Haha, he will never get out of this stock.
I'm starting to wounder if he has a thing for Solomon ;)
Totally Agree, if you are counting on the dividends in the future this share price is insanely cheap.
The growth is secured, risk/reward has never looked this good before.
Yep, sometime soon we will finally get that up valuation that we deserves.
Or what if they involve a third party to come up with 110 Million for 25%.
And siaf will get a 30% stake for free, it would be a good deal for both sides.
Would they short a stock trading 1/3 of it's book value, with possible listing soon, mega farm starts soon, possibly up valuation of sjap.
60 % Swedish shareholders, that trades on Otc. Not very likely IMO.
It's not like we had a 1000% run up here lately.
Have seen them once before here
Aegis Capital Corp
Could be an institutional buyer
I can almost say certain that we don have any shorters here, who would be shorting this stock at this time?
Looks like Interactive brokers haven't one single siaf share shorted.
https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/?f=/en/trading/ViewShortableStocks.php%3Fkey%3Dsiaf%26amp;cntry%3Dusa%26amp;tag%3DUnited%2BStates%26amp;ib_entity%3Dllc%26amp;ln%3D%26amp;asset%3D
I think we can say that we don't have any big shorters in siaf.
I bet one beer on that it is someone who is moving their shares to another account.
When we got the 25 M loan, we saw buyers from bkmm, nite, puma, cdel and so on, but they where very systematic so i guess it was one owner of the most of the bids then.
When we get good news most retailers are buying at ask, because they will not take any chances to be left behind.
Puma took mostly of the shares at 9 bucks + if you remember.
I guess he is transfer shares again so he can buy with the others account again when the FN listing or something else is happening.
Because this trading(in the last couple of days with high volume) is definitely not sellers vs. buyers!
Yes, I think we all know that by now :)
And I totally agreed with you empty.
And that isn't to punishing Solomon that is punishing themselves.
Actually it could be that he wasn't counting with a major drop in the shareprice because of all these Chinese scams and that he truly believed that he would get a big fat loan in 2011-12, or that these bonds they was trying to get money into 2013-14 would have been successfully.
If the shareprice would have been P/e 6 all the time, this mess shouldn't have been this bloody that's for sure.
But of course he did a LOT of misstakes no one can say anything else, and when he should have taken a chill pill and calm down with the capex, he did the opposite.
Sjap was a bloody mess for example.
But I'm glad it is over now, time too look ahead. We got the MF now, we probably shouldn't got that one if we still was on base 1.
Great things will happen in the next couple of months and I'm of course lucky that i was watching this stock at the sidelines for two years before I bought my core position. Bought in when we had 110 M shares outstanding ;)
Solomon knows how to create money out of operations, and now he earns more money than he could spend (i hope), we have a golden opportunity here, whatever if we bought our shares at 50 cent, 1 or 2 bucks back in the days.(pre-split) I'm thinking, 2 1/2 years from now, we could enjoy the $100 Stockholm party.
Mangold was on the table when the meeting with the jordanfund were held in November.
So mangold have approved siaf, that's for sure.
Otherwise we wouldn't have read anything about it in the last document.
Yep, it takes a while for a loaded train in 300 km/h to stop.
And I totally agree about that they will go full reversed when the trend is changing.
But now we have ECB money, deflation in EU and a Greece exit to look forward to ;)
And soon more healthier countries will hesitate about this nonsense called EU.
Things actually looks better in the US, it's not all about the oil, they have been struggling for some years now and are feeling better and that feeling will make people consume more, it takes time for people to change their sentimental behavior.
But the junk bonds are raising high again.. :/
I think usd will be strong like in the old times, we will see 11:1 before this mess in Europe is done.
And i also believe that the US will get hyperinflation later on.. A lots of dollars have been printed and are in other countries. They will return fast when the dollar is stronger.
It will be free of charge to transfer our shares for us in Sweden.
I guess that the volume here in otc will go down a lot.
Yes, that was pre split
Yes, i think those numbers was high aswell, but better count to high than too low.
And those 5.5 M bucks or maybe 7M shares pre split (now 707 000) should be eaten buy now or it should be very little left.
How many shares could it be from nordnet ips? 200 k at the most?
I guess that avanza is also selling siaf in ips if nordnet must sell.. 300 k more?
How many shares have arca and puma bought here lately?
Solomon must have sold all those shares, $5.5 M=maybe 7 million shares
Is it anyone who has siaf in their IPS at avanza?
Feels good that someone are buying like they actually got it, it's cheap! :)
94 k shares already, a lot of high volume days lately, without any moving of the SP.
Feels like back in the days.. arca and puma should have eaten up those 5.5 million bucks soon.
You know it would benefit all of us quite much uh.
It's going to be crosslisted so you can trade it here on otc at the same time as well.
Duel listing :)
You got a good point there NJM.
Then they could already sent the application then.
Think that is up to FN to decide how they look at the "5.5 M dollar /remaining shares", anyhow april is a hot bet that we will be trading at First north. ;)
I'm not saying they haven't even been talking to FN, of course they have.
And mangold have already approved them to introduce them on FN and probably FN inofficial as well, otherwise they shouldn't have said anything about FN in the last notes.
And that is why i think it could take two weeks after they have applied.
We both know that no company can sell their shares right into the market in Sweden.
That would be illegal, IPO is the way to do it here when companies are trading on a market
In the $25 M loan agreement.
an application must be submitted to the Exchange for approval.
What does this mean in that context?
And why do the application when you still are diluting the company,
These latest 5.5 M of dilution gives us the opportunity to buy more before FN :/.
I think they will apply the application when the Q10 is released, then we could be trading on FN within 10 days.
According to me it's all about dumping, you cannot do that in Sweden.
So as soon as Solomon promise not to dilute us and don't have any cash flow problems we will get uplisted.
These 5.5 million bucks this year give us a hold, tills we're done.
I think we will uplist as soon as the annual report is audited.
Edit:
Stolpen answered your question, that is exactly what I also think.
I agree it's too close to good news for selling any shares right now
I picked up some 250 not for free shares today.
Yes, as soon as they are on first north, Solomon should throw money at a good pr-firm.
I think that solomon has already talked about that in the past.
I think that we're about to see the light here.. And i think the next couple of months and years will be pretty good ;)
I'm looking forward tills when we're up 5 or 10 bucks on one day on good news, without insane volumes..
No they didn't.. ;)
Think that we have to wait for the annual report first.
And you know that they dilute us some of these 5.5 M for a couple of weeks ago.
It would be impossible to do this at first north.
It could go fast to get the listing at first north when they push the button
From the Q3 report:
Establishing a corporate office in Stockholm, Sweden
The Company has many Swedish shareholders. As a result, the Company is planning to establish a corporate office that will have professional staffs (inclusive of additional directors) in Stockholm, Sweden to provide proficient and more updated IR, PR and financial information of the Company to our shareholders in Sweden as well as elsewhere and to explore other business and corporate opportunities that may be available to the Company in the Nordic region (e.g., SAFS’ involvement currently in a joint venture to develop a fishery operation in Norway).
From jordanfonden this week:
Having said that SIAF currently with publicly known information may be a risk / reward approach to ponder. Incredible good shrimp are, in any event, what about a half dozen at a kilo Regarding the larger ones. May soon be mature to knock out the Swedish prawn industry - who knows?
Well it's apparently not that hard to get a million shares in this company..
