Lol. Offset the fios bill is a good one.
Time to buy more. Go for it.
Beep beep. This disaster crashed and burned a decade ago. With any luck it might be worth a decent tax write off.
RMTD owns no patents.
Even if they did they expire soon and this stock stays at .0001 forever. Enjoy.
It’s incorrect
Disagree
There are no patents. Everyone knows. Sorry but dems da facts. How’s that 0.0001 feeling?
The company will never explain anything. The only hope for shareholders is if they've hired competent lawyers who can negotiate a good settlement that fairly compensates HDVY for past damages and future royalties.
If it goes back to court we probably won't see anything for another decade.
Unfortunately the company has a long history of acting as a profitable revolving door for several people coming and going and cashing in at shareholder expense along the way. I was also looking thru past deals and it's amazing how many exciting and promising agreements just slipped into oblivion. Whatever happened to Epigenomics? Apparently that must have been a one-time payment that HDVY spent ages ago. Vermillion was the same.
SVM Capital is laughable.
If there are any facts about the current situation, please do share them as the company is silent. It's also the reason that Fidelity doesn't allow purchase of HDVY shares. As long as the company refuses to comply with the minimum required levels of communication, such as filings, the company only hurts itself and it's shareholders.
If the daughter won't do her job she shouldn't be employed by the company.
So yes, facts are allowed. Personal attacks against other posters, however, are not allowed and IHUB will delete those.
My biggest complaint is that they've had years to formulate a strategy in the event that they won the patent dispute. They claimed, while they still had available funds, to have done extensive research into potential infringements on their patents. Did that not include Intel, a huge corp with massive resources who was also trying to claim a patent on the same technology? At a minimum the daughter could have formulated a comms plan so it was ready to go once the patent dispute was settled. Perhaps her plan was to say nothing. I hope we didn't pay much for that plan.
Looks like same s&it different day with this company. No wonder 21 cents was just a blip. Only HDVY management could f up an amazing opportunity.
Have a great weekend.
This is something really annoying and calls into question of whether she was hired for her skill or purely nepotism. Thus far she’s done absolutely nothing. There’s been no communication at all. Is she getting compensated?
Why is this tagged to mbrx?
I agree. I’m guessing that the HDVY patented technology is incorporated in the firmware of many intel chips. I’ll bet they purposely filed their own patent as an attempt to shield themselves from infringing on the HDVY patent. At a minimum, even if they lost the dispute, they postponed infringement claims for years, maybe hoping HDVY would go under before the case was resolved.
Hopefully HDVY has consulted with good patent lawyers and technical experts to assess potential damages.
It does seem to have settled in the 5-7 cent range which is far better than the 0.5-2 cent range of the past few years but far short of the 21 cents that it spiked to after the news. I hope the last few weeks are leading up to a big out of court settlement. If it goes back to the courts we’ll be waiting another 5 or more years before any payout.
Locwolf, do you think any of the past CEO's still hold shares or might be trying to get back into an executive role at HDVY? I can't even imagine if Barnhill made a reappearance.
you're fortunate. There probably aren't that many investors (before yesterday) in at that price. Now the company needs to watch out for the $1 minimum listing price on NASDAQ or get punted to the OTC. I believe that if the share price stays below $1 for 30 consecutive days they get a warning.
I’m guessing 99% of shareholders are now underwater. Great job mbrx management. Bleed the company dry.
Wow. This is a massacre. No other way to describe it.
Well as much as I vent on here about current management it’s good that they kept the company alive for so many years with basically no business and little to no revenue.
Without filings shareholders have almost nothing to go on. Who are the insiders? Majority shareholders? Bill Quirk would sometimes throw a bone to his distribution list but since he passed away it’s been dead silence. There’s no current research report from an analyst. Nobody knows how to calculate the value of the patent. Questions, such as those you raised earlier about SVM Capital, go unanswered for years. All we can do is make wild guesses and hope for the best while the clock just keeps ticking away. The stories about shareholders who have died without ever seeing their investment pay off are sad.
The one basic principle that gives me the most hope is that Intel fought long and hard to keep their patent. I don’t think they would have made that level of effort if they didn’t believe it had significant value. Amazingly HDVY now owns the patent exclusively. I also believe that NEO owes HDVY royalty payments and should be forced to pay damages. It’s unreal how long these cases drag on year after year.
All we can do is sit and wait.
Damn that’s a lot of shares
This company's history works against them. They've burned so many shareholders in the last 15 years that anyone who does a little research can get scared away with a simple google search. Now even the new investors will wonder if this is another example of HDC taking months or years to do anything while everyone else eats their lunch. Time will tell, but if HDC needs to raise money for legal action the share price won't stay near 5 cents indefinitely.
with any luck the share price stays above $1. It really sucks to see them burn thru all the money they raised with so little progress to show on trials.
It’s likely going to be an ugly few days ahead. These guys are really screwing up.
I'm sure INTEL and NEO already have a contingency plan for whatever HDC's strategy turns out to be, which is why HDC loses every time.
yup. They issued interim results so that they could start diluting. I don't think they would have published those results otherwise. I doubt any regulatory agency would give approval based on a total of 8 patients.
Seriously. The least they could do at this point is send a shareholder letter to explain the strategy going forward. The patent case took 6 years to reach a decision. Are they saying they had no contingency plan at all for what to do if HDVY won?
I think that’s when many of the patents expire.
I think the headline caused the early jump in stock price but after the news was digested investors might perceive the results as mixed.
There are only 4 patients in each of the 2 studies. Most had no adverse effects however 1 patient did experience an issue. It wasn’t clear (at least to me) if that patient needed to drop out or could continue treatment.
The only example of improvement in condition that I could see in the press release was the 1 patient who had a partial response that could be used as a bridge to bone marrow transplant. The company seems to be saying that higher doses are needed in the US study to generate more improvement in those patients. In Poland there are 2 patients with results expected in Q2.
So overall good results but arguably not as strong as many might have been hoping to see.
Anyone else have an opinion on the results?
yes. Pre-market bid and ask is super interesting.
Yes. Trading is proof of patents. Why not?
Did you mean $54? Don’t underestimate the unbelievable value of these shares. Buy now for when it pays off in 200-300 years.
I agree there are many possibilities. Scenario 4 is especially intriguing. A large tech firm with the resources to fight intel could be very effective. HDVY would be seen as in investment with a potentially huge payoff.
What’s the prediction from the chart?
Nice recovery today ahead of Monday’s call. People must be betting on good news.
Thanks for posting that news. It didn’t come up on my feed for some reason.
I think most people saw it as fluff. Requesting fast track is easy, actually getting approval for fast track would be more meaningful.
Moleculin Bio up 8% premarket on potential accelerated review for Annamycin

Hopefully the postponement of earnings and the call was just a scheduling glitch and nothing related to any bad news.
