What's "fake money"?
Yes, increasing the OS dilutes the share value.
It makes sense. The company can push AS out into the open market (increasing the OS). They can then use that money to invest within the company and pay bills.
You're ignoring the "Common stock to be issued" line item.
Clearly they have way more than that number they can (and have) issued to pay bills.
Where did you see that?
That is great news!
Thank you.
I think it is weird that they (Verus) has him listed as an insurance trust, but they pay him so much.
I guess I would take the opportunity to invest and make some money also though.
You can't buy unless someone is selling..
Do you mean 300 million more trades occurred at the ask than the bid? Yes, that is the only way the price would go up.
Can someone explain to me who "Monaco" is?
Thanks.
I did. It is because the On4 dude put out a tweet.
The only thing they are killing is my portfolio.
I think it is the same dude.
Just going by different handles. The grammar is the same in all the posts.
See what you did!
If it gets below 0.001 I will buy a few grand more of it.
Trade volume still zero
Then you and your personas should buy some.
The volume is still zero.
Why is the trade volume still zero if you are "jumping in"?
I won't buy any more NECA until they catch up on filings.
If they catch up on OTC filings...
He says he is working on it. I will believe it when I see it.
How is it possible?
How do you buy at $0.0000? eTrade won't let me place a buy order for $0.0000
So why did the Stonecrest members step down from the board?
Grey market transactions are-
A broker to broker or broker to company transaction (on behalf of common stock buying general public). OTC has no oversight.
Hence the "Grey". OTC does not know what is going on, and can't provide ask or bid values or accurate quotes.
Not according to OTC.
Greys can't trade on OTC.
What matters is the OTC market page.
The iHub mods / editors can make the iHub page say anything they want. Don't rely on second hand information.
But we're in the "expert market" now!
We're moving up in the world.
Yeah, sure. "Registered Market Maker"
Market makers buy at the ask in large volume BTW. Do your thing.
No, that isn't how it works.
The only time the share price correlates with a companies net worth are during the initial valuation by the SEC. After that it is entirely based on public perception.
COHO is it's own entity. It has it's own share structure, and those shares are still worth what they were before the suspension. The shares don't magically change value just because the company has new board members. Perception of the company by the general public can change though, and this may cause the price to go up.
We are all under the assumption that this is a reverse merger, and that is the most likely situation.
Example- If I sell you my car, the car does not change value just because I signed over the title to you.
Until Stonecrest officially absorbs COHO (or COHO absorbs Stonecrest) to the SECs standards, then COHO is simply a holding of Stonecrest. Stonecrests revenue has no impact on COHO until that occurs.
6 Billion AS means there will be no NASDAQ listing, no matter the re-valuation. There are simply far too many shares to go around, and that makes them easy to get. If they reduce that to 500 million or so, then maybe we could get into the dollar(s) per share range.
Sadly, It does not work that way.
Why would all of a companies revenue contribute directly to its share price? Why would they not invest that back into the company (buying property and such).
You are also assuming a change in share structure. with 6 billion AS, you would never get into the dollar range per share without a massive RS.
So he can draw in more (new) investors.
That's what we need.
New tweet today! "Getting current"
I won't hold my breath, but hopefully he gets up-to-date on OTC filings soon.
Awesome! Hope he gets OTC filing up to date.
That will bring in new investors!
I would feel better if NECA caught up on OTC filing.
New Title King tweet today!
https://twitter.com/titlekingloans
Maybe NECA will catch up on OTC filing?
It's Alive! Title King Tweet!

Carvana buyout would be sweet!
It makes sense- you buy companies that have existing lien on titles and you have a ready made revenue stream.
I have a suspicion it will be the same cut and paste "we are really close to the name change" stuff from the last one.
There are no verifiable reviews on Amazon either.
Amazon only requires purchase of a similar item to post a comment.
Both apps are available directly from the app store. You are free to download either of them and post your own reviews.
That is my understanding also.
The PR said "with FINRA approval"
500 mil to 2 bil is my guess.
Low end is more likely, perhaps 1 billion.
Happy?
This is all speculation anyway.
1.5 million would be tiny (unless its Berkshire-Hathaway or something). That doesn't make it impossible, but it seems unlikely to me.
The 880K would give us an idea of the initial OS of the new company, not including the common shares allocated to board members, CEO and such. So the OS of the new company could be far higher than the 880K shares.
The share price of the new company would be based on the AS (of the new company) per the initial SEC agreed valuation and share price. My guess would be somewhere in the 500 million to 2 billion range, but, that is just a guess.
So why would iHub users give bSafeMobile positive reviews, but give FleetSafer negative reviews?
Maybe the FleetSafer app needs more work?
