How much, when, and at what price?!
Great analogy, IMHO. Good article here: “focus on the business, not the stock.”

More bid stacking—may pop again!
She’s gonna BLOW...!
Stop selling if you wanna make REAL $!!
Volume still low compared to other recent days.
Float is CLEARLY LOCKED
Exactly. And I think 500M MC is super lowball conservative (but bully on you for showing that as a baseline!): I recently saw here an estimate that stem cells will account for $200+ BILLION dollars within the next 3-5 years (perhaps someone can corroborate with a link?). Thus, if we captured the following MEAGER shares of that market, under the current share structure (which Inhave argued elsewhere here it is unlikely that they will further weaken by substantial dilution), we get the following PPS:
1% market share/655M shares=$3+
5% market share/655M shares= $15+
I think most would agree, based on what we know and what is likely, these are quite conservative estimates. There is a REASON why Warbington is IN FRONT of potential discussion of BO with a fairly clear “no”...
Everything on the bid at .035 at opening bell. NOT!
Damn autocorrect! CFO (Dickerson) and CSO (Ichim) each have 2.5M shares or fewer (one has a little over 1M and the other just over 2M). The logic of the argument is still valid, these misstated titles notwithstanding.
Ichim is Chief SCIENTIFIC Officer, not Chief Medical Officer. Sorry
Did I report something inaccurate?
Just because “other OTCs” dilute to Hades and back and have billions of OUTSTANDING shares (not merely authorized) doesn’t mean it’s the case here. How is it not abundantly clear to you that CELZ is VERY different from the vast majority of OTCs in so many good ways?
The CEO and CMO themselves have less than 2.5M shares each (see recent 8K): why would they want to dilute? I’m sure they’re looking forward to getting richer from CELZ, so anything that dilutes their equity is not advisable. The sooner PPS reaches $1, the faster we can uplist and get outta this OTC cesspool.
Buy a vowel, beg for a clue—something!
Low volume spike=promising. Folks are buying
They are trying desperately to control this BEAST—which will not be controlled!
One day—I’m not sure when—but it WILL happen: CELZ will teach them a lesson they’ll not soon forget. Much better for them to just get out of the way
Is that why TINY volume results in BIG moves?
They want shares and everyone knows it. BOO HOO.

Brothers in CELZ
Then, of course, the other trove with a super-concentration of resources is the Arlington/Alexandria/Falls Church/Fairfax VA area
I read the whole thing—just wanted to name some specific localities that are known for their affluence (particularly because URLs for CaverStem haven’t mentioned Naples per se—at least of the ones that I’ve seen).
Don’t forget Naples, FL and Palm Beach, FL areas. My understanding is that CaverStem has shown particularly promising signs for those patients who have undergone prostatectomy (and, in per capita terms, there is some SERIOUS bank in that demographic)...
And I’ll volunteer to be the fry cook (homage to a funny AF skit from “In Living Color” back in the day)!
Ain’t enough popcorn in the world!
Why is NITE so hungry?
“‘Cause I’m all about that base”!
House $ here too—but GRRRRR
Some have noticed a correlation between formal 8Ks and bumps upward. Typically the company has released news (which first appears in places like OTCmarkets) and then follows a day or two later with the 8K on the same. Not so with Friday’s Amniostem announcement (which I find really surprising for several reasons).
The sooner we get out of this OTC cesspool, the faster all that can be realized
It would be great (a) if there were more than 6 and (b) if we were also given SOME idea of how many kits have been sold and procedures performed to date. In addition to provided helpful financial info for investors, it would also demonstrate a tremendous strength and governance over their business model.
All these folks are MAJORLY credentialed.
Agreed. I would like to think that someone ELSE responds to the vast majority of such queries, but (so far as I know) we only have a sample space of 1...
True! But is it really the best use of the CEO’s time and mental energy answering routine queries about CaverStem availability?
+1–and you would think they would want their stock (which represents EVERYONE’S vested financial interest, including their own) OUT of this cesspool as quickly as possible. But that is not a concern of theirs. If what escalante said over the weekend is true and the CEO is answering emails from potential patients, that might explain why their are no PRs
What kinda RIDICULOUS spread:
.0413-.0450?!
