Why was a ground breaking date pr'd when clearly the eb-5 money couldn't have been available ?
Shareholders ivestment has kept this company going, go back and read through their twitter posts.
I bet I've been hanging out in the spot the last few days lol.
Yes entirely funded through the buy a visa program, its perfectly legal though true it is riddled with fraud.
That's why anyone invested in this has to seriously hope our 125 foreign investors don't portray this endeavor in any way shape or form as is currently being done so not only here on this board to a ridiculous extent but also elsewhere on social media.
All this biggest pot grow in America shenangians started by the ceo may well be our demise.
We are in the midst of a trade war with China while the vast majority of the funding from this project is coming from yup china.
Is this president really gonna allow the biggest most high tech grow without a license or federal approval in all of America to be funded by the Chinese...,the gates of Babylon must be open wide.
Point is all the srunity in the world is going to be befallen upon these poor souls and for what and for why.
Why even mention the cannabis end, we could have got the project funded started and well underway before transitioning into cannabis research.
Surely the feds are going to connect the dots and see all the pot hype that's not only been pushed since 2015 but is ramping up during the approval process, for the love of god how does that not alarm an investor.
How does one not ask these questions,
then there's the announcement of a ground breaking date prior to the receipt of these funds way back in 2016.....,how's that not alarming ?
Dude your awesome, seriously thanks for the great example, people can read through these fun little games.
Let me explain 120 million was when the contract for build out was 80 million and yes it put us in the green, now the cost is 200 million which puts us 80 million under funding. So what is it your bragging about son ?
This project is being funded entirely by EB-5 investors, I guess we didn't get fast tract approval as the ceo stated he had applied for in back in 2016.
Why should we think the EB-5 investors will be cleared for the visas they are trying to buy, any time before a year for now. maybe longer if we are required to resubmit our paper work due to the expiration of the EB-5 program . The new program none here have bothered to bring up has significant changes built into it you can be happy its a better deal for America but not for funding projects like this.
So once again ill say we need that funding and we need it now.
What a day, what a rebound. Gotta say I was skeptical of the 50 call earlier good stuff
Find me the money, since ringing up the lawyer is easy for some, please find that EB-5 money and then we can start machinations on how we are going to raise the additional 80 mil now needed
Nice to see an existing photo of the dilapidated greenhouse's in Grants has been added,
maybe there's hope for an honest debate of this stock being allowed on the forum .
Without the EB-5 investors the merger doesn't matter lol, only thing that matters right now is the EB-5 FUNDS that's it.
The ceo needs to assure us retail investors that these funds are in fact secured, that is to say that our Chinese friends have been approved.
If it happened it will be without the pot, best chance for for pot is the farm bill/ growing hemp.
Even in that reality we need the damn greenhouse's operational now!
We better hope it takes longer to get this bill hashed out than it does for us to get operational, there are lots of farms all along the Rio Grande river that flows through the state. They been up and farming for a long time, won't take them a minute to switch crops.
No no your not getting right, I didn't ask about dividends? what I was asking is say the settlement equates to 500 a share, would that be for all shareholders or just those who owned the stock years ago ? I'd assume all the share holders regardeless of the when the shares were bought.
I'm curious if the potential pay out will be divided amoungst all share holders or if there's any must be owned by such and such date requirement to be compensated ?
Just to be clear when I say there's nothing out there I mean on the reservation land,
the greenhouse's in Grants are the ones needing complete renovations and technological updating.
Texman im not worried about the 160 its chump change read my posts
Texman buy more son go Texas big, ill sell you mine for .16 that's 160.00 buck for 1000 shares put up or ?
I agree these posters should stop pumping nonsense or at least buy my 1000 shares for .16 and prove you believe in this stock
I've been to the site , I've talked with the Grants city Mayor .....,I can tell you there's nothing there and the Mayor will tell you even more.
Let's just put this to bed now, I was going to wait to short this pos but thought it unethical.

Who said they haven't been denied ?
Director Information
Title Name Address
Director John Fiknay 3824a Hawkins St NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109
Director Lynn D. Stockwell 109 Robson Road, Lemington, Ontario N8H 3V4 Canada
That's John FIKNAY NOT FIKANY , untill this can be 100% confirmed as a typo you better get that photo of John " FIKANY " Pulled down before a lawsuit gets filed.
You forgot to add they made New Mexico history by filing the largest bankruptcy in the states history ,after the shady fire at the last greenhouse.
There are two questions here #1 will they get approval for the EB-5 investors and #2 if they do will they actually use 100 mil to start the massive greenhouse production facility or just renovate the Grants greenhouse's employing ten people to satisfy the EB-5 requirements ?
Remember its 100 million dollars of EB-5 buy a visa money. One could spend just a few million on the Grants greenhouse's and walk away after a couple years due to what ever and pocket 90+ million.
I'm not saying that's what's going to happen but it is a possibility and based on the tract record in N.M. a strong one.
Note that this project was originally contracted for 80 million putting stockwell 20 million in the green, then it went up to 160 million and now its 200 million. So conveniently we don't have the money to complete the mega greenhouse facilities, pharmaceutical lab,R&D facilities,or the packaging facilities,oh and lets not forget the power generating station.
Stockwell isn't dumb he always says no cannabis production till federal approval,of course this is always at the end of a lot of talking about growing cannabis and how he will supply the U.S. and Canada. So I get why people think its a pot grow its been promoted as such using the caveat not till federal laws change.
Take the cannabis out of the equation and you have a great idea that doesn't require any special state or federal licensing that adds a massive unknown into the business plan.
So what gives, why did stockwell decide to pump up the cannabis end of it ? Surely he knew the feds weren't going to go along with approving these EB-5 investors investing in a company that has neither a license nor federal aproval to grow cannabis. So you can bet that's not what they're going to tell the feds, they're going to tell the feds they're invested in the growing and research of the many other legal plants that are intended to be grown.
Hence the possibility of actually getting approved which as I've said in moderator/admin deleted posts, does not get us out of the woods as this will remain to have all the attributes of a well thought out scam untill the massive growing and research facility is completed.
I don't understand how stockwell & co could have pr'd a ground breaking date back in 2016 if these funds weren't cleared, kind of shaddy if you ask me. Then there's the issue of halting everything to form a public company, when stockwell knew according to the 2015 youtube video with then city council member Michael Lewis, that stockwell had planned on going public from the start as a way for the EB-5 investors to realize an exit should they desire it, so why switch horses.
I'm with the lawyer Jude Sullivan on this one, his email response to me was..., (I don't know when or if finra will approve or what the next step is after that).

Takeitorleaveit....,great D&D !!!
125 eb-5 investors putting up 800k says that 125 american investors wouldn't put up 800k each for the project.....that tells volumes. I've put up tons of D&D to no avail. It's the biggest pot grow in the world getting tons of pumping but I can't sell 1000 shares for 145.00 bucks lol. I do have them up for sale now for .16 a bargain id say for the company that's going to put every licensed grow in America and Canada out of business.
Funny for all the hype.....,I can't even sell em for a loss at .145 nobody bought em that's how hot this ticker is
Yes,daiello that's called honesty. You see I realize I made a mistake buying shares of a company that was supposed to have pot on the back burner. You see I'm interested in the other medicinal plants but my ceo ruined my investment and the market as you can see is confirming my mistake. Just throw a dart at any real cannabis company and in a week come back and check it and then check gncc ......the market is always right and as you can see its not buying gncc.
Well the buying is severely lacking in luster, guess I'm a bag holder or will have to take a loss. C'mon guys push it to .15 its a half cent for crying out loud
Buy buy buy....its the biggest pot grow in north America that doesn't exist .....,its gonna put California, Oregon, washington,Nevada,New Mexico and all the rest to shame .....Canada look out
Looks like we got runner 2% and.......well just 2%.
Go gncc c'mon guys I'm getting closer to being able to get out .....buy buy buy
Pay the ask and force the mm to raise the bid
Fact we have no license to grow pot in N.M.
Fact the ceo has said no pot until laws change.
Fact the ceo applied for and was denied a license to grow cannabis in New Mexico.
Fact we don't plan on getting no stinking license.
Fact we don't know when or even if we will get finra approval.
Fact the S.W. is expected to see worsening drought conditions into the future.
Fact the EB-5 foreign investment program has been fraught with fraud.
Fact we have 125 EB-5 investors who put up 800k each for 80k shares each.
Fact the original cost was 80 mil leaving us with 20 mil in the clear.
Fact the cost rose to 160 mil
Fact the cost is now 200 mil of which leaves us 100+ mil lacking in funds to complete construction.
Fact despite the likelihood of the farm bill passing we still dont know whether states will mandate special licensing.
Fact it will take up to 30 months to complete construction once started.
Fact gncc is being promoted across social media as the biggest pot grow in north america inspite of the facts.
Fact our ceo was involved in the states largest ever bankruptcy that was shaddy in and of itself.
Fact the valuations being placed on this company are beyound fantasy in lieu of all the facts.
Fact we already had a massive run up since jan and have tried and failed to regain those highs.
Fact until the EB-5 investors are cleared we don't technically even have the 100 mil.,so how is it we were ever able to claim we would be breaking ground back in 2016.....shaddy doings.
Fact it really is senseless to compare gncc to CGC, Aurora, or any other licensed and fully operational company that is years ahead of gncc. Glta
Yup read up , I'm amazed how little all of you know about this operation and stockwells history in the state.
80k shares each, only they don't have visas yet ,hence Jude Sullivan saying he doesn't know if or when finra will approve or what the next step is after that. So if they don't have visas now then Stockwell didn't have the cash to actually start construction back in 2016 when he was promoting that construction was starting.
No lic
No federal change in laws
Shady eb-5 program investors
Bad history in the state of N.M.
Years behind schedule
No working web sites
But its the biggest cannabis grow in north America, sounds like a winner
Punctuation isn't going to help you do better D&D.
Original bid was 80 mil, each investor put up 800K for 80K shares each. Which was plenty of money to get it going.
This was announced in 2015, then we went to 160 mil ,and now the latest 200 mil, which mind you didn't come as an official pr but from an email from dalsem. At any rate you can see why I'm not jumping up and down over it.
The potential for this to turn out as a scam far out weighs the potential for this to become Americas biggest pot grower.
Not once has the ceo or any of you astute investors with hundreds of followers, even mentioned the expected revenues from any of the legal medicinal plants. How can that be, surely on an investment of this magnitude studies have been done, yet we have ZERO guidance.
In all honesty when you watch the videos does our ceo really seem like he knows what he's talking about? Not one breakdown of cost to grow a particular medicinal plant and what the revenue is expected to be for having done so, not one!
Daiello your wrong we do know at least those who dig into it do and do so for both questions I asked.
No answer to original contract amount
No answer to how many shares eb-5 investors received.
That's ok I know you don't have those answers by god if this board did they'd be jumping all over me.
Two simple questions,do any of you astute investors know what the amount of Dalsem's original contract was ?
Can any of you tell me how many shares were given to the eb-5 investors ?
