Lots of shares who leaves weak hands right now.
I have a really good feeling about the next couple months.
A win win would be buybacks if the SP doesn't sailing away to the skyes soon.
Yes, that was a obvious resistance.
Hope that puma wants more cheap shares today as well then. :)
According to lvl 2 and the psychological resistance it seems to be around 10 $
You have opinions about everything and they are usually quite good :)
But then we could probably be expecting (8-9 bucks /5-8% =) 40-72 cents in a divi.
Quite amazing that this share stills trade under $30, when the long term growth is secured.
How much do you think that we could see in a dividend for 2015 with payment in May 2016.
I was thinking about a eps of 6-7 bucks and 5-8% of that is 30-56 cents/share.
You are probably right, but these big buyers or institutions doesn't grow on threes here in otc land.
ARCA could only be in a passive mode for now, or it could be the same buyer as PUMA..
The reaction of the ask when arca shows themselves on the bid does it a smart move to buy through another MM.
I don't think they are done yet anyway.
Looks like we're not going to see any more dilution now.
I guess that ECAB will release a pm on Friday, mostly about the money transfer and that they will put Fredrik as a BOD.
SIAF have soon the money, are cash flow positive, done with the dilution, I think we have a really good chance to uplist to First North in March.
RAFF, a new market maker i haven't seen here before?
Looks like it is an institutional market maker..

This could be something for Siaf in the future
Buy on Monday when it still is cheap ;)
Look at the rsi last time we got rally and large buyers..
Fun to see our big buyer(s) getting more aggressive again, PUMA could be the old buyer who bought a lot of shares when we got the 25 M dollar loan. But who knows, maybe some new big buyer or the same buyer as Arca.
I have noticed that Puma have bought some shares the last/latest week now, but went more aggressive when the shares from you know who stopped.
Nice to see today's ending as well, some one sold 6500 shares a few seconds before closing, and arca immediately stepped in and raised their bid to 8.56.
It didn't looked like they're going to stop buying on monday anyhow so that is gooood
2 more days of buying in this pace and we are above $9 again, and the "floating" shares decrease to an normal level again.
I'm quite relaxed about that we will get really good news any time soon.
Nice to see some green figures here for a change
It's not the same guy..
I guess they didn't had the time to earn enough money before they have to pay that dividend in May, and that this Q1 will probably only break even.
I asked Peter yesterday about this new shares on the ask.
Got this reply.
You may recall that a provision of the Note agreement with ECAB limited issuing of shares to small vendors to those debts already set up. As I recall that number was in the neighborhood of $5M.
The next scheduled 10-k will publish the outstanding share count, as usual. Also, of course, the year end and quarterly numbers, including cash flow will be published, as well as the customary section about subsequent events. Plus, of course, there will be the year end conference call.
Best Regards,
Peter Grossman

I guess we all should have known that this was coming because it was in the agreement, why put it in there otherwise.
Cheer up everybody, it is more people than us now days who is buying a lot of shares.
I think we all soon will be rewarded, big time
I think you were looking for an answer about, when or how long time after will we see the diluted shares on the market?
About 6 months, so the last batch should be released this month..
In the last report it was something about a new JV in Norway.
But not that much info about it.
It's not siaf related..
They are in Kuwait this time or something like that.
But a interesting thing is that he is traveling to Madagascar March 31..
It's smells like a eel contract with big quantity here, or maybe more ping pong..
Did you find it, on page 15.
It's fun to compare siaf with those companies.
The biggest company have declined income, declined net income and a declined dividend.
And they have a P/E of 6.52
http://www.bloomberg.com/quote/CFG:SP
Actually they already have some other companies(ebitda) comparisons in the presentations.

We must also remember that there are an incredible number of companies that wish to list on First North right now and it's a big queue.. But I'm very optimistic, it will sooner or later happen this year..
Some substantial news tonight would be pleasant...
Ping pong in Paraguay..

Analyst Group confirms on their website what we talked about who will introduces us on OMX / FN.
Mangold

Sino Agro Food - Learn AG's analysis for more info.
Limited downside with extreme potential, both short and long term.
As you know, the share is traded incredibly cheap in terms of its multiples and operational risk is virtually non-existent. Good growth and good margins.
What prevents share dash off sharply is that it is listed on the US OTC market. The company worked hard for a listing on OMX and there has been some news recently that suggest that a listing is going on. They did a reverse split recently to share not be classified as a penny stock, which is one of NASDAQ's requirements. They have also updated their annual reports, hired a new CFO, and that Mangold will now be involved in the listing of SIAF OMX.
It is extremely important for the company to build trust and a listing is a step in this process. They have also released a memo in which they have announced that they have designed to start with the dividend for fiscal year 2015. The dividend will in such cases therefore be awarded during 2016.
Yep, looks like the arca buyer will be here for a while..
Insane trading the last minutes..
Avanza=Nite
My guesses would be
1. Increased ownership in sjap
2. 2014 reports and q1 2015 reports
3. Listing at first north
4. Q2 reports
H2
Additional Financing, IPO/Merger in sjap, 25% ownership in MF, dividend policy of 5-8%
Should we save something juicy for 2016? Increased ownership for fishfarms and WC:s and more gunpowder to make sjap work at 110%, senior listing?
But If we look at the track record it could be too optimistic this one ;)
I really would like to see some buybacks, it would be a smart move to do in 2015/2016/2017/2018... Tills we reach p/e of at least 8.
Should be 10 times better to make buybacks than pay dividends IMO, even if I enjoy a really nice dividend policy.
And come on, don't pay dividends only one time a year. It should be after every Q:s.
I don't know either but i know that it is a big line of companies who wants to go public right now, especially on FN.
Totally agree
BIG mistake
But it is good to see some more analysis on the web, even if it was a very small one.
Redeye reaches a lot of swedes, so it is good promotion for the coming listing at First North.
Thanks for the explanation and the MF numbers, it looks way better than awesome!
No, i think it is self sufficient after those 200 M invested so, total cost for 25 % stake should be 50M.
The profit from that 200 M is going to provide enough money to build that 2,8 Billion MF.
But the cost of consulting is still standing besides of those 200M..
I mean if they acquire a stake on 25 %, the net profit on the consulting must come down if siaf owns 25 %?
