AMIGO...you're one of the best here! Lucky to have you here posting and mod'ing!!
DUUUUUDE!!
Wowsa, how nice to have a man on the ground (or, perhaps better said, "in the ground")...great anecdotal confirmation!!
Thanks!!
Did anyone notice the large volume sells both in NAK and LBSR around 3:30pm? Thoughts?
Thanks, I will.
I bought more on the brief pull-back today. Chart looks like it can push right up to $4 before resistance.
Yes, what a nice smorgasbord today on the board!
Bought some today...nice bounce off the bottom...great fundamentals. Not on the reverse merger list. Let's see it run!
I bought 8k shares at .058 @ 3:58 EST <smile>
...smack that ask!
This LBSR stat piqued my interest in knowing what's the world record for most concentrated gold/oz ore finding:
probably this!

Spot on with your savvy comments, gempicker. Appreciate you sharing!
Win rich-ly, with Dr. Wenrich's July reality check...
Nice follow-on to the Salazar saga...
Go LBSR!!
You chartist guys have added a new dimension to the LBSR board...kinda like
Click-n-Clack, the Car talk guys!! <smiles>
RE Pebble:
Yes, I know you own a lot shares, as do I...there is absolutely no doubt in my mind we will score, at least one, very probably more than two, and > 50% three or more "ores" that are highly economic. I should change my name to 'scoretwoorthree' <smile>.
I agree...those who wanted to lock in their 100%-200% returns (from recent lows) have likely already done so...longer term hands now owning their shares...Friday's move higher will prompt people back in from the sidelines shortly.
Way too risky to short or not own (opportunity risk that is)...one NR, PR, or catalyst away from several hundred percent gains...
Pull-back is/was on much much lighter volume...VERY BULLISH!
Fred, you practice good psychologically-informed investing...way to go!
From the board shrink,
Milo
Some months ago, someone posted an excellent article on how to value mining companies...one statistic that sticks in my mind is the 3% rule (of resources in the ground) for estimated value of the company:
http://www.gold-eagle.com/editorials_05/schwensen022306.html
So,
3% OF $1B is $30M, which is about our current market cap.
But of course, this is only ONE of our five properties...
GO LBSR!!
I was wondering that myself...
NAK breakin' out...go lbsr!
Nice volume prior to earnings...
Fantastic summary post to start "hump day"!!
Okay...FJH it is!!
Second best post of the day!!
Bravo, bravo, bravo!!!
KIPP puts it in perfect perspective...I sleep soundly every night being loaded to the gills with LBSR. The odds are overwhelming we will succeed to major pps appreciation with so much potential. That simple. Whiners...please save some energy and follow Kipp's great advice!
Both attended the SME 2010 December conference together...
I ramped up my trading account again today with LBSR again fully loaded!
I too know of no other public company with better potential!!
I don't think this is a reverse merger company...

...so rough calculation for us:
$4 (profit on moly per pound --after extraction costs) x 2.8B x 6.5 = $72.8 billion

Another North American molybdenum resource is the yet unmined Pebble Mine in Alaska, 50% owned by the Northern Dynasty Partnership and 50% by a wholly owned U.S.-based subsidiary of London-based Anglo American. The mine is 60% deep underground and operating costs in that harsh environment will be 3 to 4 times higher than CuMo. In addition, it would have to be accessed by shafts leading to limited production and much higher costs. In the recent Preliminary Economic Assessment only a portion of the molybdenum resource was found to be extractable. [2.8 billion lbs versus 5.6 billion lbs in the resource] (Cost per ton to mine is $11.35)
Let's also not forget we may be a substantial moly play (if NAK's Pebble is a good indicator)...steel in a major bull market (China, Japan rebuild, etc.).

Lucky 7's territory!! Congrats all!!
Much thanks, G
Perhaps some one can get Tracey to clarify!?
Ah, true...more concentrated!! Sorry...
So even at half that rock size (i.e. only 10# estimated), still we're looking at great grade!
The proportions of the ore body are insinuated to be vast: "Brisbee like".

I'd say 10# the way his arms don't seem to be straining! (he's not in the greatest shape I expect <smile>)
Care to share your "back of the envelope" calculations, gold56 ?
Congratulations on your decision to invest along with us, future cash (flow, profit, capital gains, etc.!)...
...as many here will attest, this equity is the best single investment many of us have seen in many a year. My core position will remain untouched until we see dollar pps. Mr. Briscoe has made the same promise!
Yes, Kipp...you called this one perfectly! Congrats and thanks!!
Metals also strong today!
