I'll re-enter about $0.005, just dipping my toes.
SEFE is a $20 on sale!! Nice!
Looking for a $0.008 rentry in the coming days/weeks. I will take an initial position there. If it drops to $0.006, I will load the boat.
GLTA
I guess you think OCTMarkets.com is also opening themselves up for slander charges? Sorry for you, but there are laws associated with publicly traded companies. Providing materially false information to shareholders in order to artificially inflate share price to dump shares into (while withholding the true O/S) is still a violation of security laws.
Also, unfortunately for you, there is still the 1st Amendment to the Constitution. I can call Shiva anything I'd like IMO.
Ugly paint job, false hope for longs.
I've been saying Shiva is a criminal for a while now. It was not too popular, though my posts I cannot find anymore. Must have been an honest glitch, I'm sure.
Shiva dilution hitting the 3's! The 3's will get wiped out this week. This POS will hit the basement (0.0001) within a week or 2.
Reverse split and A/S increase coming to TIVU. Ticker will go from Stop Sign to Skull & Crossbones.
What a piece of...
$225K block at the ask! *WOW*
SEFE looks like a $20 stock on sale!
Head & shoulders breakout intraday chart!!!
Without news, this chart will break down very soon into the double zeros. No support!
Huge blocks @ ASK! Funds or big fish buying in! Go SEFE
Put GTC sells in at $20! Don't let shorty borrow your shares! If they are locked up, nothing to borrow and no float!
They lie, plain and simple. Never ever believe their words, only their actions.
Filled the gap, up we go!
SEFE to the moon tomorrow!
I hate to agree, but I just sold. I got absolutely hosed here. I will look for a trade in the coming days/weeks when the dilution machine dies down. I guess I will see a re-entry in mid 0.00's.
2 really bad trades in 2 weeks for me. Not good
Good luck to those with strong enough stomachs to tough it out here. I hope I am wrong and this comes roaring back for you.
Sorry, yes.
Not true, the transfer agent is gagged. The only reason the transfer agent is gagged is to cover up massive dilution.
Don't give me a story about not paying a TA bill or other nonsense. The transfer agent is gagged, period.
Shiva is printing shares like crazy! DILUTION MACHINE IN FULL SWING!
Took a position at $2.15! Nice momo!
It is called a "head fake". Worst I have ever seen.
Barfed this morning and still holding. We go up today.
Worst headfake ever! Glad I didn't fall for it.
deadboy <- waiting for sub-penny
Seller at $0.013 not showing hand, M-F'er!
Picked up a few fire sale shares.
Hang tight, things are rarely as they seem in the 1st hour...
Ugly capitulation, Lord have mercy...

Sorry action jackson, I am not a pumper.
Sorry to be the bringer of bad news. Call the transfer agent yourself and ask for the share structure of TIVU.

The transfer agent won't give the information to you, because they are gagged by Shiva. There is NEVER an acceptable reason to gag the transfer agent. The reason it is gagged is massive dilution that Shiva does not want shareholders to know about. It could also be much worse, but then you get into speculation.
Sorry Skippy, I am not your broker.
Such a fool I was. I only lost 20% by the time I got out, but feel even dumber. What did I miss? Dilution machine kick into full gear? Rarely have I seen much uglier action than this. Not only did it give back gains in a violent manner, but it made new all time lows post-haste!
The charts are setting up nicely. As long as management doesn't pull the rug out from under us, we should go up this week. It would be nice for a PR updating us on the core business.
Yes, just follow the link.

Not a very popular subject in these parts, but a fact.
According to OTCmarkets.com there is reason to believe so. My speculation here has not met with a very friendly response, maybe people will listen to OTC Markets themselves?
Shiva bold faced lied about the share structure and the transfer agent being gagged. People can get as upset as they like, I listened to the interview with my own ears. Shiva lied.

Insider Trading Warning
This company may not be making material information publicly available.
If you are an affiliate, employee, insider, or any person in possession of nonpublic material information about this company, please be advised that buying or selling this security may constitute trading "on the basis of" material nonpublic information prohibited under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rules 10b-5 and 10b5-1 thereunder. Violators of these laws are subject to civil and criminal penalties.
What is insider trading?
Illegal insider trading refers generally to buying or selling a security, in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence, while in possession of material, nonpublic information about the security.
Rule 10b5-1 provides that a person trades on the basis of material nonpublic information if that person is "aware" of the material nonpublic information at the time of the purchase or sale.
Affiliates, insiders, relatives, or other persons in possession of material information should use extreme caution when buying or selling securities on the basis of material information, particularly in securities where the company is not making adequate current information publicly available as a matter of practice.
Why does OTC Markets display this warning?
Companies that are identified on otcmarkets.com as having “No Information” may be placing their shareholders at risk of violating 10b5-1 insider trading rules. OTC Markets recommends that investors wishing to place a trade in such securities contact the company to verify it is making adequate current information publicly available.
How can a company make material information publicly available?
Companies can make material information publicly available by registering a class of their securities and making current reports with the SEC.
Companies can make material information publicly available by qualifying under Rule 12g3-2(b) under the Exchange Act (“Rule 12g3-2(b)”).
For companies that are not subject to SEC reporting requirements under 12(g) or 12(b) of the Act, OTC Markets provides the Alternative Reporting Standard to facilitate the availability of adequate current information.
Companies that post such information through the OTC Disclosure & News Service are able to conveniently and efficiently make their information publicly available on their quote page on www.otcmarkets.com.
The Alternative Reporting Standard is designed for companies to meet the minimum disclosure requirements under SEC Rules 15c211 and 144(b) and assist companies in protecting their affiliates from 10b5-1 violations. Companies are urged to seek the advice of experienced securities counsel regarding materiality and methods to make material information publicly available.
For more information about the Alternative Reporting Standard, please visit our Alternative Reporting Standard page.
Note: Companies may choose to provide current information on their corporate websites. OTC Markets encourages affiliates, employees, insiders, or any person in possession of nonpublic material information about a company to examine the company's corporate website for current information, if they are not able to find it through otcmarkets.com or in current reports filed with the SEC, to ensure compliance with Rules 10b-5 and 10b5-1. However, the warning message on the company's quote page on otcmarkets.com will continue to be displayed. To remove this warning message, the company must meet one of the three standards listed above.
For an overview of insider trading, visit the SEC’s website at sec.gov/answers/insider.htm.
