CEO Re: Three Part Advisors.
"We used Three Part last year, too. Our original one year agreement expired March 15th.
We've been really happy with them, so we've entered into a new multi year agreement. They think the current stock price is temporary and ridiculously low and should spring back when we announce our first bigger Clipstream customers.
$1.70 is a recent trading average and you're right, they don't make any money unless it goes above that. The monthly retainer doesn't cover the cost of the staff they assign to us. There are four people that I talk to nearly daily and they take most of our institutional investor calls."

Looking good!
Those, who have shorten in March are in trouble now.
Friday the 14th is a real unlucky date for them.

Yes, this is what I would do!
So I hope this person would listen to your strategy and load up, or perhaps he already did...
I know one of them has not been short.
Foolishly he has sold his shares below $1. So he's been posting negative messages in hope to push the stock down where he sold his shares.
We had a few professional shorts attacking message boards for a couple days.
CSTI, NITE were putting a coordinated effort to push the stock down for a long time, but for the past few days they started loosing their shirts.
We'll see how tomorrow will go. So far we're having 4 consecutive "Very Bullish" CandleSticks patterns.

Well, they said, they may do just that. It wouldn't hurt us, if they will. lol
10% up with 332,000 volume on no news...
80,291 on the bid and 100 on the ask... lol
Smart! Never put a market order on OTC or on NASDAQ. You can do it only on the NYSE.
I think Destiny is waiting when they'd be able to announce a big Clipstream client before moving to NASDQ.
Personally I'd be happy if these crazy low pps would stay for another couple weeks. I still would want to get a load of shares.
Let the shorts keep shorting, so the longs could load up...
Thank you! I'm still not done...
I've added another 7,500. We've go a very good news today, yet stock is down.
Besides we've got a great representation, think about the pay they're getting. Other small co's give options and warrants for free, or way below the pps. In this case this well established firm thought that $1.70 per share is a bargain!
They'll work hard to push the stock up NOT to $1.70, but the way above it and we'll be riding on their train...
You're absolutely right: David M. is an excellent speaker and has a great influence. I've heard him before introducing Destiny on one of his IDEA conferences. He is very influential and very well respected.
This new partner puts Destiny on the much higher level:
" Three Part Advisors will increase awareness of Destiny Media Technologies in the investment community, will coordinate Destiny Media Technologies’ investor relations activities and communicate the investment merits of Destiny Media Technologies through its relationships with institutional investors, brokers, and analysts."
Thank you for this research ral4.
This is very close to Freedom Thinker's calculations which he posted earlier today #9930.
Good to have another confirmation.
I think I'll take Lou's opinion on DSNY:

CSTI is posting large volume ask, but the minute you want to take it out, it's immediately replacing it with a higher 'ask'.
It happened to my orders a few times now.
Lou Basenese tweeted on Play MPE.
Stephen@sgunderbarth twits:
"Loaded big with a 1.12 avg. Can you tell I'm bullish? lol"
LB: "rightfully so! at these levels ur buying PlayMPE w/an option on Clipstream. Great risk vs reward trade"
LB: "AGREED!RT $DSNY $1.20 Bargain priced"

The sends have been fast increasing in volume. I've recorded that on Feb 28th it was 189,369. That's a big jump to 277,372 in just 17 days!
In the last CC the CEO has stated that we had only 10% of the MPE market ($4M) and he's expecting a fast growth.
Now the numbers are quickly going up on a weekly basis.
I agree with your $1-$1.50 assessment.
The stock will shout up when one of the big co, which is already using Clipstream, will finally approve Destiny's PR with such announcement to publish.
One thing we both know that the current pps is a gift.
Wow! Great find, sevensisters!

This is just one of the Clipstream Survey's customers: GMI
"Founded in 1999 with global headquarters in Bellevue, Washington, GMI operates throughout America, Europe and Asia Pacific and serves some 4,000 customers in more than 70 countries. GMI is a division of Lightspeed LLC, the leading provider of technology-enabled solutions and online respondents for global market research."
If you take a look at their "Ad Tracker" and some of other "Solutions" you can gage how useful Clipstream Survey is in their research.
http://www.gmi-mr.com/solutions/ad-tracker/
Also I can see how GMI may provide a "hot" lead to the parent co
Lightspeed LLC. Possible Resale/Partnership?

Brook, Survey is not a mass market product. That is why it has a separate website. This video is designed to be used as a sales tool when the salespeople are approaching specific companies, who need and would appreciate such software.
According to John's bio it looks like we may already have 1,000 of these. They may gave them a free trial period, but this quarter the income is already coming in (see below).
"Established sales new Market Research vertical for secure video, and online ad testing. Built significant growth of recurring sales with leading firms like GMI, Synovate, Comscore, Nielsen, Harris Interactive, CIAO, Greenfield Online. This vertical now generates 70% of company Clipstream revenue."
This would be a good question to ask at the next CC.
There were so many worries that the CEO is the only one, who is working on marketing and sales. Now we know: it's not the case.
Apparently John Pillsbury (Harvard MBA) has been Directing new sales and has been responsible for the new business development, web marketing, trade shows and building company sales revenue for over 13 years.
John sold to key customer accounts and worldwide Partnerships. He has expanded sales of software to 1000 licensees in 40 states and 15 countries. Responsible for OEM and corporate sales of Clipstream product line to leading Fortune 2000.
Built significant growth of recurring sales with leading firms like GMI, Synovate, Comscore, Nielsen, Harris Interactive, CIAO, Greenfield Online. This vertical now generates 70% of company Clipstream revenue.
(All this info I found on Canada's LinkedIn).
Currently DSNY is aggressively expanding their sales staff:
They had hired a sales consultant to help build our team and to recruit sales and marketing people.
In addition, as we already know, the company is looking for:
Marketing/Business Development Executive - Clipstream®.
Right! NO DILUTION, NET INCOME, INSIDERS are BUYING & one more very important factor: NO DEBT!
The flagship product is fully expensed.
MPE is fast accelerating it's growth with great reviews from the users.
Play MPE broke another record today:
Deliveries: 2,057,623 for the past 7 Days.
Only a month ago on Feb 15th it was:
Deliveries: 944,951
Another record today:
Total Registered Users: 70,001
It's an additional 564 RUs in one month (from 69,437 as of 2/15/14)
How do you know, if he even has chosen the house yet?
There was an organized ambush on DSNY board to scare off some week hands on Thursday. They've obviously have gotten their fill, because they've vanished the same day.
Today those, who have never done their DD, gave away the rest of their shares.
Now you can see on Level II: CSTI is hoping to buy over 21,000 shares.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DSNY/quote
You can be sure he hasn't sold at these prices.
You're right with one correction: they aren't just watching. They're accumulating. 200,000 shares went from the week to strong hands Wed and yesterday. Most likely today will get the same or higher volume.
Now there is a very little downside risk , but there is a risk to loose an opportunity to buy at these grossly oversold prices.
Who knows what news we're going to get and when?
One thing we know: it's going to be a good news.
Just added another 7,000.
Nobody here is going to trust you. You know NOTHING about this co. Your feeble attempts to scare people in selling are laughable!
With this stock, if you get too greedy trying to buy at the very bottom, you loose. It's going up a lot faster than it goes down.
Here is what happened last March: the stock went down to $.60 and then kept going up all the way to $2.50.
http://goo.gl/QQKWRz
This time, it'll rise much faster and the curb up will be much steeper.
The fundamentals now are much more impressive then they were a year ago.
100%!
You're on the wrong board! NO DELUTION, NET INCOME, INSIDERS ARE BUYING!
Ditto!
Bollinger Bands has closed above bottom band by 15.9%; Bollinger Bands are 56.1% narrower than normal.
The narrow width of the bands suggests low volatility as compared to DSNY's normal range. The bands have been in this narrow range for 5 bars.
This is often a sign that a market may be about to initiate a new trend.
When the stock price is going down while the sales are up and the good news are keep coming - we know what to do...
I see it as an opportunity to buy as much as I can at these levels. I've done it before at the same time last year. What a gift it had been!
We should make a lot more revenue this quarter and keep going up vertically for at least for the next 3-5 years.
My guess is that Steve may spin off some parts of the company, when the timing is right and when we can make the most out of these spin offs. At one point he will sell the whole pie for $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
What is visible to us at this point is that MPE has doubled it's Deliveries and Clipstream Surveys has been adding new impressive customers.
If you look closely, some of them are a fabulous conduit not just to "warm", but to "hot" leads to sell various other Clipstream products... every salesman's dream.
Destiny is adding sales force as we speak.
Clipstream is perfected and is ready to go viral.
Don't forget on the last CC Steve told us that Clipstream has been basically sold to some big companies from a day one. We know that Destiny's engineers have been working with their engineers since December and per CEO the feed back has been VERY FAVORABLE.

This is quite unusual: NITE and CSTI both are controlling pps with identical bid/ask at $1.05. Thousands of shares being traded at this price, but their 100 shares box stays the same...
wtsupdoc,
Yesterday the stock has finished with the Bearish Harami, not with the bullish Inverted Hammer.
Anyway, the charts are very often right, but not always.
I will buy lots of more (hope the pps will stay low for another couple days) as soon as I'll clear some additional funds.
You can watch real time Level II yourself to see exactly what's going on. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DSNY/quote
Whether the stock will go up from here, or will go down for another few pennies, I'm sure very soon you'll be very happy with your purchase today.
