I feel FASC is a potential growth Company, but "Hot" ? I will have to read the 10Q first and then I may not know.

Most of us here are "long" investors. The "Hype and Down"
Syndrome traders are on the RB board. The traders that are here are conservative.

My take is that Jerry was feeding shareholders what they wanted to hear. Worked for a while....

I do not think this company is a scam, but I also do not think current PPS is huge in his mind. He got his financing and now he is working.

Thanks for the great job that you are doing. I do want to say
that I understand Tech's concern. I also would like to see
this board remain credible. Investorama's Posts do seem to
borderline on "to da moon" and "Hype trading".

Many of us here understand the risk/reward here.(FASC) We are positive, but with our feet on earth.

Hi Sleepin,

OT- Thanks for the compliment on my floors. The Artwork is done by one of my Gameline and Finishing crews. In about two months I will have some more work done to my Website. We are working on a couple big projects right now. I hope that FASC will soon be selling as many KDS machines as I do Sport Floors.

I personally think that eventually they will dwarf my business even though they are quite a bit smaller right now.

I am enjoying being back above .02 FASC

I do not think you would get shares in DVFI, WRNW get the shares and you hold WRNW. WRNW can hold many shares in many companies and you would still own WRNW.

Per the PR, they did not merge, WRNW received shares in DVFI

Jabber,

To get bonded you put up your callateral to a bank or equal that
can give you a certified letter of credit, which ties up your collateral (no money exchanging hands), the certified letter of credit goes to the bonding Company for the Bond.

OR-

The Company has enough assetts to pledge as collateral directly, good credit, send to Bonding Company weekly, monthly or quarterly
certified records from accountant in trade for Bond.

I am sure there are other ways to obtain secutity to a Bonding Company, These are the two ways I had to do it.

Here is my report from Cal Kantonen,

I have both Bad news and Good News.

First the bad news...., The Confirmation from Austria was not what I was guessing it was. Energy Cabin hired David Dungate away from FASC. The person at Energy Cabin was then fired and so was David Dungate. David did move to New York to be Energy Cabins North American Rep., Now he is there jobless as much as Cal knows. I think Cal is still hoping for a relationship with Energy Cabin.

We have nothing to do with North American Pellot systems.

Energy Cabin does owe FASC money for Naskup.

The good news is...There are the three sales, 2 are paid for and will be delivering this next month. One is still in the deposit stage. There are approx. 30 quotes out but only the
three sales stated.

Brian and Cal have both assured me that they will be paid back by sales down the road, not off the back of shareholders. He
is very interested in the longs, but not the day traders. I will be E-mailing Sleepin a little about this.

The Gentleman building the Machines is a shareholder and he is
the accounts receivable debt. He gets paid when FASC gets paid.

Cal said he shared nothing with me that is confidential and it is public information.

Cal did say that he is here for the long haul with FASC. He has 8 years and a huge investment in FASC.

I cannot send a e-mail, so the website is not under construction. My company just reworked it's Website and as
it was being done only portions were down at a time. None of the e-mails were effected.

I have defended the company and time limits for closing deals.
how-ever...in spite of not having sold any shares yet, I cannot claim or see any evidence of life.

Yes, Cementers may think the deal is still on, but have they seen any green? I thought Cementers was a bigger concern that what I saw on a previous post. 650,000 is not much of a company to get to excited about unless it is something that can be expanded upon or is a service that is needed, but did
not WRNW sell their leases?

I have not been around much, to busy. I have not received
a return e-mail from Cal. I do not blame him. After I thought about it, he probably would not want all of the answers shared with me let alone floating around out there in e-mail space some-where.

He has been real good in the past with returning calls, but
there is silence in the last week.

If I hear from him or learn anything I will share as in the past. I hope for the same from others, that is why I am here.
