Why do you call this a scam? What proof do you have? Sure we all expected this to be much further along, however the fact is progress is being made, and the company is moving forward. Until something concrete appears that proves this is a scam, I would be careful making false accusations. Just cause the SP is down and you're down on your investment, doesn't make it a scam. I'm sure people were down on their investment of Berkshire Hathaway at some point, doesn't make it a scam.

I'm still in shock, that statement, came out on that venue. If that statement was truly made and is factual, that should have been released with the trial results, in a major PR, to really maximize expose of the company and boost confidence and share price. Happy with the news, disappointed with the company for letting that bombshell out prematurely.

I've gone ahead and contact ACTC's investor relations about that statement, and haven't heard back yet. As I mentioned that's a pretty significant piece of news to be at the bottom of that type of article, especially since they haven't release the trial updates. I don't know what's going on here.

Because of the RS, my average is $1.215 to break even, I think I can find pennies on the street and make my money back before this comes near that price...

I'm all in, I believe in the science, but why would you release that important of a milestone, and have it sit at the bottom of an article about other failed and fraudulent companies... this failed, that company dropped out of the race, this guy is a fraud, oh by the way, actc can cure the blind...

With that news, why is it at the bottom of a long article, and not being highlighted on it's own, why hasn't the company come out with the results, and added that as a cherry on top...

What they need to do is get rid of Lovatt, retire shares, and use that "slam engine" that is suppose to revolutionize the industry. A game or 2, this still could be a winner, they just have to clean house first.

Guys I'm sure he believes in his work, but as everyone knows, it may take years till the FDA approves the treatment, or not at all, for all we know a law will pass banning all stem cell use, and the company be be stuck. There is nothing wrong with some cashing in. If he wants to cash in and enjoy the money while he can, good for him. That doesn't mean a thing, besides he wanted some cash.

We seem to get into a better position after each failed attempt, I remember years ago, we had a pending deal with i believe convergence global for the gold, what may have happened if that went through. Things are setting up nicely, and keep getting better, I'd rather be patient and wait for the best deal, than jump just to make a deal.

I just said the December sale was most likely taxes. Honestly I don't know too many people who would pass on a guaranteed million, whether that may turn into 100 million x number of years from now, especially in the medical field where the slightest issue can cause a big problem. I believe in the company, and thus far ( knock on wood) there seems to be no issues, and everything is aligning in their favor. But if I could take a million out right now, and still be invested, I'd jump on that.

It can't get any worse at this point, we are sitting at no bid, and can't sell shares. So what is the difference if you have 1m shares you can't sell or 2000? If they want the RS to succeed they need to clean house on the management level, which they won't do.
