I was going for 1M but it only filled 100k
Same w/ 1M.
I bought in at .76 and wish I had been watching this closer when it hit $3. I've been out of the loop for a while on this one, would anyone care to fill me in on what the float is now? TIA
He is not lying. Brian has told me the same thing both times I have spoken with him.
New low. Trust is lost. Projections seem unatainable with financials provided. Dilution has no end. This is the best one can expect from this stock at this point.
Lets make this clear Jared, this stock may be undervalued at this very low point of 0.0004 but the stock price is a direct reflection of you screwing the long shareholders by dumping 700M shares on us. You may have needed the money, and that's fine, but now you have to convince us that your company is worth owning at a higher price.
Everyone put in a buy order at $.40, then it will go up.
Think about it. How many shares did you buy to average down? I know I bought almost 2M. That means there only needs to be 350 other people like me averaging down ro buying in for the first time. Some here bought a lot more than I did. With a market cap of 1/2 a million, it would take many of us to accomplish that feat.
Has anyone seen a pen on a shelf yet?
Is it really that fishy though? Their retail store sales started this month, (3rd quarter). I'm with everyone else in saying this should have been a better statement but this is not bad for a start-up. At least we're not in debt.
The fact that they put this out is good. Is it great news, no, but they already stated that it would be the 3rd and 4th quarters that would be the big deal. It was clear to me that it would be the pens that would make the money this year. The pens and Vescor payment didn't happen until this month.
Thank you for answering my question pilot. There is still alot of buzz, and/or, insiders around this, either way we should be good as soon as the dump is sold.
They won't raise the A/S.
How many more do you think they have to sell?
Wow, big volume this morning. This should take care of the last share dump should it not?
What you say here may also be true but I do know that people, whether right or wrong in the decisions they have made, want to stay positive. It takes only one negetive post to tear down 10 positive ones. Your opinion of this stock is duly noted, and if it fails I will be the first to say you were right.
Thanks Dave.
That is a very good question...
I understand you are posting your opinion and I appreciate it as much as any long trying to stay positive, but you are not, "offering a different take on this stock based on your opinion". You are posting well known information in an attempt to put down this stock. I completely agree with you in reguards to posting "blah blah pos" and "this is the greatest stock ever", just for the sake of posting, but what you are doing is basicly the same thing only in an intellectual manner. You are restating common knowledge that anyone who has been following this board for more than a day has heard more than once, and putting people down in the process based on grammatical errors.
So to be clear, you're HERE to put this stock down because there is nothing else to do.
We need the audio from the radio show.
I called Brian yesterday and he was heading into a meeting so he did not have time to talk but he called me back today. I was at work so I was not able to talk with him for long but it seems all is, (or will be), going well. Things are progresing well, he estimates the balance sheet will be out by the end of the month. I asked him if the 20M pens projection is realistic, he said he wasn't in on that meeting but, he refered to the sales people by name, (meaning he knew them which to me is a good sign), and said they were all in agreement that that projection is realistic. He actually said the same things jimstr said a while ago that Jared can do no right by us. If he states projections we persicue him for it, but if he didn't we would just be complaning that he didn't give us a number.
I've decided just to give him the benefit of the doubt now. I'm not getting out of this stock until it goes somewhere, so it's time to let it do what it's gonna do.
A review is only as good as the individual writing it. Do you know of this reviewers credentials? I've heard bad reviews on movies I've liked too.
Raising money is the whole reason companies go public, if diluting is the best way for them to turn a profit then so be it. Time will tell. I'll tell you though, I'm down quite a bit and if anyone benefits from this company it's sure as hell gonna be me. I'm either going straight down the tubes with the little money I have left or buying a house in cash. Sad part is, I can't stand it when I have no direct control over what happens to me. Either you belive or you don't and right now, for me, my decision is pretty clear, I can either choose to believe or take my last few hundred and walk. I'm staying.
When I spoke with Brian he said they would not state an end to dilution. I know everyone is looking for that (including me) but it probably won't ever happen.
What will it take to raise confidence in this company?
Seeing the product in stores?
Obviously pojected revenue PRs won't do it.
How long will we have to hold for something good to happen?
Just trying to get opinions
So based on half the amount of pens pr'd, (10,000,000) sold by the end of '08, What SHOULD our PPS be based on $15,000,000?
Count me in on that.
Is the GC2000 process patented?
If they could earn the publics trust back, this thing could be at .05 based on the projections alone. Problem is, this thing ran to .03 a few months ago. For arguements sake, if this hadn't run in the first place, they could have diluted to 1B, then created intrest in the company and people would have bought because no one would have felt cheated. The average investor wouldn't be down 80%....IMO they need our trust back and quick.
Whatever financials they present will be accurate. Audited or not, they can be held accountable.
Are you getting the automated system? What is the number you are calling, I would like to try. Thanks
Fair enough. IMO, to get 25M or whatever in revenue this year we would have to sell 20M pens. My interpretation is that we are projecting 20M pens in stores, not sold. Two very different things.
Important to note that I am sticking with this company for now, just commenting on what I see here.
Just a note: This does not say 2M pens sold. It says sales goals are set at 2M. This could mean they will sell 20K now and have recurring orders for the next 10 years based on how they sell in stores. It is a play on words.
What exactly is this machine? Is it something that the steel goes into, or does it go to the steel? What exactly does this machine consist of?
Good insight on how they are marketing the pen. I'm with you on most people swiping at the pump. People do eat on the go and will grab something quick for the car, but then they need something to clean it up with after they are cut off by the 16 year old in dad's hum-v while eating a burrito.
Personally, I would not eat anything at a gas station, and I probably wouldn't buy a wipeout pen from one either, but, I think people in general would go for this as opposed to Tide anyday of the week and twice on Sunday. The general public wants to be "green" BECAUSE of high gas prices and hearing how wastefull we all are on a daily basis. People are becoming aware and not using chemical products "feels" safer for the environment.
I don't understand why anyone would sell at this point. Why not leave that last couple hundred in and see if it pans out. If your down 90%, the last few hundred isn't really a big deal is it?
I think they are holding off on the ESI merger until they have the capital to buy it. Just a wild guess, but, Jared owns 25% of ESI, I think EESO is going to buy out Jared's shares. It doesn't matter to him because he owns controling intrest in EESO so he will pretty much retain his own shares of ESI but will have a pretty nice payday. He doesn't really lose anything, but since the market cap is so low they can't afford to buy the shares from Jared right now. Just a guess.
I agree 100%. The company needs to start producing real verifiable revenue.
I am refering to privacy. Honest people can be victims too. Little Jimi down the street should not be able to pull my credit report off the internet and take my identity. Do you know what I mean. Privacy is a big issue these days.
That is exactly why I will never post my full name on anything, some things are just no one else's business. Thank god for HIPPA.
You don't think letting hundreds of angry investors know Jared's family's home address is "improper"?
I think everyone on this board has had enough negetivity. Yes, we all know EESO's state of affairs. Yes, we all know we are losing money in this. Yes, we all know they are diluting. Thank you for the warning.
