Just as I posted a few days ago, CCME management should have published a pre-emptive strike by Public Release and start buying shares back on the open market and state so..Oh well!!!

I hope CCME is a little more pro active in the best interest of the loyal shareholder.. They know Part 2 of the citron report is coming out in the next 3 days, I would guess thursday..

A nice pre-emptive press release tommorrow updating all the investors on what the exact plans they have for the over 150M cash they have on hand would be appropriate in my opinion.. They could provide some specifics such as: (1) Specifics about dividend pay out - like how many dollars paid for each share owned by each sharholder, (2) Status of the $30M buy back or even better buy a few million back at market tomorrow and the next day to show they are serious and give confidence to the public, (3) update on future investments or buyout of other profitable business that they are considering and its impact to the companies future growth, (4) Provide some specific rebuttal to those inflamatory or completely false statements from Citron (5) Update on any new contracts or business developments.

Any and all of these may help IMHO.. Long and Strong CCME.

Hope the best for all CCME longs.. I too am loaded to the hilt. All that matters to me at this point is that the COMPANY addresses this ASAPin a public release. I think the company's response is more important than some may think. A public statement from Deloitte about the company financials or cash on hand wouldnt hurt either.

Holding strong and have no more buying power for the cheap shares.

GL and should be a very interesting week for sure.. A person has to have big BALLS to invest in this one thats for sure.

Is it time for a ccme bounce. That's what my money says. Go ccmweeeeeee... Just think get the shares at a better value. :)

Longs keep the faith, remind yourself what you own! Remember the stock is up for the week and in my opinion the stock will be up again next week. Hold your shares in cash accounts as much as you can, dont let them borrow your shares. I think the neuce just got alot tighter and maybe Glen short squeeze of the century will be upon us.

IMHO the stock is worth $35-$40 and maybe more.. Why is a Price to Earnings ratio of 10 ridiculous? "ITS NOT".. This stock is way undervalued. My hope is everyone that is smart enough to own this company makes a mint, I cant find better out there with as much going for it.

Let them hang next week and maybe the company will share with the loyal investors what they are going to do with their $150M in cash on hand. No reason some update shouldn't come out soon, is there?

I guess by now I am just use to the volitility and I always just remind myself with conviction why I have invested in this stock.

Thanks for the input... One question if some of the shares I own are on margin I won't be able to move those shares on margin to the cash account without covering the margin portion. Right?

Short interest has gone from 8,607 share short in September to 163,809 in December.. I bet the number has gone up even significantly more... Up over 120K in the last 15 days of december...

THe company better do something about it or this thing could get shorted to some low prices.. I cant think or see of any other reason for the significant constant downward pressure and I have seen it on almost every China stock..

Thoughts? Is the company aware of the significant increase in short interest in their stock?

I would guess many shareholders have long shares and trading shares as it only make sense with a company that has a stock that trades like this one, adding to the volatility. I know I do my share each day.. My gut tells me at this point with the two most recent news release that there is a pretty good chance a MS or GS

GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP 9/30/2010 Shares held 263,322 and shares added 212,150

MORGAN STANLEY 9/30/2010 shares held 112,574 and shares added 33,483 $1,771

Might finally give CCME a buy recommendation.. They both own it and now the stock offers a dividend. Who knows but it seem very reasonable and very likely to me. It is getting this type of coverage and continued institutional ownership that will put an end to this DISCOUNT of a stock and maybe fry the shorts once and for all. For some reason it feels like a very Merry Christmas is on the way to me...Anyone else have that SENSE?

Wow stock is back at $15 and volume has disappeared.. CCME really needs to address what they are doing with all the cash on the balance sheet... I think this just keeps the whole "CHINA STOCK" question out there...

Nice message.. For those that don't know Phase I and Phase 2 trials here are a few facts.

According to the FDA:

Usually, Phase 1 studies include only a few healthy people. Here, scientists find the best way to give a new treatment and how much they can safely give.

Phase 2 studies include more people than Phase 1 studies, and the people have disease that the product is going to treat. Now scientists try to see how well the product works against the disease.

If the product works, the study moves into Phase 3. Here large numbers of patients with the disease are included to see if the new treatment works as well as the standard treatment.

ACT is conducting a combined Phase I/II trial.Per input from investor relations for the timing of things, "Dr. Lanza thinks that it should start at the end of several months at the earliest. No date has been given for completion of the trial, submission of the data, etc ."

To cure any blindness and now to have FDA approval to allow ACTC to try it on humans was enough to make me buy today.. Especially with its progress on rats...I am totally new to the company but went ahead and bought 260,000 shares as the news really did seem extraordinary to me, but took me awhile to buy after watching the trading games all day.

Looks like the objective of Phase I/II trials are just to ensure it safe for humans? Is it overall effect/impact a secondary objective and how long will phase I and II trials be?

The news is significant and even though I believe it was being diluted today, looking at the long term chart it looks like a good entry point with the potential of the technology and where the stock is trading at..

Would be interested in others that have been here awhile. I would think this was an absolutely essential step for this company and surely today news makes it worth double what it was yesterday in my opinion.
