I agree that R/M is a good fact for FCCN (empty shell). However, huge R/S will follow the R/M in my opinion. R/S is not a good event for common shareholders.. so... Let's see what will happen. R/M fact win over R/S? or vice versa.

Even though 10K doesn't make any difference in pps like I mentioned earlier, FCCN's credibility will be hurt if they don't file today. Everyone including myself will think they will not keep the promise for 8-K also.

10K will not make any difference for pps. It will be just the copy of previous PRs. PPS will continue to drop until we see the 8K. If 8K is ugly for some reasons (poor financials and non-sense share structures... etc), it will drop to below a penny.
