Kgem, in parallel to your attempt I contacted AOAC agent and ask if possible to track it. See my email
Dear Nora L. Marshall
I'd like to use this opportunity to communicate with you to ask for your help. I'm interesting in tracking of a certification progress of Salmonella and E. coli for MIT 1000. This tool is manufactured by Micro Identification Technology and in the last press, the company notified about the process of preparing the MIT 1000 System for AOAC RI certifications for the identification of both Salmonella and E. coli.

At the past, this tool was certified for Listeria. Please see the first paragraph for full information.
Your faithfully,
Mr. Digra Ive.
Does it possible to trace AOAC RI certification progress without communicating with the company?
Yep. Don't worry I keep some cash for another deep.
Do you want to say, the world is full of surprises?
If shareholders make fatal mistakes such as investing majority of money in one stock or people holds it 4-10 years and see it declining consistently without selling on picks or mixing it on deeps. What can you expect ??
And please stop chewing this issue again because only we are responsible for our money.

Changbai was established in May 2008 and over the next eight months it generated $4.1 million of sales and $1.1 million net income. In the first eleven months of 2009, sales revenue reached $7.1 million, with net income of $2.1 million. Changbai currently distributes its products within three provinces in northeastern China and plans to expand into other regions over the next two years. OUTLOOK - This outlook from the nearest past but it is true for now too.
The Asia-Pacific Region is now living in an interesting era: the process of change from the "old economy" to the "global
new economy" brings a tremendous development growth and mobility of capital, and liberalization to the region. Since
the new global economy brings new economics, new market structures, new industry structures, and new company
structures, the profile of the Asia Pacific Steel Industry has also changed. Customers have evolved from "Solution
Demander" to "Value Demander and from "Clients" to "Business Partners."
The Company is proactively focused on establishing relationships with both “Private Enterprises” and “State Owned
Enterprises”, in the People’s Republic of China. Management believes that the demand for raw steel making products will
continue for the foreseeable future, providing a stable and lucrative market for the Company.

I got bloody headache reading FSIS documents.
Despite of the headache I got some interesting staff.
Have you ever heard about "Codex Committee on Food Import and Export Inspection and Certification Systems" ?? So, if you haven't, it is the time to meet them.
Read this section:==>
Principles and Guidelines for the Conduct of Assessments of Foreign Official Inspection and Certification Systems (Agenda Item 4)" It provides key aspects of inspection in export/import of food.

I recommend to spend your 15 minutes for reading whole paragraph.
Kgem, you know, despite a scientist reported a new approach, it takes time to implement their method so don't be worry about what the article talks about. Who does know how much they are going to pay for this test? Even one single penny above 10 cents will cost more then doing a test in MIT1000.
I believe RS won't be good for Franky, because..
Because if He planning to continue to dilute to struggle for salary the RS won't enrich him. Every body knows RS leads for decreasing in PPS value, so........

Who is care of increasing prices?
Trends - wine industry.
To be honest with you guys the former company management made many fatal mistakes by working from stomach and purchasing subsidiaries against world trends. Please watch data from 1996
http://www.cellarnotes.net/world_comparison.htm
Go to statistics and compare consumption vs production for 12 years trend begins from 1996.
http://www.wineinstitute.org/files/WorldWine%20ConsumptionbyVolume.pdf
Consumption trend: 22.3ML vs 24ML in 1996 vs 2008 respectfully.
Growth in consumption: Less then 1% per year. Ridiculous.
http://www.wineinstitute.org/files/WorldWineProductionbyCountry.pdf
Production trend: 27.3ML vs 27.2ML in 1996 vs 2008 respectfully.
Comparing both data: consumption and production we can see that what we produce hasn't consumed. We actually spill what we produce.
My opinion: In 2008/9 before CNOA purchased wine company they could watch trends. It was open for public and they could predict the nearest future of this industry.
The company has to take strategic decision and get rid of unprofitable subsidiaries
Ysung !!
We can talk about this topic non stop.
From my point of view, we have high-tech tool which came to producing opportunity but has weakness of sells side for current months. From your point of view, we aren't expecting bright future. We are influenced from dropping prices which may alarm for weakness. I don't have strong points to change your mind, but I'm ready to wait and I'm not giving up in this stage because I believe in future breakthrough.
Thank you again for your points.
I just want to refresh it. This article is 1.5 years old, from unbiased source, and it can be considered as a good example for your suspects if this tool can do test well.

The big question is, does M1000 device really work as good as the company claims ??
If yes, why has not a single customer has bought a single unit yet ?
does the device work ????
----------------------------------------------------------------
Device certainly works.
IMO - because we are dealing with tool which is going to replace traditional methods of identification, customers bit scary to pay dozen thousand dollars for something new and good unknown.
It remembers me a situation when a man watching his neighbor for success in his garden after they bought new equipment and curious if it would work or not before he's going to buy too.
GLTY.
Could be. By the way, after such huge transparency to stock holders CWRN is very predictable on the future scale.
IMO - we can sleep quietly.
Mr. Steven Xu as a member of its Board of Directors and its Chief Financial Officer.
Let's look at what his specialization for:

He has 3 years experience in in training and guiding an audit staff about the differences in accounting principles. Mr. Xu holds professional certificates of CIA and CMA.
Lets look at this article:

IMO: Experience of 3 years can be the good start for both CNOA and shareholders.
I'm curious. On one side we are dealing here with communist country like Vietnam but on the other they are holding strong.
It's unusual to see exponential growth for visiting their site.
Since I have watch their site 2 weeks ago, number of visitors almost have multiplied their self.
It can be a long hand of MMTC or sort of advertisement we aren't aware at this stage. However it is a good sign for us.
INDUSTRY OVERVIEW & CWRN
# Large mine operators are generally entrenched and tied to a giant mineral deposit that may consist primarily of low and medium grade iron minerals; meaning they have built large and expensive stationary processing plants.
# When the crushing, screening and processing cannot be moved, the materials have to be moved to the plant. This is where a very large savings in operating cost is realized by CWRN, because CWRN uses remote controlled mobile tracked crushing and screening equipment. CWRN’s mining techniques do not require large and expensive mining trucks to haul the blasted materials to a stationary plant; the company simply back processing equipment up to the bench and begins crushing, screening and magnetic separation.
# With the CWRN niche approach, materials are loaded on the spot and taken straightaway to the port for stockpiling awaiting the next cargo vessel.
You are asking for impossible task.
I don't know the name of their Chinese site.

Dear Jennifer Yang !!
In my recent post I made my point about quality of the company website. I'd like to explain my point of view. If you go to the area of subsidiaries
http://www.chinaorganicagriculture.com/Subsidiaries.asp?Flag=3 you actually have no info for the: Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County Bellisimo Ice Wine Co., Ltd. was on the list for 2 years.
I hardly believe that during 2 years the company has nothing to update about this subsidiary member. If we want to make progress and bring value to PPS, CNOA has to put effort to update their site.

Subject: The website it is the face of the company.
Post body
Dear Jennifer Yang.
I'd like to share with you my only single opinion about the face of the company, the website.
It's really poor site with some attractive pictures.
For example: http://www.chinaorganicagriculture.com/CProfile.asp?Flag=7
Digra Ive.
CNOA contributor.
*********************************************************
Unfortunately it isn't a trip to Ensenada.
Ok I want to explain:
Taken from their site:
-------------------------------------------------------------
Major customers are mostly large companies or provincial vice president of commerce member, sales from which occupies more than 80% of total sales in stable cooperation with CNOA for years.
--------------------------------------------------------------
If they want to be proactive they have to give to visitors of their site bit more info. They using generalization and it isn't good for business. Sorry.
--------------------------------------------------------------
You talking about reconstruction. Ok go there:
http://www.chinaorganicagriculture.com/Subsidiaries.asp?Flag=3
And now mister Mod don't blame me for poor job:
------------------------ December 31, 2009 -------------------
The Company has seven subsidiaries, which include China Organic Agriculture, Ltd., Far East Wine Holding Group Ltd., Hong Kong Ankang Investments Co., Ltd., Ankang Agriculture (Dalian) Co., Ltd., Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County Bellisimo Ice Wine Co., Ltd, Princeton International Investment Ltd. and Dalian Huiming Industry Ltd.
Link: http://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/companyProfile?symbol=CNOA.OB
Do you think it wasn't enough time to collect essential info about their subsidiary. ?????
In my opinion they have done nothing for 2 years.
Do you know what the modern face of a company looks like ?
Watch it here:
http://www.chinaorganicagriculture.com/CProfile.asp?Flag=7
Definitely poor job. If they want to fix their business, they have to start from there.
Up to 5 year. By the way, I used Yahoo chart to watch a general pattern. Their chart is useless for prices lower then 0.01 but for whole picture it was fine.
