Was just responding to a comment you made about someone else who is unable to defend himself since he can't post on IHUB. Sorry to have hurt your feelings.
You're dead wrong on that issue. Chicken Man introduced me to the stock market about this time last year. Before that, I couldn't have told someone how to open an account. I let him trade for me all last year with my money. I didn't give him a great deal, but he made me $34K total for 2006. The bad thing ? He just informed me 2 days ago that I now have to pay taxes on those gains. LOL. No problem. I made money and have John to thank.
He's a damned good stock picker and he knows when to buy and sell, at least most of the time. Yes, he was very high on SPRL for a time there until one day he made a call to a Robert Yeggy, who proceeded to tell John that SPRL owed him money and he thought he wasn't going to get paid. John immediately sold his stock (while still on the phone with Robert) and then informed others. What's amazing is that most didn't believe what John said and kept buying the stock. John & I both made a great return on SPRL. He was disappointed to have heard what he did and it's just too bad others didn't take his advice. Look where SPRL is today. As far as CKYS is concerned, John is working with several IHUB posters in gathering information for a law firm in Utah with regards to civil litigation against a whole bunch of folks, not just CKYS and Jim Plant, both of which it would be almost impossible to collect from.
Bottom line:
The Chicken Man is an excellent stock picker and anyone who states otherwise can look at my 2006 Ameritrade statement. I'm just happy now to know enough to be able to trade on my own, but speak with John almost daily about stocks.
OT - Yes, that will be one defendant, as well as Hank Zemla, the owner of SmallCapEngine.com
Big Apple, CKYS' transfer agent and too many other defendants to name.
For those who want the e-mail address to Jim Plant's attorney, here it is:
ryanc@gwwo.com
His name is Ryan Christiansen.
I tried to buy HMGP through AMTD at .06 and they told me I couldn't buy that stock. Instead I watched HMGP skyrocket to a high of .90 before settling back down. They never could give me a reason the stock was restricted. I was transferred to everyone and their dog. No explanation. Thanks AMTD. You guys cost me huge huge $$$$ on that scam of yours.
Thanks. You're not so bad yourself.
No problem. I'm here to help.
That's called a trap, frequently used by MM's to entice buying before the continuation of dumping.
No problem. You just keep on listening to the CEO's unkept promises and share them via PM while others will continue to post actual facts.
I was referring to the 1,000 share trade with 5 minutes left during the trading day yesterday and today it was 4,000 shares with 5 minutes left. I made no comment about the last trades of each day. I suggested that person obtain a watch and at least attempt to show restraint until the last minute of trading.
Seems like every day someone trying to paint the close with 5 minutes left of trading. Get this guy a watch please.
Dead ? They just went public. Give it more than a week to get rich. LOL.
Then maybe you'd better re-think the CEO's credibility then. And by the way, Dan sent Sutida the e-mail. Last I checked, she wasn't the CEO.
Guys, just got off the phone with Michael Gelmon and I have the whole scoop here. The current O/S count is about 2 billion and thus I think the ibox should be updated to reflect this.
This was my first conversation ever with Michael, as I'm new to the scene here. Michael was with his auditor and they were about to head out to lunch to discuss business, etc. He wishes he could have found financing for acquisitions through other means than convertible debt, but it just wasn't available. He feels as if the CD holders will be out of the picture in the not too distant future. He's super pumped about his acquisitions and he indeed can see the profits around the corner as he said in his PR this morning. When I mentioned the hypothetical picture of $500,000 in net income and how that related to EPS, he quickly emphasized that they are looking for far greater profits than the above figure and of course once the CD is out of the picture, he will tackle the issue of reducing the share count.
I think we have a winner here, just knowing our CEO isn't using the CD to line his pockets, rather using the CD for profitable acquisitions. He said he has no new houses or cars and is acting as responsibly as possible so shareholders and the company will benefit greatly.
He realizes shareholders haven't been happy with the PPS action in recent times, but emphasizes he's building a big business and it wouldn't have been possible without the CD.
Hope this helps a little.
I totally agree.
Say what ? Your source ? Look buddy, I spoke with Dan Bell and he said he sent Sutida an e-mail concerning the certificates needed in order to reduce the O/S count. Why would a transfer agent lie about something like that ? I think you need to find a new source.
I'll know in 10 minutes. Just spoke with Michael Gelmon and he's asked that I call back in 10 minutes, as he's on the other line with someone right now.
Cool, I just registered. Thanks for the link.
OT - I see John just about every day, as we both live in Playa Del Carmen, MX. He's doing well and I know he had a great year in the market last year. He made me $34K by trading for me and I'm now pissed that I have a tax bill to pay. LOL. He didn't spring that on me until 2 days ago. LOL. Right now he's working on gathering info for a law firm in relation to civil litigation against quite a few parties surrounding the CKYS fiasco. I will indeed tell him hello for you.
I don't know you and have never read any of your posts on IHUB prior to today, but you come across as someone who would like to buy shares of BANY at a lower price.
Just sent an e-mail earlier. That's about the time I realized BANY is fully reporting and kicked myself for not buying more than 1 million at .0012 earlier. Even if market cap over $1 million, I think today's news will start an uptrend. If they're that close to profitability, I can see the company looking to reduce number of shares and thus really driving the PPS higher.
Just realized BANY's not even a pink. Had I known that right off the bat, I would have loaded up with alot more at .0012 than I did earlier. Damn !!
That's not what they just told me. They said they don't give O/S info to investors for any of the companies they're the agent for and for me to contact the company.
Who's in charge of the ibox ? Asleep at the wheel, or O/S is correct ?
Very bottom left hand corner of ibox .......
Outstanding Shares: 484,281,357
If O/S count in ibox is correct, BANY's market cap at .0016 is only $776K, less than a million. Can that be right ?
Looks like our Dr. Lee is also a professor .....
http://www.jsdherbs.com/company/chinese_medicine_college.htm
That's him lecturing to students.
Market cap still over $6 million at .021 and it's time Sutida get those certificates to Dan Bell to cancel the 70 million shares. Why won't she get the certificates to him ? Why won't she respond to the transfer agent's e-mail ? Geez.
I say Jim Plant will cut a deal with the prosecutors and throw several more under the bus.
Come out on top ? I think they'll both be spending time in prison together. Jim will be scared of going to prison by himself and will at least want some friends to accompany him. Heaton & Sullivan.
Add Kevin Sullivan to the list as well.
Don't worry. Good ol' Hank's going down as well along with SmallCapEngine.com
?????????
Surely you're kidding. Heaton was the CFO. I have no doubt that Jim Plant will throw him under the bus.
I didn't give you the number.
Fraud isn't protected under the bankruptcy code. We'll follow him right into B.K. court and any other defendant who tries to cop out via the B.K. route, including Jim Plant. They can all forget about being protected from civil litigation in this matter.
Is it a T.O.S. violation to post telephone numbers via PM ? If not, I'll gladly give out Thomas Heaton's home phone number via PM.
Just tried to call Thomas Heaton at home and as I figured, he wouldn't pick up the phone. Believe me, I left him a message on his voice mail he'll never ever forget. He was told that he will be sharing a jail cell right next to Jim Plant and will have the living snot sued out of him as well. I hope he sleeps well tonight. LOL.
If they are buying shares, the PPS wouldn't have fallen 46% in the last 2 weeks.
Because if they're making all of the money they claim to be making, there would be no need to sell shares in order to raise money from shareholders.
