Who here wants to bet me that the O/S count is greater than 300 million within 30 days ?

Still not one single classified ad on the entire Buzz website. Still not one single corporate banner ad anywhere on the Buzz website yet. I suspect the company would take $5.00 at this point, just to get their first advertising customer. The quote below comes directly from the Buzz website ....

Mark my words, there will be NO audited financials filed this year or next. If they were to indeed put them out, I think we'd all see the company lied about the revenues they've touted so far, thus why would they cut their own throat further ?

Being as forthright as I can, if the deal falls apart, I will consider this another pink sheet scam. With corporate attorney(s) supposedly being in route to finalize the deal, I don't want to hear back from the company about anything other than the terms of the buyout. Anything other than that and I'll simply take my loss and move on. No two ways about it at this point.

Does it really matter what the closing PPS is ? You say you know what the buyout price is. Seems that all else is simply irrelevant until we are informed of buyout price by company to confirm what you say you already know. Why even post at this point ? Shouldn't matter if the PPS drops to .0025 or rises to .02

I can indeed run a company much better, as I am now with my business, which I'm approached weekly about franchising opportunities. Bottom line is that Huffman had ample time to take his products to market. He's more than deceptive and incompetent at this stage of the game until he proves otherwise, which may be never.

I just watch with laughter each day as the PPS plunges to the point where Burke will simply execute a reverse split. I think it's coming. Not a matter of if, but when.

The money gets back to Huffman and gang either way, whether they're selling stock or not. The fact is that the company is selling shares and Huffman and gang are being paid through the sale of those shares. Dilution is soaring and it's total B.S. to continue to fleece shareholders year after year.

I'm sure I'd be receiving the same criticism if the current PPS was above .10 .... NOT !! Some of you guys are spineless, but carry on. I wouldn't expect anything less.

Heck no. AURC loves SAT, as they are the T/A that won't disclose O/S count to shareholders. If AURC wanted shareholders to have transparency, they'd switch T/A's, but that's not the case. The less you guys know, the better.

Aliangel, tell your brother that his company will no longer be able to prey upon innocent shareholders. Everyone is on to the scam now, even Chicken Man. As a debt collector by trade, he hates being lied to. I only hope that one day an unpaid account by RENW comes across his desk. I've seen what he does to those that deceive and it's not pretty.

What a freakin scam !! No I'm not bashing, just pissed because many good people are left holding the bag here, a bag that will soon be so heavy it will take a forklift to move it.

Management should be held accountable for their TOTAL incompetence, yet instead they are rewarded for ZERO performance. Call it what you want. I choose to use the word SCAM.

The 10-K stinks big time !! For Craig Huffman to be awarded almost $500K in 2006 is atrocious at best. And Aliangel, your brother's company (Regent) was paid over $500K. What the hell for ? That's on top of the money he personally received from the company.

The company's market cap just skyrocketed to $8.27 million at a PPS of .053 and based upon O/S of 156 million. Add another 12 million S-8 shares to that and you can do the math from there.

The company conveniently decides to scrap the CAVD project, another financially irresponsible mistake.

Now they're working on the EC IV again ?

With the current PPS, I suspect the A/S count will also be significantly boosted this year to keep the executives happy.

Forget Chicken Man's PPS prediction of .03, this P.O.S. is going sub-penny, mark my words.

PaperProphet, although you exagerate many things, you've been right on the money for the most part.

Here I wanted to hold this stock, but thank God the Chicken Man convinced me otherwise back in December. He thought that February would be a good re-entering point, but with this 10-K and the company's track record, I will wait (maybe forever) for concrete revenues to re-enter and that's only if the so-called earnings are of any significance.

My God, these brainless wonders couldn't operate a lemonade stand.
