It states in it, "On January 20, 2014, the Board approved the Authorized Share Increase and the Par Change and recommended to the Majority Stockholders
that they approve the Authorized Share Increase and the Par Change. On January 22, 2014, the Majority Stockholders approved the Authorized
Share Increase and the Par Change by written consent in lieu of a meeting in accordance with the Nevada Revised Statutes. Accordingly, your
consent is not required and is not being solicited in connection with the approval of the Authorized Share Increase."
The key is on January 22, 2014, the Majority Stockholders approved the Authorized change. Somebody already posted this last Wednesday. I knew I read something about this and there was already some discussion on it then. I don't think this is really anything new. "Big money" already knew about this.
Is there an amendment with today's date on it?
If you look through the posts either on Tuesday or Wednesday of last week, I'm almost 99% positive that somebody already posted the increase to 3.5 billion. Why would this effect the pps tomorrow?
I'm confused, can somebody please explain. I thought this information was out days ago about the authorized shares being increased to 3.5 billion (last week I think).
Why would there be a morning sell-off? I thought this was old news that was released last Tuesday about the authorized shares being increased to 3.5 billion.
That's what I was thinking. Support around high .004s held up well today. I believe that support was tested 2 or 3 times today. In my opinion, it seems like we are making higher lows since last week we tested .004 support. A nice base has formed in the .005s now all we need is some news. I like the fact that we closed at .0052 which last week was the major resistance price.
Exactly, how do you know?
I forgot, how many hours before the actual court time did we get notice of it getting pushed back on last Tuesday? I just hope it doesn't get rescheduled tomorrow even if we don't get a final ruling tomorrow.
Jellyfish's comment kind of goes along with mine. We shall see though, as more times than not I'm wrong haha.
SVFC - remember folks the court date tomorrow is only to rule on damages and a different judge is ruling. In all likelihood there will be an additional court date in the future to finalize this whole ordeal by the judge in charge of this suit.
IMO tomorrow's court will have no effect on tomorrow's trading. Right now SVFC is trading on outstanding technicals, ridiculously undervalued evaluation, and multiple major upcoming catalysts.
Do you currently have a position in the stock? I disagree slightly. I don't think it will drop that low, as I think a lot of people are thinking it will get rescheduled again and might be priced into the stock already(since it's already been rescheduled at least one time before, people's expectations are not that high). It's hard to say. I will definitely be watching the price action tomorrow closely and might setup a stop loss incase the court date does get pushed back again.
Shouldn't gap up much if at all. This stock always seems to start off slow and then big up momentum fast throughout the day. I'm backing up the truck if you know what I mean first thing in the morning to load up.
Awesome, thanks for the info! Time to back up the truck Monday morning;)
Haha I'm liking it so far, please keep up the good work ;)
Haha sorry. We need to start convincing people on the board how bad the stock so we can pick some up on Monday at a cheap price. AKA become bashers ;)
This might very well go above a penny Monday depending on the volume the way this thing has moved of late.
Well then consider me all in first thing in the morning. I think Monday has the potential to be one of those parabolic days with the combination of typical Monday trading volume in addition to anticipation of a court decision on Tuesday.
Somebody else mentioned that too. Hmmmmm, I thought it was Monday but not sure.
I'm guessing that we should know first thing in the morning if the case is going to be delayed again although I can't remember when we received the news that it was going to be delayed on last Tuesday. If we don't know first thing in the morning, I agree, I say buy in immediately and at least ride it up on anticipation of news sometime during the day Monday. If we do get news again that it's going to be delayed, then I think it's important to back out immediately before it retraces a little bit. It's so hard to say. It seems to me with already being delayed at least once, we should get some kind of decision/info on Monday. I think that's what caused the spike late last Friday.
I've been wondering the same thing. There was definitely a little resistance wall setup at .0064. I think we easily pass that come Monday on anticipation of a court decision sometime during the day or after the market closes. I guess maybe wait and see if we can get pass that. It's always hard to tell first thing on a Monday morning what a stock is going to do. Definitely amateur hour then. I think I'm going to take the chance and buy first thing as I think it will at least run based on anticipation of court decision. This stock just seems like it wants to run hard as the chart looks beautiful. Might need some kind of news to help this go parabolic!
Realistically, I think the only way we hit copper within the next couple of weeks is if we get a resolution to the court case. But who knows, the way this chart is setting up, anything is possible. The key is volume.
Agreed. I just didn't know if there was going to be a big sell off going into the weekend. I figured I would rather give up a couple percents and buy back in first thing Monday than take the risk of losing all profit for today. I tried to avoid even numbers when I set my stop loss.
Agreed. Right now this just seems to be a beautiful chart forming. This run seems just to be starting.
Dipping below .006 at the end unfortunately triggered my stop loss I had set at .0059. I was afraid once it dipped below .006 that it would go down to below .0055 again. Needless to say, I will be back in first thing Monday along with everybody else on anticipation of a court decision or at least an update.
There definitely seemed to be a wall setup around .0064. Personally, I think we easily break that come Monday with a lot of volume. I would like to see us break into penny land next week. If we do get a court decision come Monday, I think we could easily reach copper territory in a hurry.
Just curious, what changed your sentiment on this company? I remember when you bought in the .12s I believe and you sounded super positive. Now you seem to have your doubts. I really do like what this company is doing and think a year from now, this will be generating some huge revenues. I agree though, content is everything, in addition to proper marketing. The NP-1s can easily be updated in the future now that they're not starting from scratch.
Very objective article. I think whether people sell off at end of day might depend on how much the price goes up tomorrow. If it only jumps into the .006s I feel like people will hold on anticipation of more investors coming in on Monday. I'm not sure what time the court hearing is on Monday, but I'm guessing leading up in the morning, there should be a nice run-up on the pps. Hopefully we get a decision Monday, and let this stock jump back into penny land.
I agree. I don't know why, but this has the feeling of a run that has just begun. If we could get a court decision on Monday, then this might just go parabolic of multiple days like Tuesday. Either way, I wouldn't be shocked at all to see this sitting at .02-.05 range a month from now.
I completely agree. Just curious, have you bought back in??
That actually might be a bad thing to retest the .004 support one more time and then bounce off into green land. I think that would strengthen the support level and create a really nice base. Hard to say whether this dips first thing tomorrow or takes off strong right out of the gate.
Oh my mistake, I thought it was Monday. As long as we hold tomorrow and possibly go green a bit, I"m thinking it could really setup for a nice Monday, possibly test .8 again or a penny.
I definitely like the fact that bounced off .004 today and used that as support, in addition to not ending red today. I would think with a possible outcome coming Monday, things could get interesting again tomorrow. Even though the MMs were holding it down today, there seem to be some huge bids hitting.
If that happens I would be all over this stock like stink on sh*t! I see this stock going no lower than the .08s. This is still a great company with a bright future and projected to have 50mil in revenue this year.
Very well said.
I think you're being a little harsh. It's not all a joke. They still have a fantastic product coming out and have a great infrastructure setup with 4k studios. I'm sure they had a contingency plan in place already just for an occasion as this. The key now is to move on. This also probably why the pps has taken a beating of late. In the coming days, it might make for a great entry point depending on how much further the price falls.
I agree he will probably only have to serve a year on good behavior. Definitely be interesting to see how the pps reacts tomorrow. I guessing this is why the stock has taken a hit lately.
This will probably drop the stock lower in the short term. They definitely had a contingency plan in place and NTEK will move on until he gets out. I still see this as a $1 dollar stock a year from now with all the deals they have going. Definitely a bright future still in NTEK land.
Looking to get in on a mini pullback
That's great that you have the Comcast app to watch TV programs (I have it too haha). But the fact is, a lot of people are not willing to pay the high price of cable. More and more people are dropping cable and going to cheaper alternatives such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Also, you can't watch older episodes of Tv programs or movies (without having to rent on a per movie basis).
I agree. 3D tried to be the next "big thing," and failed. People almost get dizzy watching 3D too long and having to wear glasses was just not going to be mainstream. It's fine for going to occasional movies at movie theaters but not for everyday use. 4k is coming on strong!
Then why does Netflix have a market cap of approximately 20 billion??
All it takes is one PR announcement that NTEK has partnered with one of the big studios, and I think this goes parabolic. IMO
