OPXA CEO Warma canceled confr. Last minute!!!!

Here is interesting scoop: Neil Warma, opxa ceo,was scheduled to present at the OneMed Conference last Thursday, the 12th. Per a representative of OneMed, Opexa "canceled last minute". You can confirm by calling OneMed at 212.734.1008

The very next day, the stock surges. Since then, stock has held up well and volume has been strong.

Why does a CEO of a Company with only $2MM left of cash ($800K/mo burn rate) sign up to present at an Investor Conference to attract funding suddenly cancel the presentation?

So why did Warma all of a sudden not present at a Confernce and the following day the stock goes crazy?

Did he bail because he got the deal finally? People take notice when a company seeking funding suddenly bails on a presentation

There hasn't been any hiring activity in over a month. Seemed like a freeze. But something happened that they now need a manuf. cell therapy tech.

I believe thay may have found funding.

What's Wierd is that the CEO was supposed to present last Thursday at the onemed conference. It was in their flyer. But on thursday he didn't speak and opxa was not on the list of companies to present on the onemed website. Strange. Why say you are presenting then not?

Did he just get a deal and pulled out at the conference? Maybe people are aware of this.

Why continued to spend millions of $ only to have to close up shop in a few months and let go all the employees that just got hired? These people sold house, left jobs, etc to go to OPXA.

Nothing typical with opexa. Need funds first before any trial is to start. Warma has said trials will start by 6/30/12

In the notes to the 10-K, Warma is stating it will take $32Million to fund a 3 year trail.

"Substantial Dilution" is possible per Warma.

I have been a long for 3 years and not thrilled with the lack of progress

VOLUME!

The last 6 months we have avg 88,640 shares.

Since 2/13/2012, when Warma presented at the BIO, we have avg over DOUBLE the volume at 187,711 shares.

Lets put this into perspective: While 187K shares isnt a lot. It is a lot for OPXA.

In addition, the avg. close prices since 2/13 is $1.02. This is up from an avg. $0.98 since 1/3/2012

Things are brewing. Buy Shares now. Buy some warrants Now

Why is OPEXA hiring quality people? Because it is a company that is about to start Phase IIb.

Remember too, they just hired a Facilities Manager and a Quality Control Manager.

Why would you need a Facilities manager after all these years not having one?

We are moving ahead.

I am going to Vegas next Thursday and would love to stuff my pockets full of $100 before I leave.
