The best indication was the second last announcement when they promised a PR before the open. We had no PR, the price dropped to 0.075, thus allowing MMs and Russian insiders to load their boat, and then a "bright" PR at 10-30am
Thursday's action was even more suspicious. If you look at the chart and calculate the accumulation volume 0.095 -0.10 over five days it would come to the exact number of shares they sold on Thursday after 3-30pm. Now they will drive the price down to below 0.10 to load again. It will never end. What’s the point to slaughter this moneymaker cow by announcing the close?

Haven't talked to you for long...

Plane logic drives me to the conclusion that they are not planning to have any operation in Canada in the near future. No operation means no office, no employees etc. Right? They offered AC the COO position with Siam and pulled him out from Canada. I believe they want to finalize Co. restructuring first and complete the remaining R&D study in Asia.
If you think about it this way everything looks OK so far.
And I also keep saying that the major reason for the silence may be N/S covering and Siam’s buyback. The stock is under “smart accumulation”. For how long? I think we are very close to the end as not too many shares are available for trading. Even if they manage to drop the price below 1c they couldn’t get much more shares because the people who have lost 90% can certainly afford losing the residual.

But, at this point this is the only official information we have. I'm holding till the end based on the assumption they are currently working on restructuring. In fact, they could start the actual restructuring work only after closing the deal on May 7th.

I'm also considering the A-M Polymer $160M deal for real. Even if AC has lost Siam the A-M Polymer itself is enough to keep the price above 5c. The only reason for such a low pps right now is lack of info. The first post-silence PR could drive the price above 10c easy. All here is JMO, no pumping

BTW, taking private would completely contradict with their last PRs, BP and terms of ACMG/Siam definitive agreement. All this documents assume that both ACMG and ARTL (acronym) will remain public. However, we never know…

I'm also holding. No point to sell at this level. Yes, if I sell I could get back $12K out of $40K I’ve invested in total. What’s next? The human nature is such that one will be trying to recover the loss ASAP. How? The only way to recover such a huge loss would be investing in another pink stock and…. most likely lose the rest.
In fact, nothing goes wrong with ACMG. They announced restructuring, gave AC a job offer and put on hold their operation in Canada. What’s wrong? Nothing!
The positive is that ACMG is under “smart accumulation” on no updates - I’ve seen this waiting game many times - somebody is really interested in taking control over the float. Who? Maybe Siam, maybe NS covering, maybe both.
This stock will work out, IMO. However, the biggest concern I have is that they may want to take it private at this level. Then, the price we could get would be “last trade + 15%”

If I didn't hold 600K+ ACMG shares I would add more at this level - this is how I was thinking about ACMG just couple of days ago. Right now my situation is different, since I’ve made a wonderful 52% profit flipping 100K AURC back & forth since Wednesday. I’m planning to increase my ACMG position up to 0.8M some time next week.
The chart is screaming, “BUY”. In fact, the downside risk at this level is 10% vs. 90% upside. JMO No pumping

If they come with a PR, which would clear up all the concerns, 500% gain first day would be an easy walk. And I personally think it may happen before August.

I sold my SSTP position yesterday for 20% loss and was feeling very happy as I managed to catch the hod. At 4-20 pm right after they released a PR and the stock gained 47% today. I caught it on a deep and recover my loss, but still… Could make much more

They cannot do anything with the divvy before they complete the restructuring/merger process. In fact, the divvy is a part of restructuring.

A simple advice:

If you still have ACMG shares – sell them and move on!
If you don’t why do care so much about other people investment?

It seems to me I have a very simple and reasonable explanation why there is no office in Canada, no CEO in Canada etc. They’ve simply decided to move the major focus to SEA. That’s why AC was offered the COO position with SIAM. IMO, there’s no point to keep their business up and running in Canada – just waste of money.
According to the website, they’ve completed the R&D phase of the project. It means they are not allowed to benefit from Canadian SR&ED and TPC any longer as these two programs can only be applied to R&D.
Look at their website once again.
The only available information is General, FAQ and BP. The rest, which formerly described the Co. structure, management team etc is off. Why? It’s not valid any more before they complete the restructuring process and come up with an update. Right now they may not want to mislead people with the obsolete information. However, everything related to the SIAM deal and other business stuff is still available. To me it means AC still assumes his responsibility for it. I believe they will resume their business in North America when they finalize all production things in SEA.

Maybe something goes wrong, but I can’t believe the whole story starting right from April 06 was a scam. I still think that the silence is on-purpose. It started on Monday March 26 (no-show on MN1) just two days after the last very bright PR on Friday March 23. What could get wrong for two days – Sat and Sun. Nothing!
Another point is that I don’t think AC was such an idiot to pump his Co in such a way. If A-M Polymer contract, escrow account, filled patents and many other things don’t exist AT ALL, any (even recently graduated) lawyer can put AC behind bars. I don’t think AC doesn’t understand the consequences. Sure he does…

There is no point to sell at 75% down.
Even if the Siam deal has been canceled the price should be more than 2c.
Saying this I assume the A-M Polymer contract is for real. I also take into account very small float of 45M. Remember somebody’s accumulating the stock.
I wouldn’t recommend averaging down at this point. It is a very dangerous game taking into account so many unknowns. But, selling at 75% down is not wise IMO. Just compare your downside risk with a possible upside. Even if Siam’s gone it’s not the end of the world – the technology still exists and may work out some time later on.
In fact, we don’t have any official bad piece of information except some speculation and our own guessing. I’m holding my LT position tight.
