an insufficient complaint, the action is at an end when judgment is formally entered on the records of the court.
Do your dd on mr. Clark. Try asking the group over on the wsgi board.
Oh and I forgot to mention. One of the first things I read and learned about on iHub (from the iHub FAQs btw) was that a clear sign of 'bad juju' was when members constantly argue with one another on a board. Seems it's a trick of theirs and sometimes it's the same person with different or multiple login names. Pretty easy to spot now I think. You can just read this board and then the CCGI board and see who's commenting and which side they lean.
Let's focus on JNSH stock, business and fundamentals please.
Hmmm, starting to smell interesting. The bashers are about as well as the pumpers and I see that CCGI has started the 'news' machine back up! Get ready to ride me thinks!
Not only that, but 100 CCGI shares is worth about 10,000 JNSH shares. If I held CCGI I might think about that.
Got mine in 2007, posted on wall as a reminder.
Agreed, anything Telsa does is important to this industry.

So I have a certificate on my wall for 909,090,000 but TDameritrade only shows 90900. Was there a reverse or something else I should know. I would love for this to be worth $3.50 so I can buy some soft TP.
Good to know, thanks! I've been long on this company, I hope we continue to grow and prosper!
Wow! Another sale, $850,000.00+ as of 2/18/14
Go CODA! Sorry I missed this one.

Thanks Wayno2. So are you saying that because already 78% of the authorized outstanding shares are owned and there are only 22% on the float that when demand hits it's easier for the share price to increase?
So I've often heard on this board about how JNSH is a good play because of the outstanding shares and the float. Can someone explain in detail what they mean and what the significance is regarding?
Thanks
If you use TDAmeritrade, open up Level II. In the middle of the popup window is an orange gear/settings icon to change display settings. Click it and choose "Show Inside".
Maybe it's not actual "Insider" trades?
I'd include and image here, just not sure how to.
L2 showing lots of insider buying. Someone knows something. I bet it would of gone higher but so many folks had sale triggers after holding for so long I would guess. Could see .07 soon.
Hood,
I agree and also have a different take on a few things.
I don't think the lawsuit helped but I don't think it was the real damage.
I think most investors were long and were expecting and wanting better financials and information and they didn't get it and took there money else where for now.
They will be back imo.
I'm a firm believer too. I wish I held a larger position but am satisfied for now. May add more as the year goes on.
Honestly the law suit and debt don't concern me too much.
I don't think the suit has a whole lot of merit and it will probably take 1 year+ to work itself out.
As for the debt. I wish they were more transparent there but I have a feeling, having done some DD on Anne Marie Gayle et al, that they have a handle on it. They were very savvy and frugal when they took over and seem to have continued to do so without strangling the sales force and R+D teams.
They seem to be using the "loan" in positive ways as evidenced by today's news victory. ("Hence the larger facility for Martech" comment).
For now, tell your friends, family, banker, investor, teacher, mentor. This is a good company on the verge of being great I think.
:)
Yes, lots of news and action/sales/conferences etc.
Me thinks we need some *big* American institutional interest.

Coda is going places just hard to tell when and where.
To me this is a 'pinksheet' dream company.
A. They have a real product
B. They are diversified
C. The actually make sales
D. Several patents
E. No pump and dump imo
F. Solid management
G. Expanding business operations and exposure
H. Audited financials
I really think we need to up list before any significant price movement. It just seems this company is too good for penny land swingers, day traders so it just sits.
Coda sound byte as put out by the company email alerts.

Maybe we should all get together and send a letter to the judge.
JC, the judge has already ruled in JNSH's favor.
