OT: Loose vs Lose
Funny thing.
There is entire thread on another board dedicated entirely to Lose Vs. Loose by Lou. A lot of people replied with good humor. Its not an ETIM related board either.
Its quite interesting, the subject matter was also discussed on yet another board in the past few weeks.
What a coincidence!
Hangin Loose!
Peace
Perhaps I have been asking questions that might seem to indicate I am a flipper. I apologize, they are just questions as I learn things about this company. I infact have bought in Oct. Nov. and Dec. and have not sold one share nor have any of my family members that bought as well. WE are more longs than shorts. I hope this clarifies my position. and thanks for your replies. My wife doesn't call me stupid, she's pretty cool and my best friend.
My hopes are that this company succeeds, I look forward to the new year of growth and product development and sales.
Best to you,
Happy Holidays

agreed Stocky... Hey it was pretty cool to see burn call me stupid. The only one that calls me names is my wife once in awhile.
message to burn, You have no idea who you are talking to and when you call a board member stupid twice in two posts, well you figure out the rest, since you are an upstanding member and set such a professional example by putting down someone who asked a question. Where did you get your manners boy!
I have not found one CEO in penny land you can trust either.
No on the o/s a/s have been working alot and don't know the current. Has it changed from that last? Its the 15th is the December different from the November issue?
I need at least 25,000,000 shares in order to make some good doe. If we anticipate a R/S would it be 4 or 10 or ??? whats your opinion on the number?
I beleive that the conditions can change in an instant. This one has that characteristic. However it is interesting to see things in action. The value of education gained by watching this companys' fund raising will not go unnoticed, its profile grows with every PR. For pennies its a lot of PR's especially compared to all the rest...Gotta be in the top 25 for pinky PRs in the 4th quarter. (ps.where are those stats)
As its profile grows, its style and approach are noticed. It tells us about the management "style". We should learn by the things said and unsaid. This is new. If you asked me about this a year ago, I would have had much less information to support a trade either way. With the log of news casts in the file on Eternal Imaging I can now do some math as things unfold and make better sense. This is early in the game. I will look forward to December of 07 and a look back on these days..LMAO
IMHO
GLTYA
flippers? theres no room to flip right now. theres no 15-20% spread on the bid above the ask in order to make room for a flip at least this week. Did anyone buy and then make a bid and make out with a 20% profit including Br. fees.? 11 12 13 has been the range. Splane it to me Lucy?
underfire is an understatement. They are standing on it.
Exactly! But I do think the upward movement will be a bit slow and take its time. It would be typical of MM's to play the PPS that way. No Big gains in one day like October at least for now...IMHO
thanks for the DD. that encouraging to see. What could be the reason for our gagged TA. PS. is this a court ordered gag?
Who does the Gagging? Is there a Gag Police Department for TA's? or is it all just a gag!
I'm sure glad I don't have paper certs on ETIM. I had paper certs with another stock, they sent them and spelled my name wrong. I called and spoke with the TA and she gave me instructions to fed ex them back with the corrections. So I did. A week went by so I called the company TA phone number and left messeges. Well after about 2 weeks, I finally got ahold of someone at the company, it turned out that the TA was no longer with the company, they could not find my stock certs and on top of that the lady was not very nice. I tracked down the CEO's cell phone number thru some resources and finally got him on the phone. Well after considerable time and effort I finally got my certs corrected and returned to me and put them in my trade account. The point to the story is that my first experience with Transfer Agents wasn't the greatest. Ultimately the old rule applies. "If you want something done... You gotta do it yourself"..and..."its hard to find good help" (that one never changes)

Perhaps down the road the company will embark on this issue as they establish a history of good internal controls. I hope that is amoung their to do's..I wonder how compliant the financials are. No corrections needed would be nice.
is that an Independant Firm or an approved Sarbanes-Oxley Firm and or do they report under the Big Firms? sub level..
Was the Auditing Firm chosen by the company or was it performed by a SOX Firm?
I can hear the crickets!
Whats up NMC ?
Were the Funds transferred?
Did ya go to Vegas after to celebrate?
Where did ya stay?
Did you win any money?
or did you loose it all at the Crap table?
lol....
I don't think Clint mentioned it, maybe...
I think it was another executive that mentioned that it wouldn't be long for the T/A to be up. I imagine when the conditions are met they will move forward.
If anyone has spent any time with Executive level operations, you will have had to notice how they micro manage from 30,000 feet. Its quite interesting, most company movements forward are like adjusting a compass a degree or two. Understanding can be increased by the study of Corporated Executives. The Harvard Business Review is a good place to find the latest fads in "Upper Management" and the trends they go thru. Its an ever evolving envoirnment. The trick is to have an executive that accounts for everything, keeps current with minutes, has a sense of direction and is a master of American Business Ethics. Do you think Clint, or I should say do you or anyone here have enough information to form an opinion of Clint's qualifications? Stop
omoger's Howdie Ya'll!
anyone watching this chart?
Feels like a storm just past thru the past 2 days...
Now as long as it doesn't flat line for the rest of the week..
Keeep that heart beating!! Life is good!
You're telling me. Its a delicate one to advertise. I should know, thats what I do for a living...lol
but it can be done... with a little planning and effort...
Is the TA gagged for a limited time until?... or How long does this Gagged apply? What is the definition of Gagged regarding TA's?
Somebody got some DD handy? Thanks up front!
Iknowa...
Ya but all the mobile Dog Grooming businesses could offer additional services and the side of the Van could read:
......
anyone???lol
Nice Derek.... Goodnight to you as well. Interesting reading from today. My position is that the company will do well, MLB would not have done the deal nor the Vatican Library if the company was not above board. The screening process for an indorsement by MLB is good enough for me. The rest are details..
Go Dodgers in 07!
Buyer performance is on the menu for this week and an announcement would be nice. Any announcement on anything would be nice from Mr. Sheppard and Co.
another day under the belt.
no complaints.
"Rome wasn't built in a day"
I think the NOBO list request was from Oct. 16 and we've heard nothing since. Whats up?
KCN, thanks for the tips. lol
now lets get going on ETIM. Last weeks was wild, I wonder if the huge volume isn't over.. will be interesting in the week ahead..
