Its not etrade. It is the transfer agent who sent all shares in one block that was not free trading and claim that they were instructed to do so by the company. They act as though they refuse to fix it. Matter of time until the regulatory agencies close this company down. Etrade will not be getting the shares unless somebody steps up: SEC, PHOT or Securities Lawyers.

company has to issue new cusip shares for etrade. they did with every other broker.
