I'll confirm that ScottyT85 got it word for word to include "!" at the end.
You know that he has to be watching the drop from home right now. Wonder what he is thinking?
Have to disagree here. That's the last thing you would want to do.
No way - no how do you want either of them associated with this type of activity. Think about it. How would that look for themselves or the company??
Regardless, it's not going to get acted by any of those news outlets I'm willing to bet. I never heard one word on something that I sent them months ago about something else either. They see it and make it go away.
Educate me on this please.
Since this stock does not trade after hours what benefit would there be to an after hour PR and not a morning PR? Knowing the obvious that the opening PS would be different.
From 9:30am to 12:09pm there were 539,000 shares traded in total - 2 1/2 hours.
From 12:10pm to 12:40pm over 500,000 shares have traded - 30 minutes.
Kimble1 - I have to say that there goes the "touche". That there is the ultimate question. Your choice????
bcatch - IMO you are 100% spot on.
I read some of the posts this morning and thought that I was attending a wake or something.
There will be crazy dancing in the streets when this is, not if, approved and the flood gates will be opened. I also have to also agree that running up to $1.95 on speculation alone was not a good thing for this stock.
I've said it before - PATIENCE.
At this point - just courious - what do you suggest he say?
He has been very upfront with everything. He has said everything that he can say. Everything has been submitted. He's been in communication with the FDA. Bottom line - it's in the FDA's hands now and anything short of a PR, which we are all waiting for, there is nothing else that he can say to change the trend.
It surely doesn't act like something on the verge of approval but then again it could be a head fake or folks who are tired of waiting for approval driving the price.
IMO there is nothing that Mr. Janes can say or do to change what is going on right now.
May 13, 2010 - Feel the burn.
100 shares traded at 10:53am at $.03 = $3.00. That's right $3.00 fricken dollars plus costs.
May 12, 2010 - Something is happening here. Another 1,000 shares traded today at $.03 for a total of $30.00. Opps - Looks like it might have been a sale. Must have needed lunch money.
SHAKA -
What happened to Frank39? He's no longer listed in the Assistant position? Just courious.
May 11, 2010 - ANOTHER NEWS FLASH
That's right another 515 shares traded today at $.04 for a total of $20.60. Perhaps is was the same individual that traded on May 6, 2010.
That's part of my homework tonight. Will get back to ya.
Soon you will be able to afford the Fennix Italy 3101 Alligator shoes, hand stitched from Italy, and probably be able to fly there and pick them up in person.
IMGGorBust - I'm there with you 100%.
Some of these folks really do need to get a grip on it or just get the heck out. And mind you that these are going to be the same folks doing the dance when FDA approval is announced and smiles everywhere.
Lordy, Lordy, Lordy.
MADDOG
Someone, anyone please direct me to another 10Q that doesn't say just about the same thing.
Change the name of the company and a few figures and they all read basically about the same.
It's a frichen requirement to put out but Mr. Janes word should be what matters. He has to live with those words to not only us who are investors but his friends and family. Think about it.
MADDOG
10Q is out. Time to digest this info and talk about.
Mr. Fink -
Come back from the dark side and bring Mr. Sano with you. Come to the land of rainbows, marshmellows and approvals for IMGG shortly IMHO.
MADDOG
Fink - You do know that today is Friday right?? News today could cause some sleepless nights over the weekend with a wicked open on Monday however.
MADDOG
You know, not that he needs defending but in the defense of Mr_Sano, in this particular situation, I may have to agree with him on something after thinking about it a little. I didn’t think about it until Becky sent the e-mail which has nothing to do with it at all - it just got me thinking. And it’s also important to give credit where credit is due.
The mere fact that the Aliance Acquitions Gala occurred last night (Thursday) as has been well documented by many to include Mr. Janes himself, for there to be any mention of it on the video that Mr. Janes did for MoneyTV and released today (Friday) borderlines on him obviously not knowing the questions that Don was going to ask, just answering the question and just not thinking about the timing of the video. I like to think that Don popped a question at him and he just answered but Mr_Sano may be right here and if it were a case of what we use to call “Shameless Self Promotion” then that was probably not the best 78 words Mr. Janes could have spoken even though he really said nothing.
What do they say - Just keeping it real.
MADDOG
It was a joke that obviously you didn't get. Sorry to cause confusion.
Everyone here knows that Becky puts out the e-mails letting us know when things are happening so she is my official notification person.
Nothing else is scheduled that I am aware of. And again, sorry if I caused confusion for you.
MADDOG
It's now official.
Mr. Dean Janes will be on Money-TV on May 8, 2010 or it can be viewed on MoneyTV on May 7, 2010 according to the e-mail I just got from Becky at 1:26pm. I feel a lot better now. Just had to share.
I see green. Will we close green? Seems to be moving in that direction - finally.
MADDOG
This question needs can be addressed by someone with more knowledge about that than me.
By the way Mr. Sano - 78 words. Of the entire interview, that's all Mr. Janes said about "AA". A total of 78 words and that was at the end of the interview. What a stretch. Do you suggest that "AA" reimburse IMGG for those 78 words????
MADDOG
Not exactly as Mr. Janes didn't mentioned it in the video response to "The Forums" questions which came out on Monday and the Gala was held last night - Thursday.
We didn't get any e-mail from Becky like in the past about this either unless I missed it.
MADDOG
Joebari -
Good to see that you are finally off probation with your limited postings. I see that you didn't spend a long time in "The Jailhouse" so it must have been because of good behavior or a good lawyer.

Money-TV spot - Friday, May 7, 2010
This is the latest Money-TV spot for those who are in a position where they can not watch the show without the bosses knowing about it.
Don: Now Mr. Dean Janes. He’s the CEO of Imaging 3. Stock symbol is IMGG and Dean - good to see you again.
Dean: Good to see you too Don.
Don: It’s been a little while.
Dean: It has been a while.
Don: Now I know this week there is a lot going on with you personally but I wanted to, but before we get to that, I wanted to bring up what’s going on with Imaging 3 because I think the last time we spoke with you, you had filed your supplemental answer to the FDA and now you’re kind of in that waiting period. Do you have any update for us?
Dean: Well sure. We’ve had a couple conference calls, E-mails and um correspondence back and forth with the FDA. I’ve sent them some supplemental information. It’s going really well. I feel very confident that the process is moving forward. Um there’s been no real negative response to what we’ve sent. There was a lot of information that was sent that they are going through right now and um again some supplemental information that they’ve requested but very very positive steps forward I think.
Don: Do you guys, do you still think that your still dealing with the issue that your device is new and there’s really nothing to compare it to so they can’t say ok this is like that so we can approve it based on that. Do you think you are still dealing with that situation?
Dean: Well actually, I’ve always thought that’s sort of what’s been the biggest problem, the biggest hurtle. When you’re doing something innovative - innovative even though it’s off the shelf technology, it’s hard for them to get the comparative analysis sometimes. So, we couldn’t really compare our device with one single device. I mean, there’s nothing really to compare it to. So we had to take a couple of different devices and compare those and go through separate analogies, so to speak, to get them a feel of how our device isn’t really that different in what’s out there in the technology world in the sense of how we create radiation and the imagery that we create.
Don: Ok. So I guess what it’s really coming down to is the radiation aspect of it. They really want to make sure that it’s safe. They want to make sure that it falls within guidelines. Is that right?
Dean: No, no we’re well within the range, it’s very safe and if anything that’s more to I think it’s more to our advantage that our lower does range. It just that the analogy of that we do Fluoroscopy, 3D fluoroscopy is a little different because it is such a new new kind of imaging modality. To relate it to standard Fluoroscopy is a little difficult because you’re doing, you’re acquiring your imagery and you’re putting it into a construct in less than a second. So there’s nothing really out there that does that. There’s 3D devices, there’s devices that do 3D post processing but it takes them several minutes or even an hour to acquire the imagery and another several minutes to display it in 3D form. For them to take that leap I think is the difficult part for them as far as them having something to compare it to.
Don: Now I mentioned in the beginning, I know it’s a big week end for your folks. We had you and Brian, the two of you together on the show a while back with your other venture called Aliance Acquitions. It’s a big party in Beverly Hills this week.
Dean: Oh absolutely. It’s a red carpet gala. It’s going to be at the Beverly Hilton in a club called Plush, it going to be over 300 people there. Some celebrities may show up. It’s going to be a fun event. It’s a launch party for Alliance and giving potential shareholders an idea of what it is that we are doing and others that have been following us like friends and family. It’s going to be a great event.
Don: Make sure that you get some video and we’ll certainly put that on the program at a latter date. Again the company is Imaging 3. The stock symbol is IMGG. Dean thanks again for the update and enjoy yourself this weekend.
Dean: It’s been a pleasure. Thanks Don.
Don: Take care.
IMO - Mr. Janes looked refreshed and energized.
MADDOG
Aint that a hoot.
Just looked at the pre-market numbers and had to laugh.
The Bid is at $.02 and the Ask is at $100.05. That's right $100.05.
Where do they come up with such crapola?
May 6, 2010 - NEWS FLASH
251 shares traded at ESRG at the rate of $.035. Estimated cost in the amount of $8.79 plus cost of the transaction. I am starting to feel the burn.
SHAKA -
Just for the record - I think that you guys have done and are doing a fine job.
Understanding the modirators position and the responsibilities of accepting the position I'm not sure how you guys get any other work done.
Mr. Nessen has even given a shout out to you, I believe, for heading off something that shouldn't have been put out there some time ago. Like I said earlier, folks just need to mature it up a little, and not try to shoot the folks that are doing their jobs.
Let's go green.
MADDOG
Well, well, well. Just received this e-mail from LC Group regarding ESRG. We, as investors or past envestors, are not the only ones who don't get answers. What's next Mr. Quinn???? I'm sure that you got a copy of this - probably more formal.

I stand corrected.
I just went back a relistened and you are 100% correct.
PATIENCE is the word of the day.
We have not reached the 30 day FDA mark yet. Several more days to go so anything before that is an unexpected gift.
I think what you heard was additional information was supplied per request. I did not hear anything about the FDA currently waiting on IMGG to supply them anything except time for them to do their jobs.
And I think we can all agree that regardless of if it was last Thursday or Friday it could in fact be the answer that provides the check mark needed for approval.
And I think also, even more so after this video, that Mr. Janes has been and will be on top of things to the end. I don't know of any CEO of any publicly traded company that has been so up front with its investors as Mr. Janes.
If you listened Mr. Janes carefully regarding the FDA and additional information he referenced, everything said was in the past tense and nothing that is currently pending from IMGG.
IMGG could receive an approval this afternoon but again causes for speculation. I don't think that we are that far away from approval and all this talk about PMA would be as stated "ridiculous" at this state in the process.
Mr. Janes is obviously on top of this - big time.
Need to remember that the company is located in Burbank, CA so it's only 7:00am local time for them so it might be a couple of hours before we hear anything, if we are going to hear anything.
That is unless there is a leak. Looking OK right now.
What they did was at 2:55pm EST (11:55am PST) on Friday, April 30, 2010 they closed the Forum for additional question so that Mr. Janes could address what had been posted.
Once the video is released they will re-open for new questions and/or comments. The questions that Mr. Janes will be addressing are still there and can be viewed but until the video is released no one can post anything additional.
Hope that helps.
Good morning IMGG Board.
As a reminder to all, including myself, the moderators of the I-Hub IMGG Board can delete messages if they are off topic or for a number of other I-Hub rule violations. I-Hub Admin can itself remove post, throw you in their "jailhouse", put you on probation and restrict the number of post you can make a day and as we all know YOHOO just seems to not give a good hoot what anyone says about anything or so it seems.
I have not posted any questions or comments on the IMGG Forum but I have read everything there. Some of the less mature folks need to be reminded from time to time that IMGG or actually Mr. Janes himself initiated The Forum and can just as easily make it go away. This was something that he initiated in order to help us investors out by supplying answers to investor's questions as best he could and stay within the guidelines of what he can legally say at the time. This was not se up as a YAHOO playground. There are some who post on I-Hub that also post on the IMGG Forum. Let's try to mature it up a little so it doesn't go away when it comes back up after the newest video is released.
I believe that Mr. Janes is just as anxious for approval as everyone else because with approval the company goes to a new level and so do we. This is not just a quick but - at least not for the investor who can see the forest and not just a tree. Mr. Janes and his team have put quite a bit of energy into this project and I'm sure that he will be just as glad as everyone else to see FDA approval.
With that said - lets have a good day and remember that every moment that passes put us a moment closer to approval.
MADDOG
I may have not understood the question correctly when I replied. Here is the web site but they only show January and February.
http://www.fda.gov/MedicalDevices/ProductsandMedicalProcedures/DeviceApprovalsandClearances/510kClearances/default.htm
MADDOG
They were listed right next to the year.
January had 192, February had 183 and March had 273.
April's numbers won't be out until around the 5th or 6th of May but by then it may be a moot (is that the right word?) point if we get the PR on Monday that we all have been looking for.
Still no video as of yet so I wouldn't be surprised if a PR does come out in the morning with the video to follow. Perhaps not as I'm sure that the folks at IMGG need a weekend off once in a while. There were a lot of questions posed on The Forum that I would like to know the answers to regardless of a PR.
MADDOG
FDA Clearances 2010
January 2010 - 192
February 2010 - 183
March 2010 - 273
Was April 2010 the month that IMGG got clearance??? IF so we will know before it is posted to their 510(k) clearnace list which normally comes out 5/6 days after the first of the month.
Food for thought.
