Here's my take on T/A silence. I believe the company has issued themselves more shares. Hey, you would have done the same if you knew buyout was coming and you owned the company. That said, and at this point, regardless of how many shares were issued (if indeed this is the case), there's truly a sweet deal waiting for shareholders. Okay, that was my second conspiracy theory for the day. LOL. I'll bet I'm right on this one though.

Just a hunch, but if there is indeed a short position here (I'm not necessarily a believer in buyins.net), it appears there might be some very methodical short covering going on right now. Spaced out very nicely and not too large, as to show their hand. That's my conspiracy theory for the day. LOL.

Lots and lots of folks locking in gains from .003's & .004's and with much skepticism in the arena, volume isn't surprising to me. Like I said earlier, we will see ALOT of churning on the way to higher ground.

Blockman, congrats on your 4 million GBDX shares. I think you'll be a happy camper. You had a great year in the market last year as I did and 2007 will be no different.

We all know CEO's lie day and night. As I said earlier, GBDX management was sent several e-mails indicating there would be hell to pay if they lied to shareholders about buyout/merger. At this point, I believe they are being careful with what they say. That's why I like my chances here.

At this point, I really don't care what he does. He has his trading strategy and he sticks with it.

He also indicated he was selling shortly thereafter.

Remember, we have to absorb Shakerzzz dump and I suspect that's about finished.

Now that a few folks have locked in profits, I believe we're just about ready for the next plateau. Churn baby churn.

I think we will churn through several plateaus today.

If this were a day without the PR we received this morning, I would have flipped by now. This isn't a normal day and I suspect the volume by the end of the day may surpass 150 million and it might even blow through that.

With current market cap of $3.3 million at .0095 PPS, it's a rather easy decision to make. You've got to ask yourself, is GBDX worth more than $3.3 million ?

Flippers know better than to sell on a day like today. I pounded the ask hard as soon as the bell rang.
