The company is NOT selling shares here. I bought in at .0027 at the opening bell and for the last 11 minutes, I've had an order to pick up another 452,000 shares on the ask at .0025 and still not one share filled.
Current market cap at .0025 is $2.09 million. If this company really has the goods, we'll all be happy campers. I was very impressed in reading that letter from SPZI's CEO concerning small shareholders.
You should not worry about integrity and carry on with your relentless pumping of USSE, PKTO & others. Have a nice day.
Unlike yourself, I value integrity. Potential new investors should be warned about the CEO's past.
I read the 2004 financial report for the company that is available up in the ibox. At first glance, you see the company's been involved with litigation in the past, mainly related to unpaid bills, rent, etc. However, it appears as if every case has been fully resolved and at first, you wonder why the company just didn't fold up shop and call it a day at one point in time or another. They must be awfully confident in their technology and their ability to sell their products because they've sure been put through the ringer a few times.
With 10 new inquiries concerning their preservative technology in the last 2 weeks alone, it appears PSVI may be a great candidate for a reversal play.
I think today's PR indicates we'll be hearing alot more from these guys very soon.
Well now that NWOG appears to be undervalued versus overvalued, I believe we all have something to look forward to. I think everyone has removed their rose colored glasses of yester-year and can now see a much clearer picture of the true value of NWOG. Audited financials at last ? How cool would that actually be ?
The questions were asked of Wal-Mart last week, not just now as you incorrectly state.
Whoa Rebelgirl. Easy does it. Don't ask me for Wal-Mart answers. I don't work for them and I certainly don't need your personal attacks. I'm sorry if you consider me providing names and numbers as "sloppy DD." I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. I'll leave now since this seems to be your board and God forbid if anyone posted DD that wasn't acceptable to you.
Yes, but you were referring to Wal-Mart.
I'm sorry Rebelgirl. I'll see if there's some information I can obtain that you'll approve of.
Rebelgirl, I provide the best DD I can. I really don't think there's a need to hurl an insult at me. I provided names and numbers.
That's simply not true. Nowhere in the Wal-Mart PR does it even mention Europe.
Just got a call back from Wal-Mart ......
As you guys know, I recently inquired with a Wal-Mart (a store in Fort Worth) manager who promised to get more info for me. Our conversation was last week. He stated he would find out more information from the main buyer for Wal-Mart about "Control 24" and other PMCL products.
Anyways he just called back from 817-557-6474 about 5 minutes ago. He got in touch with Jodie Cartwright (head corporate buyer for PMCL's category of products) and he told me that she said she's never heard of Pharm Control or the "Control 24" product and their products are not in the pipeline to be sold.
I'd certainly like to get an update from PMCL as to their progress with this Wal-Mart application.
I love watching this stock trade. A flipper's dream up until now. Now that the deadline has passed to be able to get dividends, I look for far more steadiness out of ACMG and of course that doesn't include news days.
Looks like this stock is about to blindside some folks. The silence is over after this morning. Nothing more attractive than buying a stock sitting on the bottom floor, covered with dust and about to tidy up.
I agree with you, but repetitive nonsense gets old, day in and day out. If he had valid points, no problem. He doesn't. The guy simply can't make a point (even though it originates in Disneyland) and leave it at that. I'm just thankful I don't actually read this board very often. If I did, slitting my wrist would be an option. LOL.
Here's the good news ........
For those of you rookies who just said the last 5 minutes was MM's, no doubt you haven't played dividend issuing stocks before. The selling was expected at the end from those who don't care for the dividend and were only playing off of those that were buying for the dividend. This ALWAYS is the case right before the bell on stocks issuing these kinds of dividends. On the very very bright side of things, selling from here on out should be very very light, as they wouldn't have a reason to be here in the first place if not playing for the dividend at this point, at least not in the near future. I look for very very light volume tomorrow unless a PR hits. Folks on the outside will now take notice that all of a sudden there are no sellers and they too will want to catch the ACMG train, even without the rights to dividends. Learn the game or get run over.
Another desperate paint job at the close. A 1,000 share buy at .0045 and the stock still closes down another 10%.
FWIW, Alex Livak's voicemail no longer works.
Next week ? Maybe tomorrow. LOL.
PKTO's CEO is absolutely diluting the living snot out of his other company, VSHD. Geez, pretty soon they're looking at the 000's. They say they don't care about shareholders, then why do interviews and put out PR's ? Oh that's right, to dump shares in to. Lock these Canadians up.
I don't think you understand, the number on the PR's belongs to Eugene Kron. He has the same phone number as the MM John Carson. The New York number I previously listed here.
Rebelgirl, the number is the same for both guys, 212-252-4521. No one answers the phone and the voicemail says, "You've reached the executive center."
Howard will simply direct you to John Carson as he did me, and as far as getting that guy to respond to you, I've left countless messages on his voicemail, number listed at bottom of last PR. My last message wasn't so nice. Still no return call (and/or) someone actually answering the phone. I hope you have better results than I did.
PPS X O/S
Much thanks. Sure looks like the company is getting alot of respect with a $33 million market cap.
Is there a reason there's no share structure in the ibox ? TIA.
Glad I'm able to buy on the bid here. Had to wait a little bit, but got 60k shares at .07
Who took the 786K dump ?
No mention by CEO of audited financials as something to look forward to for investors over the next 12 to 18 months. Seems like this should have been at the top of the list when he was asked this question.
Lurkers should read the following reports .....
http://www.netl.doe.gov/publications/factsheets/rd/R&D100.pdf
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1366430/000119983506000657/w2_emergy-form10.htm
Still can't figure out why people think that the company posting financials on their website will make a bit of difference. It's not any different than putting in PR form, still unaudited either way.
Undervalued ? Surely you're joking. The current market cap at .021 is $6.07 million and that's not cheap, considering no financial information can be verified. Just knowing the company's first product for sale on their products page is a t-shirt that talks about shareholders with an arrowing pointing upwards, this should concern everyone.
This link to Up vs. Down volume pretty much proves how fiercely the MM's are trying to hold PMCL back. Notice the down volume is greater than the up volume, yet the PPS rises 33% today. Just wait till we see a shift in the up vs. down figures.

Yes, I agree with your last sentence, but remember that as far as selling goes, there may be many trades on the ask that are sells. I sell stocks on the ask whenever possible. I can't tell you how many times people have said, "Oh look at that ask being slapped," when in fact it was me selling on the ask, contrary to their thought of the trade(s) being buys.
That was an excellent response to someone who doesn't share your opinion, thus you get a "personmark" from me. If all responses to naysayers were like yours, approximately 1/2 of all IHUB posts wouldn't be necessary. Most folks would have responded by calling that person a basher, etc. Nice job.
Thanks for the reply. We'll just have to agree to disagree.
I guess we're looking at two completely different stocks then. LOL. You don't suspect dilution ? I'm seeing this as dilution, but if it were another company, I'd be more concerned. Companies go public to raise money and frankly, dilution at this PPS is alot better for us on down the road than if they were diluting at a much lower PPS.
Much thanks. It appears the company's raising a little cash the past couple of trading sessions, maybe to pay for advertising, etc. ?
Why no share structure in the ibox ? TIA.
