I hear you!..my thinking cap works alot better
this time of day it seems like. I mainly look for unusual high volumes then delve into them further from there. I have 25 MedVedQuoteTrackers pegged with 80 unique stocks each..
some old favorites, board favorites, penny stocks, Nasdaq 100 under 15, nasdaq under 5, Nasdaq under 1, NYSE under 5, Amex under 5, gold, dividend payers, etc. etc. I frequently go thru them, usually on the week-end, and take out the 'dead in the water' stocks and insert the newest ones that are being hyped on the boards, hyped in Barron's, etc. I pay particular attention to the ones that are, for that day, 'in the green'..200%+ average volume..AND considerably off of their 52 week high. This recipe has worked real well for me..so far. Last nite the highlights were the likes of AVR,BDE,VXGN,USL,LFP etc. and I'll check charts on them shortly. gotta go..must compose and send today's SuperPick post via e-mail to Bob (webmaster) by 7am..

yes, we'll be making some coins..I normally trade $5 and under stocks but have bought UNM, EXLT, GT, and others this year..I BUY WHATEVER I THINK IS GOING TO MAKE MONEY..
price doesn't matter that much..especially if I think the % gain is going to be substantial. I do tend to 'gamble' too much sometimes on these OTC's..but..you'll never see Walmart go up 50~100% in ONE DAY.

Exit strategy..hmm..well normally I'm trigger happy when up anything over 10%..however..with RWNT recently I got out with 81%..so I may continue to hold IVOC a bit longer and see how it goes. I am hoping for at least 2¢ this week. (300%)

Another one I had pegged to move today was DKEY..(I think I'm getting fairly good a de-ciphering charts..I equate it to reading an EKG of a heart patient or something..I play a little 'Survivor' contest on another board..some good picks come from us sometimes..) I screwed around and didn't pay enough attention on DKEY..it went up quite a bit too it turns out..but at the open, I figured IVOC had more short-term, larger%, upside to it.

Lonestar..my noggin!..I click on %volume column on each QT and it organizes the whole 80 stocks in descending order
(%volume)..then I have the 52 week high column right next to todays' close column..then I just go down the list looking for ones that have 200% or more average volume, in the green, and mentally note/compare 52 week high to today's close and I choose the ones that are AT LEAST 50% down. hope this makes sense.
