It's just a statement that there are those type people out there. I didn't single anyone out here. I don't know why you take it as a personal attack. Or is there something we should know.
What personal attack?
I'm basing what I'm saying on the PR from two companies that have stated that this is what they are doing. There is nothing to indicate that they are waiting on approval. You are basing it on what you posted that shows steps to get where they say they have gotten past already by stating that they have already signed the agreement to do the transaction. Another hole in your opinion is that you have no clue if that is the step they are at. Put a negative spin on things all you want.
Yeah you could be right. After all there are people out there that would try to circumvent a company to benefit themselves at the expense of others.
Everybody is waiting to see if GEC will get approved to sell the CC's. Do you all really think that GS Enviroservices and GGVC have signed an agreement with GEC to sell the CC's before GEC is even approved to sell them? Here is a different link to that article. I could not find anything in the article saying they needed to wait for approval. Seems the other link isn't working that well.
Tell me where I'm wrong.

Tons of assets. Over 6 mill in receivables, which they need to collect a little better. Still solid company. Not sure why it took them so long to file.
Q is out. Not very impressive at first glance.
I went back to 2009 and the longest they were late for the Q was 10 days. Been 20 so far....hmmmmm
Most people understood what I meant and that is all that matters.
Looks like those at the ask are showing weakness. Stay strong, make the buyers come to you.
I know, they probably aren't reading this but what the H....LOL
You did see this, right?

Pay close attention to this line.
"The potential size of the carbon credit sales for this operation will result in fees for GS Enviroservices/GGVF of approximately $2,300,000 for this single contract."
If their fee is that much, how much is the actual sale by GEC worth? And this is just one transaction from one location.
You obviously haven't been paying attention. Maybe the smog has been blinding you. Care for some Carbon Credits to help clear your mind?
I for one would love to as long as it's slow and steady like this without news or a good move with good news. I don't want it to get there with baseless pumping. IMHO
I agree.
Looks like a deliberately slow accumulation by someone in the know. IMHO
My gut tells me there is something going on here. It's later than usual and right after that private placement. Not that the private placement is directly responsible for the Q being late. Something is up.
Thank You
Can someone please post a screenshot of Level II?
What does this mean for us?
My Thoughts exactly.
Thank you. I Thought so too.
Here's a thought.
I think the delay in some way has something to do with that $350k investment that guy made. Could be buyout of the company. Merger with another, or something like that. Thoughts?
Any thoughts on the delay?
I'm Listening....what you got to say now?
Retrace or the Dump from the Pump?
The only thing that gives me any confidence is that private placement in the amount of $350k. That ain't chump change.
The last year or so they were within the 5 days after the NT filing. Time will tell as always.
Where is everyone? Is anyone concerned that they are late again with the Q?
thoughts on the Q?
Here's a thought.
Clean Water Tech should be able to produce carbon credits for sale as well. Equipment that cleans the environment has to qualify. No?
You guys are all right. I have no clue what I'm talking about. Just trying to fit in. Guess it didn't work. Thank God!!!!!
you are just bitter because you couldn't work around GLEC as you tried. Serves you right.
Ref, what a chicken for not taking my call. You could have set me straight. We will see what comes of things and the truth will come out. Just wait til October....sorry, that's your line.
Let me make clear the following points in case anyone misunderstood me.
1. The top dog is fully engaged in the Carbon Credit business that has come on our radar and he has been since he started it well before we knew about it.
2. The Ref keeps talking about the Fort Worth location. The top dog knows nothing about this but would like to be brought into the loop prior to the Ref making any commitments on behalf of GEC. Give him a call Ref.
3. There is activity in Texas that was arranged by someone on the top dog's behalf. This was not arranged by The Ref.
I speak this from the source. Unfortunately our friend here has been known to stretch the truth on occasion. Hopefully the "Cow Town" location is legit and will come to be.
There are a lot of good things going on. The Carbon Credits Biz should speak for itself.
I asked him if he was involved specifically in the locations that REF was speaking of and he said he was not.
He's told me that he hasn't been contacted by our friend here on the board with any contact information to get involved. Our friend on this board has said a lot of stuff that has not come to be. I asked the top dog about the locations to see if they were legit. He said to have our zebra call him. I tried to call the zebra and he won't take my calls.
NT-10Q came in.

Ok smart ass. Then why the yield sign already?
