i agree, flop indeed. em
I still think we are going to drift lower over the next week or two until some concrete news comes out. I can see us going .015-.019.
Good question. em
...and that is why we are at .025 and most likely going to head lower.
*If we had a real 43-101 that was good, this stock would be atleast .15-.20 right now. The truth is it was a joke. It gave no real numbers, estimates or anything, just a bunch of "there could be" which is what we already knew going into it.
You are right. em
This is from the report: Just shows how useless it was.
11.0 DRILLING (Item 13)
U Mining Resources Inc has not yet performed any diamond drilling program on the property. In
fact, diamond drilling has never been conducted on the Laurentides property.
12.0 SAMPLING METHOD AND APPROACH (Item 14)
U Mining Resources Inc has not yet collected samples on the Laurentides property. There are
no reviews of the sampling method and approach in the historical work assessment reports.
Prior to Regulation 43-101, it was generally assumed that any provided data was accurate and
reproducible.
13.0 SAMPLE PREPARATION, ANALYSES AND SECURITY (Item15)
There are no reviews of sample preparation, assay procedures or quality control concerning the
assays reported in the historical work assessment reports. Prior to Regulation 43-101, it was
generally assumed that assays were accurate and reproducible.
14.0 DATA VERIFICATION (Item 16)
It was impossible to perform a detailed validation of the historical data because the past samples
were not available for sample checks.
15.0 ADJACENT PROPERTIES (Item 17)
The Laurentides property is adjacent to the Nova project property (owned by Nova Uranium
Corporation), the Mont-Laurier project property (owned by Strateco Resources), and various
other mining titles owned by prospectors. Technical reports are available for the Nova (Moore
and Harris, 2005) and Mont-Laurier (Girard, 2005) projects on the SEDAR website
(www.sedar.com).
16.0 MINERAL PROCESSING AND METALLURGICAL TESTING (Item 18)
No mineral processing or metallurgical testing has been done for the Laurentides property.
17.0 MINERAL RESOURCE AND MINERAL RESERVE ESTIMATES (Item 19)
Mineral resources and reserves have not been calculated for the property.
18.0 OTHER RELEVANT DATA AND INFORMATION (Item 20)
No other relevant data and information are provided in this technical report.
All I know is the much anticipated "NI" stunk. This company still has no value, and a company's stock price is based on its value. That said there is nothing to be excited about. There is the "hope" of future value, but thats it. Maybe we'll get lucky and have another momo to .10. Given we need to come up with more money for other things though we will probably just head lower into the one cent range. (dillution) Believe me, I hope things change for the better but i am just being realistic. It is what it is.
You are exactly right, and they cant answer about the 544,000.
The facts are now evident, this company has been very misleading in everything they have done. "imminent" "buy back" ...come on.
I agree, but the NI's were supposed to be the bread and butter.
Howard, What was the purpose of innoexplo? What did they tell us that we didnt already know?
*Basically all the shareholders waited around 6 months for Joe Shmo to tell us there "might" be some uranium there! lol Very disappointing non-the-less and a big waste.
*Heres the big problem: This company currently has no value. The NI's were the only opportunity in the short term for the company to show that it had value. The ni's did no such thing. Without any proven or even probable reserve numbers we are back to square one. In fact this report just shows that we are worse off because now the company has to come up with a million bucks to do real exploration.
Why would the shorts cover? Theres NO uranium!!
Heading to .005!! em
Are They Joking!!!!...
"Report Recommends $1 Million Exploration Program Due to Sufficiently High Potential for Uranium and Tungsten Deposits on Laurentides Property"
I thought they were supposed to do the exploration?????
What the hell happened?? This is what you call an NI??? Garbage, pure garbage.
I have to go to work. Good luck everyone. I'll be back later!! Save me a beer!
As the market discovers umng we wont last too long under .50.
The excitement is surely building here. Hopefully this build up will end with an explosion!
Thats what has me excited. Comparing UMNG to other companies we will be severely undervalued! Dollars for sure imo.
I agree, they are not going to put out a pr stating they will be announcing the results this week not to announce them!!!
Anyone have any idea what time they will be released? If not by 10:30 then maybe tomorrow?? What are your thoughts?
BRING THEM ON! EM
A lot of eyes on this one today. em
Colonel Krilich believes this stock can be $15.00 a share by Christmas of 07!
Oklahoma times article stated Endevco started its horizontal drilling today!!
Howard, I will absolutely not sell! I agree that we are going to fly sky high!! I am just puzzled by the lack of movement prior to the release of the ni's.
Looks like we are stuck in the mud! I'm questioning whether we will even move when the ni's come out!
I'll be honest, I would have expected a nice climb to around .10 before the actual pr came out.
i agree. em
Get ready for a nice pop. I think it will occur relatively soon, maybe by next week?? Hopefully atleast back to the .03's. Just waiting for the horizontal drilling to increase production with $80+ oil!
Tryme... What are you basing that on? When I work the numbers around to show for different scenarios I find it to be very possible. Unless we have NO uranium in our claims and the company were to continue wasting shares elsewhere (dillution) there is no reason for this stock not to generously appreciate.
Uranium is going to be hot for a long time. Its a fact that demand is going to continue outstripping supply. Investors are going to be looking for opportunities like umng. Why do you think management has control of so many of the outstanding shares?? They know whats ahead.
In all honesty starting very very soon we could see a climbing stock price which lasts for several months. It might have some volatility along the way but it will be a steady climb.
You see part of this story is going to be company exposure. Since our name change to U-mining we have not really been marketed to the public. If the market knew what we were sitting on now, we would already be over a quarter. Just wait until more investors become aware of umng.
spicemike,
I havent been able to respond to your pm's because I am not a premium member of i-hub. Anyways, I personally believe the ni's are going to be very good. I believe the quality of the ni's will partially determine how high the stock price will actually go. I am guessing sometime in October we will realistically be looking at a sustained share price of around .20. Can it go higher than that? Absolutely. Given the current share structure along with the good ni's we could even possibly see half of a buck. Add TSX aquisition news, more bio-fuel news, and uplisting to the picture and looking 3-5 months out we could be over a buck.
You can tell what kind of buying is taking place - retail or institutional - by looking at the type of market participants involved. Large institutions do not use the same market makers as retail traders.
If you look at ECN order sizes for irregularities, you can tell when institutional players are trying to keep the buying quiet (which can mean a buyout or accumulation is taking place).
To all: Do not be frustrated by the low volume and lack of interest right now. We are on the verge of exploding.
