dayholder, there is alot of things he is not telling us. That is the last date SIS was updated. I also believe it was updated in early June on the 1st. or 2nd. I don't think it was updated in early May because the quarterly showed the numbers. Too be consistent he should update next week and early october.

He also should be telling us about the marketing plans for this holiday season. Needs to keep people in the game. We are all waiting for the CC explosion that may or may not happen.

Rebtevyah, I am not fearful, I am implying a cap on the A/S. I am sure that is what MANY investors hear would like to see. I know that one has to have faith in their investment. I am sure it would be a little easier for many too except the falling share price if they could trust JF more strongly.

Wick, I just think it would calm investors fears hear a little.

Looks like someone is losing their mind again. We have to all petition John to do something soon about the A/S.

I mentioned in a past post, Netflix had a large flux of private investor money and immediately spent millions on advertising and marketing. Let's see, based on there financials, over 4 million in 1998, over 14 million in 1999 and over 25 million in 2000. We could not succeed doing this because we would dilute with all that wonderful A/S.

So I think Johnny is taking another approach and trying to advertise less but more efficiently. He obviously figures that if he can still grow the subscriber with a moderate advertising and marketing expense budget, that we can achieve breakeven faster. Let's hope he is right.

Mike in all fairness, while the PPS suffers, and people seeing alot of red in their account it is easy to look at some of the glaring negatives. I look at the glass as half full. We have a much better website, a growing subscriber base, a soon to be completed rollout to more than 600 CC stores, and hopefully improved marketing and advertising around the corner. I know that the churn of the subscriber base has gone down. I hope that the company realizes this could be a part of that churn.

I follow your line of thought here. I have had a few movies on order for months. Hellraiser, and Seinfeld( seasons 1 and 2), to name a few. Also there are a few movies that never become available. A clockwork orange has been listed as a not available in my queue for at least 3 months.

That guy that did the GZ interview on gamespot.com was right on. Our selection of movies is strong for current titles but weak or spread thin for the older titles.

JF and crew are being cheap in the wrong area here. A strong lineup of movies should be considered a strong part of our infrastructure.

Xanadu, was Firedog something that was under wraps here for awhile?

Hopefully things will start to snowball or like Wick says "Culminate" in the fourth quarter. Once we obtain breakeven or profitabiliy in a quarter that may be when Gameznflix goes to the big boards. This could happen next year if we get the growth we need. But remember that the second quarter is usually a slower quarter.

Wayne, were growing and a million in revenue is good but don't forget we have cost of sales to cover as well as operating expenses which will increase because of more distribution centers and more employees to help grow the company.

The company has to be able to stand on its own first. At this point we don't even know if that is going to happen.

Before they put the bus on the road they have to get the band together it's a kentucy blue grass band called the rolling load. John is playing the drums and chip is at his side with the harmonica. Theme song is just another one I roll which they plan to play on the business channel.

Jo, IMO if he doesn't it spells forever continuing dilution and the stock price will never stay at a higher price. We may get a nice pop or two on a Good PR but that would be about it.

Thanks, let's hope that by the fourth quarter JF takes a large amount of the authorized off the table. I know it makes sense if he want to see the share price rise to any extent. If he doesn't I would have to say that he has other motives.

Daddy, your right on with that info. I new little about the OTC before I got involved with this stock. Now I see how extreme the volatility can be, and how dilution plays such a huge roll. I may still take that chance and buy in lower, though, because I know it's summer and stocks tend to trade lower. Also, I think that maybe JF would want to wait until fall when more traders are around, before releasing another zinger. Could be wrong though.

Agent, I just like the fact that Schoonover is involved considering his best buy/netflix experience.

Acrazjo, unfortunately I know what your talking about. I was caught without my shares on that circuit city after hour PR on that Friday in late March. As far as I am concerned JF owes me. I lost a ton of shares on that move. Even with all the outstanding and authorized if chance hit that JF reduced a PR about another large retailer or a reduction of the A/S I would be trounced again.

Agent, could we be talking Schoonover helping with international expansion plans or CC taking a possible ownership interest?
